Selection was sparse... However, when asked, I was informed that the store would be receiving two trucks a week, for the holidays. The cashier (Manager, who jumped on a register due to volume of business), also let me know when the trucks would be delivering and where the item I was looking for was located...

Most Dollar Trees ive been to have lots of employees who are rude and dont seem to care about their customers, but this location has some of the best employees ive ever met! Super well mannered and are easy to talk to with a smile on their face.

Best $Tree in San Antonio! Ckesn and neat. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. They apologize for the long wait(It really wasnt) And they thank you for coming!!! I havent seen customer service like this in a LONG TIME!!! Congratulations $Tree employees!

The wife and I love to come to this dollar tree. They have a better variety in items then some of the other dollar trees.

They have Alot of household products and cookies

Same stuff as most dollar tree stores, but this location has a five dollar section. :) They have really decent stuff in the five dollar section. It made it a little better to Shop there.

My visit to Dollar Tree was not very good at all the store looks so messy stop is thrown on the floor it looks all ghetto it looks like the solo serve stores that we used to have back in the day and there will always messy I wont be going to that location not recommended

I love dollar tree, and most that I frequent are good, clean and fully stocked. This one is definitely not one of them. The store is a mess and the cashiers are rude. I was shopping had a cart full of stuff I was actually able to fine (they were stacked up in boxes in the back of the store) and asked to use the bathroom since it was locked. They said they did not allow customers to use the bathroom! I was shocked since every store I normally go to has them open and ready for customers to use. I left the cart full of merchandise and walked out. Will never come back here again!

This dollar tree is actually 1 of few that is actually organized!!! They have a bunch of Easter decorations and gifts!!! The only area thats kind of a disaster is the toy section. But thats at almost every location lolThe staff is pretty nice. Cant complain on my end... :)

I have gone in person several times now and called on the phone. The manager is very rude on both accounts. I asked her to look for a specific item. At this point she made an excuse that shipments are always mislabeled.And that i was better off going to a dif store

Very disappointed. Came to this at 845pm and it was closed. Even though it said (on both google and dollar tree website) Sunday it closed at 10pm. So my family and I visited other stores that said they closed at 10pm as well. Sure enough, they closed. It wasn’t even the holiday hours! Again, extremely disappointed.

Ended up buying quite a bit here, most notably: 3x 7lb bags of kitty litter. I asked the cashier if she could double bag 2 of them in the same bag so I could easily carry the 3rd out by hand since they dont allow the carts to go outside the store. Didnt realize this wasnt a reasonable request! The rude girl ended up not bagging anything at all and I had to struggle getting everything back to my car. Next time I know not to spend that much money here since I have to carry everything out individually without a bag!

As far as dollar trees go, this one is usually pretty well stocked and organized. I always find something useful here for a cheaper price. As with other DTs make sure that you get what you want when you see it because once it is gone, you probably wont find it again.

Cashier said she didnt like my hair color. She said if i come back to shop here I better Change my hair color.I thought she was kidding but I saw that she was serious. Im afraid to go back.

Though theyre finally carrying my favorite shower gel consistently, I really dislike how dingy this place seems all the time. Its the lighting, how messy the shelves look, especially against the walls. I realize clerks get busy but then, if a store is doing well, why not hire one or two more? The store would do even better! I think theres high turnover as well. I dont go in without seeing different faces every time! If I could drive myself Id go to a different store but oh well. The one other good thing is that the store owners keep stuff thats popular in stock even if they dont know the first thing about being creative when it comes to selling their goods.

Absolutely love Dollar Tree, but this one is a hot mess. I understand that it was the holidays, but this store is beyond being messy, not stocked, fronted and dirty, it is down right filthy. The refrigerator and freezer section is so filthy in the inside, that if the health department walked in, theyd shut the store down until its properly cleaned and sanitized. This store should be on an episode of, Hoarders.

Manager came back from lunch & clocked in. Opened an extra check out line & then told me it wasnt her job to check us out, but she would help anyways. Yes it is the manager job to help when needed. The managers job is to do whatever needs to be done. Period! There were 10+ people in line & one lane open. Maybe she doesnt need her job if she isnt going to do it.

Friendly cashier, but the store was in pretty messed up shape compared to others Ive shopped at. Also, no restroom. 😞

I love the prices and selection of holiday items

This store is the worst Dollar Tree I have been to. The merchandise on the shelves were disorganized, the restrooms were filthy (yet they employees keep them locked) and the employee attitudes are even worse. If the employees dont like their job, please... quit. Id rather wait due to lack of staff then rude and uncaring emplyees.

Forgot why I went in, came out with $14 worth of stuff I use regularly.

Hate this dollar tree always dirty and looks like the employees do nothing all day long shelves are always a wreck so you cant find anything. I even witnessed an employee trying to kick out a veteran because he had his service dog inside with him. Rude!

I called the store to inquire about a specific item to see if it was in stock the cashier put me on hold and came back and assured me that there were plenty in stock which in fact turn out to be a lie when I arrived 5 min later said he misunderstood what I said which was a complete lie cause I am sure that I spoke very clear when I asked for black tissue paper for Halloween and not table cloths for a tableObviously he put me on hold for no reason because they were not in stock

Its not the best of the best Dollar Trees but its very big Dollar Tree with lots of selections very clean and organized staff can be rude sometimes accuse you of stealing cant blame them other than that its surrounded by a lot of nice shops and everything else so even near the mall go and check it out its a really nice place to get things for a dollar or less

I dont know how this store has anything higher than a 2 average on here. I can never walk down the aisles without accidentally stepping on merchandise or tripping over something. The store is never zoned and. The door to the backroom is always open with tons of boxes just sort of spilling out into the hallway.

This dollar tree is so much nicer than the one in Austin. Very clean store, not very busy, well stocked, pretty big store, friendly employees, much more of a selection. I just wish I had more money before going in here lol.
