Honestly, the best flower shop I have been to! Their selection is fantastic and not over prices like others. They offer fresh flowers, which is a bonus in my book and lots of ribbons and glassware. One of the staff helped me pick the right floral bouquet for my mothers hospital visit. Thanks to him and everyone else, I will definitely be coming back!!

Terrible customer service. Cashier more concerned about telling everyone that the store was closing at 1pm instead of assisting us with our purchase. I will never go back. Plus the flowers were overpriced but I just wanted to get out of there. I should of left them on the counter and walked out.

I was very very impressed by the organization of all the products, particularly the artificial plants. Row after row, bin after bin of beautiful, life-like plants are organized so well it makes the experience less stressful than finding a book at the library.I didnt have any questions but I overheard another customer ask for help from an associate. I was super duper impressed with his knowledge and very personal recommendations on what he liked and didnt like.I cant believe it took me so long to finally walk in Janal, it wont take as long for my return.

This place lacks customer service on a whole new level. When I told one of the ladies my ideas for my work fundraising gala she smirked and told me, “good luck.” Sorry I am not paying $10 for one sparkler to go into an arrangement for 70 tables. I came back to return stuff I bought and it was 3:59pm and the OPEN sign was ON. The door was already locked and before I even drove off the employees were leaving for the day. If you can go somewhere else I HIGHLY recommend it. This place would’ve received a lot of business from my work and I but unfortunately their lack of customer skills made go somewhere else.

First time there, they were super helpful and nice shop. I used to be a Travis gal but never going back. Janal is my new spot for flowers or any items I need for special occasion.

My favorite florist...always have exactly what I need and always ready. Alice brings such a special touch, professional and always delivers on time.

I ordered roses, baby’s breath and calla lilies for my wedding. All of my baby’s breath bunches were wilted and dying. The roses were so beautiful. The lilies were a little pricey, but that’s what happens when you don’t do your homework. I have mixed feelings about this place.

I was told by many crafters that Janals was the place to go for artificial flowers. My experience was awful. This place was a waste of my time, energy and gas to drive downtown. Nothing was price correctly or priced at all. I paid $9 for a display of flowers at Walmart thats was $21 at Janals. Things where separate according to theme but not well organized. Id rather order my flower for a wholesaler on line or go to a corporate craft store that I know what to expect. This maybe what your customers are use to but for me it was piss poor. Three thumbs down. Not worth my time.
