Although my order fell through the cracks when I called it in I was still very satisfied. Food is fresh and they made sure to get me right. I have to give a big thank you and high appreciation for a gentleman worker named CALEB! He was awesome and in and out of the curbside taking care of customers with a courteous happy attitude. Its hot and they were very busy but he never slowed up. Another lady came out to see where the order went wrong and I can thank her to but Caleb made my day with his outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!

Took driveshaft one day and Angel front counter tells me its gonna take 2 to 3 days I said man brother can you have it done sooner, he said Ill see what I can do .next day ready .talk about good service and great work .thank you guys for making my job easier.

I gave them a 3 cause i had called prior to goingand was told that they needed to see the driveshaft before quoting price i had given the person on the phone all the info from said vehiclei said great lets get it done bring the shaft to the store only to be told thats a special order itemand that it comes from of all places california ugh why not just save me time, fuel, and aggravation!! I was very upset but oh well called another driveshaft location a bit fartjer they willhave it ready by next thursday

Nothing but 1st class service experienced during our much needed help. We were driving into San Antonio for a wedding and our carrier baring went out 30 miles outside of town. I took a Toyota Tacomas drive shaft to Drive Shafts Unlimited After I attempted to replace the U-Joints on my own. Needless to say, I screwed both drive shafts up. These people took care of me quickly and the price was right. The work was completed in less than 24hrs. It took me less than 10 minutes to install the drive shaft they repaired to include re-balancing. This was my first time at this location and I was VERY SATISFIED with the work that was done. Fantastic service and Parts knowledge for your vehicles

Needed U-Joints installed on my Toyota, vehicle has a custom drive shaft.I could not get parts at local auto parts store, my vehicle has non standard U-Joints. The special order came in fast, they installed U-Joints, balanced Drive Shaft, & replaced damaged flange. No good. this place is a waste of time tell you one thing then you call for your parts and they contradict everything they already told you.

We are a repair shop in Laredo Texas and we send in all driveshafts that need service... owner takes shaft in the morning and done on the same day.... price is very resonable. Excellent servic Very professiona. Richard in Service was cery helpful with Mr Mike Uribes driveshaft.Sonny help me so much... we drove in and they repaired my driveshaft in one day.Very Helpful.

I made the mistake of taking my driveshaft to another shop in town. Not only did the other shop not call me back to tell me what the repair would take, when I asked for a price it was almost 2X the price that Driveshafts Unlimited ended up charging. I went there to get my shaft back to take elsewhere and the price dropped twice in that visit. I also learned that this shop gets some of their parts from Driveshafts Unlimited and they didnt even get the correct ones. They knew they werent correct and at least told me why, but it seems as though they were unable to source the correct parts. On my third trip back I took the driveshaft and dropped it off at Driveshafts Unlimited. They found the correct parts and repaired it at a lower price. Driveshafts Unlimited had more people asking to serve me when I walked in the door, more parts in inventory, were able to get the correct parts, did great work, and had a significantly lower price. Thanks guys!
