I needed a shirt embroidered last minute and they were able to get it done. I did have to pay a little extra but they had the shirt done within a few hours and it came out exactly like I wanted. Now, I’ve started my own business and I’ll be going back to them soon to get some embroidery done for my business :)

I had such a great experience with the Lucky Thread staff. I needed a few text patches made up and a picture of a snow leopard embroidered on a jacket. The snow leopard looks beautiful, and the text patches are exactly what I needed. Lucky Thread worked with me every step of the way on ensure my vision for this jacket was met, and I couldnt be happier with the end results. Will definitely be coming back for future projects.

Lucky Thread will forever have my loyal business. Last week I brought them a project that is very near and dear to my heart. I had already invested a good nine hours of design time into it and they blew me away with their finished product.I created a layout for a 55x80 blanket with twelve words surrounding a name, printed to scale and positioned exactly where I wanted them embroidered. For the twelve words, I picked three fonts from their vast selection of options and chose a different thread color per font. Whew.From the moment I walked in I was greeted with energetic personalities and warm smiles. They made me feel welcome right away, and when I explained the backstory for this blanket, they dedicated as much time to working with my idea as I needed. They went out of their way to ensure delivery of a product that matched my expectations which I totally appreciate!Seeing it finished for the first time brought tears to my eyes. The fonts and colors we picked were beautiful against the fabric and flowed seamlessly. The embroidery work is stunning!!I absolutely recommend their services! Ive talked with almost everyone who works here, including the owner, and I had extremely positive interactions with all of them. AND, the turn around time was super fast, especially considering how involved this project was!! So thank you, thank you, thank you, Ill see yall again for my next project!! :-).

I purchased some polo shirts, for holiday gifts, with a custom logo on the chest. The quality was excellent, the price was well below what I expected to pay, the turn around time was great for the busy holiday season, and the service was friendly. The best experience with custom embroidery work I have ever had!

STAY AWAY.Leslie the owner is VERY unprofessional and rude. Doesnt care to show customer service and is just flat out ugly to her customers. Long story short. I ordered a Fannypack monogram. It came out looking awful!!!! I called and told her this was not what I wanted.. and it looked so bad. Before she had even seen it she went off basically saying I get what I get in I dont throw a fit.. yeah that would make sense if I was three years old and it was free.. but that was not the case here I paid $16 for a half inch monogram..... I called upset and she gave me an analogy that if I went to Starbucks and ordered a drink and I didnt like it I would drink it because thats what I ordered... no no no if I didnt like it I would tell them and they would gladly remake it because that is good CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like if you go to steakhouse in they over cook your meat youre not gonna pay $30 for an overcooked piece of meat. Not only does Leslie the owner have bad customer service but she taught everyone of her employees also to have horrible service towards the customers. Stay away, trust me on this one!!! If you would like recommendations on a new places I have found two great places feel free to message me!!! They have great service they meet your needs and go above and beyond with friendliness and understanding. PLUS they are half the price and get things done a lot quicker!!!! Like I told Leslie, The fact that she doesnt care about customer satisfaction speaks so allowed for her company!!!!

I had to get some uniforms shirts embroidered and I was able to drop 5 off prior to having the remaining shirts. I was told that I would get them back on the 08/31 but they exceeded my expectations and had them ready for me in time for school almost a week before the 31st.

I have been disappointed with my experience here. The times I have been in I have never been greeted or acknowledged during my time in the store. Bad customer service ESPECIALLY for a small business environment. I will not be giving them my business in the future.

HORRIBLE customer service! I was embarrassingly humiliated in front of another customer by an ugly woman named Leslie. I was profiled as a shoplifter because of my skin color.... My shopping bag from another store was publicly searched without my permission. I had money, my husband is a prosecutor for the DA. I will make it my mission nobody in Alamo Heights buys from yall!If you are Hispanic, a POC, middle eastern, or biracial like I am, DO NOT even step foot in this store!

Overpriced. Rude, uncaring staff that tries to make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Went into it with the best expectations, but was sorely unimpressed and disappointed. Customer service and how how you treat the customer are key for any small business, but this place, despite their best intention, is not up to the task and did not deliver.

So far, not good service. Have bought in-store items on several occasions, but custom ordering has been an entirely different experience. Sure would like some communication from the store and I hope everything gets delivered sometime soon!

We bought one of the balloons with lights to take to hospital, out batteries in and it was pretty for 2 minutes and wire broke and it was 12.00. Do not buy.
