Working in retail for the past 10 years, I fully understand that everyone gets busy and makes mistakes. But this is an on going issue with this supplier. I only use them when needed and will not go out of my way to give them business.

My husband goes there every now and then. They always out of stuff. Looks like someone needs to keep up with inventory. The lumber is good and other stuff. But they make mistakes on the orders from time to time. New employees making lots of mistakes. And we never get a receipt. How do we keep track of our purchases for tax purposes? The manager Rupert said the last time and get on it. But lots of other people have the same problem.

Customer service is good. But, We bought 160- 6 cedar pickets, of those 54 were not useable . Cracked, wood rotted, bugs had eaten up some, they would not give us refund. So we had to go purchase pickets from Lowes. So now we are out more money. Not our fault the product was bad. This is completely wrong of them. Will not buy from them ever again.

I been buying from this fence supplier for over a yr now.. Its seen that they need to hired someone to do their inventory.. Many times theyre out of very important things for us, customers. Things we need to do our job with our customers.. I dont like to go there and leave with 70% of my list items.. And have to go to other suppliers to get the rest. They should be properly stock.. One day i ask why that happens to them alot. I was told a business just bought everything.. Woaow.. Lol.. Good place to get supplies that my only issue.

Needed fence parts and they came through with flying colors. Very nice people.Its too bad they are closed on the weekends.
