I will never be able to fully understand why The Container Store is so satisfying to browse but it always is. Organization is a must and they stock almost everything you could need. The Tupperware and watertight plastic containers are the most helpful and best items. They also stock additional related goods especially in the kitchen section like measuring cups and brushes. This store is great and should really be visited by everyone at least once every couple of months.

Amazing place for people who loveeeee organizing. I was astonished when I first walked in. So much variety but a lot of it is really expensive and if youre on a budget like me, this can be a tough place. There are cheaper items or things on sale though so dont completely avoid it if cost is of the essence. Fun place to geek out at cleanliness for sure.

Organization yes please. Having kids at home more makes me re-think how un organized I am. I originally needed 1 thing but I started looking and loved how I could make my everyday living easier n nicer. fyi the system for returns rewards discounts is a class of its own. Easy experience. love it.

This is my wifes review. There is store wide sale going on at this time. And my wife wanted a door wired mesh spice rack. Some of the spice containers were not labeled with its location in store and price. My wife asked sales associate where they were located, and because she could not find them, told my wife that the store didnt sell them!!. Hilarious.I had a better experience with another sales associate when I asked him about a Kohler 13 gal. Step Trash Can that was also on sale. The gentlemen found out the item wont be avaialable until August 11. So we ordered it.Two different type of sales environments at the store, but ultimately, we spent over $480 because we needed various items to organize our home.Clean store, Social Distancing enforced, and must wear a mask. My wife wanted to rate a two, I rated a three. Usually ingrate a four unless the store goes over the top to service.

Lots of great products, fun to browse through the store and get ideas. Decent prices, especially if on sale. Location is reasonable to find and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly but not easy to find around the store if you need assistance, but you can usually find someone up front to ask for help.

Excellent service in helping me find exactly what I was looking for as well as helping me by loading heavy items in my car.

Very organized and clean. Nice open floor plan. We always drove by here thinking it was just totes and containers for the kitchen. Never thought it was much more than that. This place has a lot and gives you a lot of neat ideas for how to build closets and storage. We will be back again. Lines were long the day we went so we decided to try again another day.

If you are looking for something to help you organize or utilize your space better this is the place. I needed to utilize my freezer space better. The freezer compartment above my fridge. I found it here at the container store! Plus friendly staff. Will be going back again for sure!

They didnt have what the website said they did, but Rafael helped me out and made it work! I was in a bit of a bind, but with his help and professionalism the event ended up being a success. Thank you Rafael and container store. My only gripe: they need more locations here.

I still wish they had more environmentally friendly options, but they always have what I need. The aisles are narrow and make it harder to shop when its busy. Their service has always been friendly and helpful.

What can I say? It has everything you need and didnt know you needed. You spend more time and money than you plan every single time...yet keep going back.

They have just about anything you could need for containers. A sales associate helped me with the price of a small item and she did so quickly. But then I get to the cashier with my $200 dual trashcan and my other small items. The dual trashcan is so large it doesn’t even fit in the cart and I’m trying to ensure it doesn’t fall over..... it’s not extremely heavy but the size and awkward angle it’s balanced on the cart you would think she would offer to get someone to assist me out the door. And by the way the store was packed with employees. NOPE! Well I got it to the car without it tipping over and managed to squeeze it in the passenger side of the back seat. I go to H-E-B and get a small cart of groceries and get offered more help than I did here! So if you need a container this is the place to get it if you buy something large and need help you better bring your help with you.

An organized or unorganized persons heaven! I want to declutter and this place has everything I need to get organized and stat that way. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of where items are in the stire. I had lost some parts for my floating shelves and one of the employees went to the back and brought me replacement parts for free!! I have two elfa closets and I love it! Very stidry! My husband tried to save some k9ney and got the LOWES version and it is no comparison. The elfa shelves has never failed or fallen. The Lowes brand has failed at least once a week and two of the drawers have fallen of the tracks. You cant go wrong with their shelving options.

TCS has everything you didnt know you needed or must have! The staff is more than willing to help and always with a smile. Depending on what your looking for the prices can range from low to high but know that you are buying a well made quality product. Their gift wrapping area is more than just paper and bows and closet organization is more more than hangers and shelves.

I went in on a Wednesday to order an Elfa shelf system for a guest closet. They were helpful and efficient, the design process and the end result was good. One of the managers was helping me and asks when would you like to pick it up? Saturday, I reply. He looks at the computer to see times available and asked me if 11:15 a.m. is fine, I confirmed yes that would be fine. He then proceeds to tell me that they have a lot of orders being processed and sets the expectation that I need to be there at 11:15 a.m. because of the orders they are processing. His tone of voice and implied meaning was please be here on time because we are a well-oiled machine and when you show up were going to load everything up in your vehicle and off youll go. So three days later I show up on time and wait 45 minutes you get my merchandise. I called when I arrived only to be told Im sorry we need another 20 minutes but in reality was another 45 minutes. They are not a well oiled machine, lots of kinks in the process and call ahead because chances are they are running behind.

I come with my special needs patient so this last order from today there was a container not available per back order and Miss. Cam..i believe her name was made an on the phone order with another good alternative. It made my day. Thank you!

My wife and I have been here a number of times over the past year... we just renovated our closet and pantry. They have some great items to help organize the chaos and the staff is super friendly - pricing is on the high side and they seem to have a real problem maintaining stock.

Store has lots of various bins and containers (obviously) with some being over priced and some more reasonable. Staff (middle-to-older white male) checking us out of the store made some inappropriate comments to my wife and I when we kissed in the check-out line waiting for him to finish with another customer. If we hadnt already waited a few minutes or could get the exact item online, we would have left. We wont be going back if that rude employee is there.

Perfect place to find what you are looking for. I needed to store yet display a collectors Morley Custom Shop Signature Prototype Wah (1:2). I found a acrylic plush toy cube. Perfect fit! I also found other things that I needed. Awesome! I love the Container Store! Its a little far but worth the drive.

A little pricey but nice inventory

Very overpriced and ride ppl. Staff was not brothered. No one practicing social distance and trying to run you over. Crowded. Honestly with the prices Id rather buy at Ikea, Lowes and Target. All of which had most of the items they carry. Its not worth risking my health and diving across town again. I used to love going here.

I placed a Pick-Up order online for it to be ready at 6:15PM on Tuesday night. I get there at 6:10 and a guy tells me something is wrong, and sends the order processing guy, Steve, over. Steve then proceeds to JUST BEGIN finding my items as I stand there and wait for him to walk around and pick everything up for 30 MIN, when I couldve just done this myself at this point. I even had to point out to him where a few items were. Then there ended up having 2 items not be in-stock, even though they said they were online, and they couldnt refund me because I purchased the order partially with a gift card. They told me that they have to cancel the two items on my order and have me repurchase them, but since I did not have the gift card on me (cause who carries giftcards that you think has $0 on them) they also couldnt just give me a new gift card to pay for it. They then left the whole mess with, Someone will call you tomorrow to work out the last two items. And no one called me. I spent a whole 50 MIN at the store when I supposed to be able to just Pick it Up at 6:15. The whole reason I wanted pick-up was to AVOID BEING IN THE STORE cause were in a PANDEMIC.The store is unorganized (ironically), the people werent even friendly to me like it was my fault, and they never offered me a discount or free-shipping or anything. I also have no way of receiving a refund for things I dont have, nor do I have a way to obtain the items since no one called. Maybe if they had actually even looked at the order before I arrived they would have known about the items that had an issue and I couldve brought the giftcard?? Never buying online from them again. I am calling the store itself today, but I highly doubt I will get this resolved soon.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Picking up orders is super easy and everything is very efficient there. Dangerous to pocket books but worth it. Our home is 100x more comfortable after our few trips and one pickup in store. Everything we have purchased has been high quality and looks great!

My husband and I visit frequently as we just moved and were working to set everything up in our new home. Every time weve been, its clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. The lines usually arent very long either, with only a few people ahead of us at any given time. We really enjoy just walking around and getting ideas. Well probably be visiting this place regularly for years to come.

Enjoyed visiting this store mainly because it was easy to get to and wasn’t super crowded like the stores in Houston. It seemed a bit smaller but still found what I was looking for.

Excellent selection of helpful you cant find anywhere else products. The store has always been clean, organized and generally well stocked. Store employees are few and difficult to find, but when found they usually are helpful, and very knowledgeable about the stores products. Unfortunately it is located in probably the busiest traffic intersections in San Antonio, so it is difficult to get in and out of. In spite of a few negatives I could joyfully spend all day shopping at the Container Store.

If you are looking to organize literally anything this is the place. I only stopped for one item but if I had more time I could see myself doing some serious damage and walking out with cart fulls. I love this place so much.

Nice, open spaces to move about in store easily. The aisles are marked clearly. So many items perfect for all types of organizing. Prices are a bit higher end. They do have good sales every once in a while .

This store used to have great service with individuals helping you to build whatever you had in mind. Now, you have to wait around for a design consultant. Not necessary for something simple.

An employee advised me to put chase an item that was out of stock in my color of choice while it was on sale and then exchange the item when the desired color came in. But when I came in to do that, it wasn’t allowed. No exchanges. Only returns. Shopper beware of story-telling sales associates.

I wish I were rich. The amount of creative space saving solutions here is phenomenal. They have solutions to everything! On the other side of that fence is the fact that its expensive. Like, more than it should be. So if need something sooner than later or its a unique storage situation then shop here. If you dont then search online.

Good customer service as I asked for recommendations for a desk area and a better closet organization and I was advised on several options of what I could do. I decided what I wanted and the staff assisted me on my selections, made my purchase and was assisted in loading the items into my truck. Only wish they had a computer where you could get a 3d visual of your design.

Carries a wide array of containers, shelves, office supplies, boxes, etc. for any room you can think of. Sometimes we just browse and get ideas for things we can do at home.The times I have been here it seems they always have seasonal items for sale as well, such as Christmas tree containers.There are never many employees working the register, so dont want to run in and back out real quick; if there are many people in line it can take a while.They will help you take orders to your car since some items are heavy and/or large this is handy. The shelves are always well stocked and if you find an employee who isnt already helping someone they are happy to assist you.

Its a great experience. I was looking for Bread Loaf container to use in freezer. I didnt find one, but it has a lot of other unique buys.

It could have just been the check out guy we had but he was actually a little arrogant which was surprising and I didnt appreciate. I went in for shoe storage shelves and wanted 4 boxes but there were only 3 out on the shelves. When he asked if we found everything we needed, I mentioned the shelves and he said I have to look around cause it could have been on a higher shelf. I explained I did but didnt see anymore and even if there were, I wouldnt be able to reach and there were no sales people around to ask for help but it was okay and would just go with what we got. Doesnt sound like a bad exchange, it was just his tone and his facial expression was like I was annoying him.
