I asked Reyna Glass for a quote and they got back to me, even though it was almost 10pm. They came out the next day to take measurements, the gentlemen were great. They showed up early and explained everything to me about what I will need and different types of glass. They do not overcharge for services either, they are very transparent about how much things cost and pricing of glass and labor.My window was broken all the way through and he put temporary glass in while he is ordering the glass I need so I wasn’t left with an open hole in the window. I highly recommend using this company. They were super respectful of my home, they cleaned up everything and even put my curtains back up. Hopefully I don’t get anymore broken windows, but if I do I will definitely call these guys to come fix it.

Out of the 7 glass contractors we called Reyna Glass were the only ones that gave us an honest assessment of an ETA for our order. They let us know that the other contractors that guarantee the job done in a day take your money and then push the project back a few weeks. Reyna Glass gave it to us like it was and treated us as though we were people and not just another number.

He was tentative and careful in all his work and addressed all of our concerns before and after.Carlos’s glass also comes with a 10 year no questions asked warranty replacement.

Wow - Carlos was amazing! Punctual, fast, and extremely reasonable. We have had an issue with two large arched windows leaking. I had a handy man completely remove the exterior trim and re-caulk. That didnt solve the leaks. Other vendors recommended everything from water tests to full-out replacements. After last nights bad storm, we had a lot of leaking. Carlos came over within one hour of calling him, the very same day. When he arrived, he went up on a ladder and asked me to grab my ladder so he could show me the issue - the windows had either never been glued properly, or the glue had deteriorated in the hot Texas sun. Either way, the solution was applying glue to the *bottom* of the windows where they sit in the vinyl (not fixing the top which is what other folks always gravitated to.) So $95 later, problem solved. Thank you Carlos!

If I could give less than one star I would. I called this place today and the call was answered with Yea. The guy on the other side wasnt even listening to my needs or what I was saying, he was actually carrying multiple conversations. He tells me he is going to have to call me back and doesnt even ask for my number, instead just hangs up. Look me up, you will notice that I have written negative reviews, but I have also written positive reviews. Youll also noticed that anyone ever challenged my integrity, lastly youll notice that at least of one of the reviews were changed because the business provider read my review, realized they did wrong and fixed the issue, and I appreciate that effort a ton, so I changed my review.He states we are working with google to have this false review removed and reported, - Hows that working out for ya? Its been two months already. Google is an amazing organization/company and they are good about removing fraudulent info when brought to their attention. So why is this still up? Let me tell you why. My review is a fair and honest review. You simply dont like what I had to say. I tell you what. Get a notepad out and a pencil, write some of this stuff down, and fix your business model, approach and customer service skills and you wouldnt have to worry about negative reviews.
