I recently had granite brothers install the counters for a small kitchenette in apartment above our garage. They did a great job. This is the third time I’ve used them. The previous time was to replace the kitchen counters and our bathroom counters in our current house and the first time was in our previous house to update it. What I like about them is that they’re easy to do business with. You tell them what you want they give you a really great price and then they deliver it. I have used others in the past and granite brothers is far superior

I had been in a really tough situation with the contractor that I was working with—I ended up having to hire specialists to complete my kitchen remodel. When I called Granite Brothers, not only were they receptive to my needs and timeline, they were very organized and clear about when my quartz slab (MSI Calacatta Leon) would be ready and installed.Within a week’s time and after my cabinets were installed, Tyler came by to do the official measurements. I asked if there would be enough material to replace the window sill to also include the quartz. Tyler did some calculations, and sure enough there was just enough material to do the entire kitchen with one slab and each piece was solid without having to break up the slab into multiple pieces (so no cut lines visible)! I was so happy about that.When the 2 guys came to install the countertops, they were super fast! The entire installation took 2 hours, and they had most of the pieces pre-cut except for the window sill piece which took them removing the particle board originally there and fitting it with the quartz. The guys were able to do that onsite, and the window part fit like a glove. The countertops are my favorite part of my new kitchen!I was also able to get a referral from GB for a contractor (Ty) that did backsplash and plumbing work, and they coordinated the work after Granite Brothers. I feel really lucky because the timeline was virtually seamless (no waiting for someone to show up to continue the progress).I’m so so so happy with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Granite Brothers for anyone’s countertop needs. They’re professional, timely, and the price was reasonable compared to other locations. Thank you so much!

The brothers of Granite Brothers truly deliver a quality product, backed by customer service and awesome pricing. I had been researching companies to install counter tops throughout my home and selected Granite Brothers because at the start of COVID they were the only ones to personally answer the phone, set an appointment for measurements with safety for me & them in mind and their pricing was the best I had found. Due to the uncertainty of the economy due to COVID, we chose to wait on counter tops but when things looked positive, we called them! They were even able to honor some of the original pricing from the year prior-(what, who does that anymore?) I went to their showroom and had one of the brothers personally assist me in find the perfect selections with no pressure on anything....and I need to see it twice, feel it three times and imagine it in the room six times, while consulting Pinterest!!! He pulled out endless pieces until I felt completely satisfied that these would be amazing in my home. The installers arrived late afternoon after another job and I assumed they would get as far as possible and finish the next day. No, they worked till the whole job was done, 9 pm! I havent seen anyone work that late on my home unless it was emergency plumbing that was a hefty hourly rate! The two installers were young, polite and professional men. We had a few brief moments of struggle to interpret language but between my Spanish skills from college (only used now for trips to Mexico El bano? Mas Cerveza.) and my college sons way better Spanish skills, along with the installers English-we got through it easily. My counter tops are amazing and Im thrilled with the look and the quality quarts and granite we received for the price!

Granite Brothers has been the best part of our kitchen renovation. Donny, one of the brothers, was our main contact with this project and he was very helpful from start to finish. He first came out and took measurements, came out a second time to confirm the layout and the measurements, and finally he had his guys come out to the lay the stone in less than 2 hours. Their selection of stone is the best in the San Antonio area and their prices are more competitive, way better than going to Home Depot or Lowe’s! Work with someone that you could build a relationship with, and that’s Granite Brothers!

I was excited when I went to their office and saw so many samples and salesperson was very knowledgeable; so I was sold. He gave me a quote and sent me the contract later on and made appointment for today for final measurements. I had a few questions and texted back and forth. The salesperson say that we would go over all questions today when he would come to my house. He was late so I texted and he said he was running behind. 45 min later I texted again and he had the audacity to tell me that I was supposed to go to the office and someone else was supposed to come to get the measurements. And he said he could call me back because he was with a customer when he was supposed to be measuring at my house. So a cluster of bad communication. Red flags...so someone else is getting business. Im just glad I didnt put the deposit.

I have had two small kitchens done by these people. Honestly incredible compared to the entry level installers I am used to dealing with. On time, price is reasonable, not 100% the cheapest but worth the extra cost.

Granite brothers did an incredible job installing my countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. One of the owners, Donnie went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. Their prices were the best as well. We will definitely be referring them and using them for any future needs! They were truly a pleasure to work with!

Product material is nice, install experience was terrible. The first time they came to install our tops, the crew was polite but very young and obviously in a hurry. As they were slapping pieces in, they brought in the biggest piece for the island and the opening for the sink was about 4 inches off. So they installed what they could that day and had to re-cut that piece. While installing the other pieces, they damaged one of my brand new cabinets, to which Brandons response was well this is construction. I work for a general contractor and that would never be an acceptable response to a client.They had the new sink piece cut in a couple days and had two of the young installers swing by in the evening after the rest of their installs to put it in. They put it in place and went to cut the holes for the faucet and the power cord to their tool was broken so the tool wasnt working. Thankfully my husband is an electrician and was able to fix it enough to complete the job, but otherwise they would have had to come back again to complete the project. The sink opening was still off by about 1/2 to 3/4 but I was so fed up at this point I didnt say anything.A couple months after the install, I noticed that the seams were not level at the end of the kitchen. Turns out they didnt ever glue down that piece. In looking further, they also didnt use any shims while installing the tops.I reached out to get this issue fixed, and again someone ended coming by the house a couple days later at 8pm to fix it. Fixing their screw ups appears to be lower on the priority list than hurriedly slamming out new installs.The seams are now level, however the seams are quite large and they just infilled a chip in the corner of the material that happened when the end piece started to shift with the seam filler.

Finally got around to sending some photos. We love our Uba-Tuba counters. Excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend Granite Brothers

Outstanding Service and Quality Products. Highly recommend!

I used Granite Brothers for quartz counters in my master and hall bathrooms. Install was fast and efficient. Some minor issues with a couple of caulking globs left on my new tile floors in both bathrooms that I didnt notice until the next day after it was dry because it was clear silicone. They drilled three holes in the hall sink instead of the one hole I asked them to do (which they did do correctly for the master sinks). The new faucet kit came with a plate, so this was workable though I lost out on the clean look that only one opening gives. These issues were irritating, but nothing big enough to call the office about, so in their defense, the office was never made aware of these issues. Next install was today, a few months later, for the kitchen counters. I had different install guys this time. They were very friendly and sought my input before drilling holes in the sink and they clarified where I would like the hole for the RO water spout before drilling as well. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was level, even my stove! Truly a wonderful experience today. I would very much recommend Granite Brothers and I am very happy with my experience overall.

This is the third time I have worked with Granite Brothers and I continue to be impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. Very friendly, accommodating and simply wonderful to deal with. They recently helped us with a newly purchased rental property kitchen redo; countertops and subway tile backsplash. They also put in the new sink, scary under-sink disposal unit and faucet. Our tenants are also very happy - especially after seeing the before photos!

All I can say is my kitchen is a masterpiece. My husband is a government contractor so he knows the types of companies that are out there, so he was skeptical on hiring someone to do our kitchen. Since he doesn’t have enough time to do it himself he told me to find somebody and just get it done. I did just that, I hired an absolute dream team to make my vision reality. Working with TJ on my selection and the sales process was so easy not to mention affordable. I also used TLC Construction for some carpentry work and backsplash tile. Ty took over the complete project including the countertop installation and the work I asked him to do. It was so refreshing to work with one person and not have to call different people with different questions, Ty was able to answer everything for me. The tile backsplash turned out phenomenally and the wainscoting is so beautiful on my island. I could go on and on, but bottom line is that Granite Brothers and TLC Construction will always have mine or any of my friends business.

Excellent work and best price. Much better than Keystone Granites. The owner and the workers are such great guys! They treated me in a way that made me feel like I was really their brother. I’m really happy about the quartz countertops they installed for me.

TJ was great when he came to the house; however, our experience at the showroom was less than stellar. The person who greeted us immediately went into youve got to buy Misterio if youre going with white quartz. We buy it in bulk spiel. There was no effort to show us other options. Since then, we have spoke to others who also got the Misterio sales pitch. Perhaps they should change their name to Misterio Brothers? It felt like a used car sales pitch to be perfectly honest.The second issue is their showroom is FILTHY. I dont mean a little bit of dust here or there. I mean their showroom is so full of dust that we had to use papertowels and water to wash down samples so that we could see what they actually looked like.Obviously, we went with a different company. Granite Brothers needs to get off of the Misterio pitch and provide some value in helping people find the perfect quartz (or other material). They should also clean up that showroom.

Outstanding company!! Highly Recommended! Best price of 4 different quotes. Donnys knowledge of the granite thats in San Antonio really impressed me. I had several pictures of slabs from different yards, and he knew where each one was located just by the picture. He was the only person that said anything about using all of the granite slab for bathroom sinks (since I had purchased it I might as well use it). It was a pleasure to work with them. They have a construction company (TLC Construction Company) that works with them so you can coordinate everything from plumbing to backsplash.

You need to read closely their contract; they are not responsible for damages. Would seem this would be part of the complete job. Counter looks great. Installers were courteous professional and did their best. Sales person did not point out any of these important facts about damages at time of sale. Buyer beware.

We recently remodeled our bathrooms and installed Mysterio Quartz. We liked the look of mysterio but are very disappointed with the workmanship and installation. The chalking job was horrible, the the counter tops are not square with the walls and just today found a chip around the sink cut out. We missed the chip due lack of light. From start to finish, working with Granite Brothers was awesome. Sales manager Brandon helped me select the exact quartz piece that I had in my head. Great work from Josh Leach. He was able to do exactly what we needed and we were difficult but he understood exactly what we meant described everything in great detail went over the entire process with us step by step and laid out all of the expectations and everything went exactly how he said it would. This company earned my trust and if we ever remodel, move or any friends need work done on their houses or businesses I’ll definitely recommend them. All in all it was actually so much better than we expected and we told him our expected price and he was not only able to beat any competitor in the area but he saved us a lot of money on the job and we were way under budget. Win win we got great work and for a better price than expected so more money in our pocket. This is a company you can trust great employees and even greater work.

Granite Bros. did an excellent job with granite in all of our bathrooms. We are very happy with the results. They have a can-do attitude. I also put granite in my laundry room where it was a tight fit. Donny went the extra mile to get it installed. He made sure everything was finished correctly and that we were satisfied customers.

All I can say is OUTSTANDING! Couple of small issues but the head guys came out and fixed it ASAP!! Most of the time contractors try and explain it off but not these guys, they fixed the issue (and they werent big). I flip houses and I am happy to say this is my counter top company for ALL my future flips......all round good people!

These guys were great! They worked with me on price and were very accommodating with working around my schedule. Specifically, I forgot to mention that my condo complex stops all contract work at 5pm. As a result, the guys werent able to finish up my countertop. Brandon was able to schedule in the completion 2 days later based on my schedule. I really appreciated that.They are complete pros. I live in California and needed someone I can trust in the area to do great workmanship, being on time and on budget. Everything went smooth and it looks awesome . We visited many different places, and found granite bothers were not only the most competitive price wise, they also had the quickest turn around time. We decided to go with them on a Tuesday, they came to measure 2 days later, and only 1 week after that our beautiful quartz was installed!! The sales team, measurement crew and installation crew were all extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process.

My husband and I just bought a new house and wanted to change out the counter tops before we moved in so we had several estimates done for us and Granite Brothers was super competitive on our estimate. We originally just wanted the $9 a square foot granite but Sarah showed us some of the level two slabs she had available as well which were absolutely beautiful for our kitchen colors. We couldnt be happier! Like any construction project there is a lot of work that goes into the planning. Granite Brothers worked very close with us to make the process as painless as possible. Our project was relatively extensive (pictures attached) and it went off without issue. There was a team of three professional installers that did the installation and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend Granite Brothers to anyone looking for beautiful countertops coupled with a professional job.

Horrible business, they yelled at my friend in front of her sons,, the kids had to call their dad, all because she wasnt happy they used the wrong materials and dented her new fridge!

We found Granite Brothers on Google and called. Brandon told us where they are located and we went by . We were so pleased with the selections and price that we picked out our Granite immediately. Within days we were scheduled for install. Brandon sent pictures of the progress of our ountertops. He made our experience fun and interesting. They scheduled a plumber to coincide with the demo and install.. I loved the experience and my countertops are amazing.
