Great. He provided us a tour of his shop. We picked out remnants that would work in our laundry room. He beat the builders prices by 100’s of dollars. His installed team showed up on time. Competed the job, cleaned up and left, exactly what you expect but hardly ever get from a contractor. In fact they did better job than the builder’s contractors did for the rest of the house.

Horrible experience. This man is a liar do not trust him... Let me count the lies. First he introduced himself as Ali... a lie. I hear he changes his name from customer to customer to make it more difficult for customers to find him after they pay. I found out that he was lying about his name while I was trying to track him down after I gave him about 1600 dollars and he disapears, stops calling me back, wont answer phone calls, etc. I go looking for him at his posted place of business and find he was lying about that too. He knew another guy that actually legitimately does granite work and simply put that as an address. This guy was furious that the address was still associated with this low life Ali, or Eduardo, or whatever he is going by now a days. The address listed now I think is correct however for all those trying to find him. I eventually found out he was operating out of a U haul storage facility. I went up there many times too looking for him but I could never find him there. He eventually did the work after about 3 months of me harrassing him and I honestly think if I was not so persistant he never would have done it. I had to threaten severe legal action to get him moving. It is near impossible to get a hold of him once he has your money and if you do he will promise to be at your house at a certain time and then just not show up at all. I too skipped work to be available and he just didnt show. NO call no nothing. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The final job didnt even come out looking very good. He uses contractors to do the work and they dont care about craftmanship or quality. They didnt even finish with water proof caucking around the sink... HORRIBLE BUSINESS... Further he didnt even finish the job he agreed to do. I am still trying to recover lost expenses paid to him.Here is an experiment I suggest you try before using this LIAR... Give him a call from a blocked number various times throughout the day and see if he answers the phone once. My bet is he doesnt because he is trying to avoid all the customers he has taken money from with little to no plan on delivering services.
