I am impressed with the selection of grills: Komodo, Green Egg, and Traeger. If they don’t have it in stock they can get it within days. Need an outdoor kitchen? BBQ Outfitters has it, almost too many to choose from. Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. Prices are the same you can find on line, no shipping charges and they put it together. Hooah!

Just got my Weber SE-335 grill. BBQ Outfitters was great to work with. The grill was on back order do to the pandemic but finally came in. Looking forward to my first cook out. Thanks to Josh for all the information and helping me pick out my grill.

BBQ Outfitters was great to work with! They werent pushy at all in the buying process and took time to answer all of my questions. The original salesperson wasnt there when I went back to purchase my Traeger, but the associate that helped me had no problems honoring the deal that the previous guy had made me. I have been to this store on 3 occasions, each time had been a great experience. The first time I was looking to get a new grill, I told the sales rep what I was looking for and he showed me the best options. He then suggested that I return the next weekend for their annual big show/ demo when all the vendor reps would be present. This was a great suggestion as it allowed me time to review my options and think of questions for the vendor reps and they were going to be having some nice specials as well. I returned the next weekend to find a flurry of activity at the store; I was able to ask the vendor reps my questions regarding their grills and made my selection and purchase that day. My most recent visit I purchased some accouterments for my grill, with top notch service once again. This is a great specialty store and I highly recommend the service and products.

Been on the market for a pellet grill. Peter at BBQ Outfitters was outstanding when my wife and I shopped there. Explained the pros and cons of multiple smoker/grills; subsequently, we ordered a Traeger Pro 575 and cant wait to receive. They also do price matching, free assembly and local warranty support. Theyre now my go-to store for all our bbq requirements.

Great products. Good prices. And amazing customer service. I have purchased two big green eggs from these guys. The second one I purchased had a defect. They sent a team out to look at it and determined they needed to replace the entire egg. They did so in a very timely manner and I am back to grilling! It’s nice doing business with a local company that treats you right.

We have visited many times and always receive the best service. We picked up some seasonings and Turkey brine most recently and know they will be great. We definitely recommend and will be back.

Quit the selection of smokers and smoking apparatuses.I needed a Hot Rod for my Traeger and they had one on hand.Decent selection of rubs and spices, they could have more, and I didn’t notice any sauces. That could be a huge section like other smoke shops I’ve been to.They could’ve been a little more friendly, I got in right when the doors opened so maybe they hadn’t had enough coffee yet.

All employees were taking appropriate COVID precautions. Customer service was great, pricing was competitive, store is very nice and well-stocked and convenient to my home. Will definitely shop here again!

Love this place. They helped me buy my Big Green Egg which has been phenomenal. They were easy-going and low pressure.I have since returned for several accessories and rubs and have been satisfied every time.

I had on my wish list getting a Traeger Pro 575. I worked with Peter, who was very chill and knowledgeable. He took all the time to show me through everything and answered all my questions. BBQ Outfitters also does price matching, free assembly and local warranty support. I elected to have free assembly and it was next-day turnaround. When Peter called to let me know my Traeger was ready to go, I he even offered to stay late to accommodate my schedule, so I could pick up the grill after hours. Theyre my go-to store for all our BBQ needs.

Just an overall well established business rooted in great customer service. First major purchase was back in 2015 with some RCS Agape outdoor kitchen drawers and cabinets. A few days ago purchased some accessories for a Large Big Green Egg to support them. Customer for life whenever I need my next outdoor grilling gear.

Not the biggest place, but it is dedicated to grills and smokers so it is still the biggest selection I have seen in SA. I came to look at the pellet smokers and was extremely pleased to see some of the big online names: Yoder, Memphis, Green Mountain Grills and Pitts and Spitts to name a few.I cant comment on the help because I didnt ask for much, but I was acknowledged and then left to look around as I asked. If I was looking for a pellet smokers, this is the first place I would check.

Nice store but prepare to spend the bucks. Would of like to seen more local Texas product and smokers. There was far more grills than BBQ related items. Overall nice store but not what I was hoping for

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great diverse selection! We searched near and far for a retailer than had pellet grills in stock that we wouldn’t have to order and wait on. Walked in, salesman knew the answer to every question we had plus more, found the one we wanted and with no pressure walked out the door with our new grill and the knowledge we needed to start using it. We will definitely be sending our friends.

Customer service after the sale is horrific. Went in experiencing trouble with maintaining temperature with our Green Egg (all four times we have used it) and all Sean could say was that he didnt know what to tell us because he has never heard of anyone having trouble maintaining temperature on the egg. Yet, there are blogs all over the Internet with people stating they also have issues with temperature control. The manager, Nikkis advice was to keep cooking. We even took pictures of the temperatures throughout the day so maybe they could problem solve with us, but nope. Will never recommend BBQ Outiftters, thankfully there are other retailers in our area if you want a Green Egg.

Lots of options for outdoor kitchens. The only place Ive found so far that has Weber electric grills. Wish I had found them 15 months ago when wer first moved into the apartment, rather than now, when we are moving to a house!

We bought a bbq from them 2 years ago. The bbq was very expensive. It has not held up well. We contacted the Delta Heat manufacturer as the base unit, wheels, and hinges were rusting. They said sorry it is only warrantied one year and we will sell you new hinges! A true stainless steel base should not rust in 2 years. I told the store and they were no help either. When I say a lot of money, it was around $3600! I suggest that a person wanting to buy a bbq not look at Delta. I am disappointed in the store and this manufacturer. One other note...this bbq was always under a large patio roof and not out in the weather.We had a Bbq Galore Bbq some years back that never rusted and we had it in our old house for 10 years and it was actually sold with our house. The new owner requested it, as it looked and worked great at 10 years! The picture is actually after I worked at cleaning the rust off. It has come back like mold does.

I go there to buy rubs n sauces I like it . My only complaint is that is really expensive. I bought 2 rubs and 1 mango habanero rib candy bottle and it was about $33 bucks n some change.

I was on my way thru San Antonio and had a chance to stop in. Really enjoyed the visit...great staff and BBQ rubs !
