Enormous selection.Its soothing meandering through the Garden Center Dept. Its a breeze even in this Hot humid weather. Fabulous healthy indoor and outdoor plants. flowers, succulents, bushes, trees. A grand variety of Potting, planting mixes and mulch... push in one of those enormous orange carts so u po u can g err t sev er real bags of mulch/wood chips - theyre often on sale.Meander around, no crowds! Plenty of closeup parking, including the Handicap stalls.

Its sad you have to pay to join your special Club when you was making a lot more and had all kinds of races giving you business

They say women shop crazy, they got nothing on me and HF. I go in for a 5 dollar tool, and walk out a couple hundred down. Now remember, their prices are unbelievably low, so Im carrying plenty of bags. Then they have an excellent ITC membership, where I get certain items discounted. Example: membership costs 30 bucks a year. My first purchase with my new membership saved me 15! So it paid half the fee on just one item. In my line of work, I need just about every tool made and many of the tools have LIFETIME guarantees. Itsa win - win. My son always wanted to go along, cuz they have a great wooden model section. Soon he had every one. Employees at the Vance Jackson locale are very helpful and will give you tips on your project if asked. Ive seen entire families shopping, and quite often single ladies too. Says a lot HF, youre doing great👍👍👍👍👍

I was in the market for a shop vac for any clean up at home instead of my vacuum cleaner.Instead bought a spray machine which can make a painters job much more esaier.Labor day sale and ghost town then again it was almost closing time. Cashier very polite and answered my question about how the warranty work and the Mangement had good customer service

Worst HFT I have ever been to. No staff. Incredibly slow checkout. Line literally from front of store to the back of the store. The store is dirty, disorganized, has extremely limited inventory. It looks like it is severely mismanaged. I have been to alot of HFT stores, I cant believe they let this one stay open. If you have to drive 30 minutes to go to another store, do it.

Ok, this place needs carts! What the heck had to carry handful of stuff and then such a pain to buy large items. It was the last store that has welder I was looking for. Very busy for week day and was a hassle getting staff to move items to front. Waited for them to bring to car to load, eventually gave up. Just walked in and grabbed my $700 of items and carried out myself--no one seemed to care or notice.

Way to expensive they wanted over 100 dollars for a table saw. And brought a ryobi table saw for 120 dollars and its was better use to shop there all the time but not anymore

There is saying, you can buy something with only 3 different options. It can be fast, cheap, or good. Of those 3 different options, you can only pick 2. If you want it good and cheap=it wont be fast, If you want it fast and good=it wont be cheap. If you want it cheap and fast=it wont be good. Harbor Freight is a mixture of the three. If you want something good and cheap, everybody else knows about it, and stock runs out fast. You have to wait sometimes until a restock. If you want some fast and good, you pay full price (unless you have a coupon) or have to wait for their big sales. Each big sale is different and sometimes it is done in cycles. If you want it cheap and fast there are a lot of products, mainly consumables, that do the job but dont expect it to withstand the test of time. Its perfect place for all types, pros, trades, and the DIY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A 10 to 20% COUPON AND SOMETIMES A FREE ITEM IF YOU BUY OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT. They do accept online coupons.

It is a well kept area with lots of tools. They also have toys and plenty of other household items. They had a magnizing lamp that were looking for. There was only two so I was glad to get it. The staff was friendly. It is a good place with lots of work items with reasonable prices. This location had decent parking .

This armour freight has some of the best customer service of any of the arbour phrase in this area!! I tend to utilise this Harbor freight because its clean, Organized And the staff are very helpful. I purchased a carport from a different harbour freight and a number of the pieces were missing. Since I am disabled I had to put the pieces in the Box little-by-little so I could return the item to the store after calling the harbour freight Toll free number. A lovely lady helped me exchange my defective Carport for a new 1. They unloaded the old 1 from my Van and loaded the new 1 while I waited. I appreciate the effort they put forth Making my customer service phenomenal!!!! This door is always busy!! I have always found the customer service helpful And the usually go the extra mile!! Kudos to a job well done!!

Was looking for a product that the website lists as in-store/in-stock. The employees didnt know how to find the tool but an older man, himself a tool that works here didnt want to help. I recommend avoiding this Harbor Freight if possible. A younger employee truly tried to help, but to no avail!

I had the temerity to try to drink a cup of coffee while shopping here. Some grade-AJerkwoman came up to me and demanded loudly that I put a mask on. I asked her if I was allowed to drink coffee while I shopped and she said I could, but i would have to wear a mask. Riddle me this, batwoman, how does one consume coffee while having a mask on? I told her that she was irrational and donned my mask. I also gave the Fauci salute and shouted Heil Fauci!. The governor has rescinded his ineffectual mask order ( which he had no right to institute anyway) so why are you still licking boots and kissing the CDCs donkey. Some slaves dont want to leave the plantation.

Ive visited Harbor Freight rather infrequently. Each time I visit the store/restroom is clean and orderly. Ive interacted with the store manager and he has always been cordial and helpful. This isnt a very big place, but seem to have quite a few things. I prefer coming here for the casual simple things I need. Its better than Home Depot as far as price and lines. The small business type setup is probably why, they have more of a neighborhood or mom and pop type feel. Im never disappointed coming here and always get treated fair each time I visit. And whats best is the fact that they always have a store coupon for a percentage off your purchase. Lowes or Home Depot doesnt do that..HF is a store for someone like me! 👍👍

Its harbor freight tools, if youre coming here its for a specific thing, and 50 other tools you find out you cant live without. The only thing they really need to sell is excuses to give to you spouse on why you spent so much money here.

Truly a terrible experience. No employees to guide me to what I was looking for. When I finally found it, no one was at checkout. I had just moved into the area and been send a few coupons from HFT and it turns out they had expired, even though I had received them a day prior.They would not honor the coupons and were very rude when I told them I had just received them in the mail. Oh well....more business for Home Depot or Lowe’s, I suppose!

I became a member customer @Harbor Freight tools 4 the Outstanding customer service they have on All the merchandise they carry in thier store.The first time i went in, it felt only like a dudes store.When i found my hose 4 my airbrushed makeup compressor everything change.I love this store, they also hav tech support on their equipment. The Manager went out of his way 2 give ideas on how 2 set up my outdoor lighting. The female cashiers explained everything u need 2 kn about thier insurance programs. All the gentlemen thier from the cashier 2 the manager r there 2 work 4 us the people. They r always in such a good mood.This company is number #1 with me. P.s. they hav kool music playing also.

Do they ever answer the phone? We placed an in store order and was told wed have to call and ask if its in. Horrible customer service! Now weve been calling and calling and calling and no one bothers to answer the phone! Emailed corporate to be told well get back to you in 3 days. Over a week now havent received anything! CALLED corporate and they said well escalate and someone will get back in 3 days. What the world are they doing??? Never made purchase prior to this and never going back!
