I recently purchased protein, and decided this time to try a different flavor than my usual of chocolate. Well, that didnt work out and I thought I would be stuck with it. After my workout this morning, I tried and called this location and the manager Kyle answered. I explained the situation, and without hesitation he said just to bring back the protein and exchange it for my favorite flavor without any extra costs. Easily my fav place to go to for any Supplements/Pre-Workout needs. Place is always very clean and the staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. Prices are average and they tend to have a good amount of sales on certain items. 5-Star location.

Ive been a customer of Cost Plus Nutrition for about 12 years now. I love that they have various locations around town so theyre convenient, wherever my errands take me. Im especially fond of the one on Huebner, where Scott Pritchard works at this store. They almost always have whatever I need and if theyre out of something, theyll either transfer it from another store or order it for me and call me when its ready. Can usually find supplements others dont carry .Very friendly and helpful employees.However ever since Ernest left this store the since of urgency, when asking for a product that they carried and clearly have an empty space for this product with name etc., isnt very good.Ive gone in asking for product for about 4 month and they have yet to get it in.😞Have had to purchase product at Vitamin Shoppe at North Park .The employees were a bit more attentive in getting product in when out when Ernest was at this store.

Im from Austin just visiting. I needed some protein powder so stopped by this place. My girlfriend and I usually get protein from Total Nutrition or Vitamin Shoppe but let me tell you, this place has it right. I paid ~35 for a large tub of protein that runs me ~55 at Total Nutrition. The best part? The people here didnt push me to buy anything. At TN they push products like their life depends on it. I also got some creatine powder for ~20 when I usually pay >30 at my usual stops. Seriously, youre wasting your time if you go somewhere else for sports nutrition. Thats just my .02 so do whatever the f you wanna do.

Been going here for years! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, but not pushy. Ive worked at a GNC before and was impressed at how much less expensive the exact same products were at Cost Plus. Definitely worth checking out.

Live up to their name. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I saved money with then, returned product from a competitor because cost plus was cheaper. Couldnt believe it.

Drove 50 minutes to get there because it says that they close at 9pm online. It turns out that they close at 8pm. I got to the door at 8:05 and was shewed away. I tried to call to let them know that I just needed one thing and to see if an exception could be made. The person at the counter looked at the phone and put it down. Ill just order online since I was told this was the only place who carries the brand I need.

The have fresh veggie juice and a great selection of protein bars. The customer service is always friendly and inviting.

They are ALWAYS helpful! When you ask if they have a product for a health issue, they will make suggestions...AND, their suggestions have been helpful for me. I dont consider their suggestions as being pushy as one person posted.
