Avoid this outfit at all costs. They installed a system in my home and I was unable to get them out to correct installation issues and get the DVR to work. I spent months trying to get them out to repair my stuff and was ignored. I recommend Steve’s AV. They came out and fixed all of the installation and operating issues in half a day and made several improvements as well. Precision AV are a bunch of worthless hacks. Don’t waste your time and money on these guys and end up disappointed.

They were contracted to run cable in my house from the builder, and left me with a service loop. None of the cables were tested or connected at the junction box. Ive attempted to contact them several times over the past couple of months to get this corrected (ie: finished) and they have been unresponsive. When they do reply, its with a let me check with a specialist and get back to you with no follow-through.
