Im an operations manager for a local document shredding company. I had an issue with an hydraulic oil filter on one of our shred trucks. I came into the shop on Broadway and was helped right away. They were able to fix the issue quickly and get the truck back on the road. I didnt get their names but there were both fantastic. Top notch customer service and just great human beings. I will be bringing our trucks there whenever we have a hydraulic component need. Great job! Youve gained a customer!

I am a superintendent at a Crushed aggregate Quarry in San Marcos,I had a portable screen blow a large hydraulic line at 5PM on a Friday. Ray and his Manager literally worked through the night sourcing parts from all over to get this hose made for me by 4AM the next morning so I could fire up the plant. This kept me from running my customers out of material and was beyond helpful.Really can’t recommend them enough. They take customer service to a level that I promise you haven’t seen before.Even 5/5 Starts isn’t a fair rating but it’s all google allows.I hope Pirtek compensates them appropriately for all they do.

The coustomer service was awesome and very fast they fix all kinds of hoses. I needed to repair my hydrojet hose and it was done on the spot less than 10 min.
