Ive used this company many times for both lawn seeding and Irrigation. Every experience has been professional, timely, and cost effective. They helped on my last large project by giving options to complete in stages which saved me from a very large bill at one time. If an issue arises outside of my expectations they are quick to resolve.Thanks!!!

Unfortunately I am sorry to say that after years of using this company we have had to leave and find another. Up until this year they were fair and reasonable.Our most recent project we were told would include rerouting our main sprinkler line and was cost prohibitive so we were advised by Dickinson to go a different route that would not mean moving anything.We did what they advised and were charged for a service call. Once our deck project was completed we called them back out to change our sprinkler heads and finish the project. They came out and changed 2 of the 5 heads, charged us another service fee, then said they would return later.On the 3rd visit, they changed out the other 3 heads, charged us yet another call and the project was finally completed. We were told that we would receive an invoice with total prices on it.When I paid, the total was over $120 more than invoiced.I called the owner because I thought maybe there had been a double billing Mistake and he told me “no” that was the price and I should be content because it was less than rerouting my entire main line.The job should have been charging one consult and one visit. The fact that the serviceman decided to break it up into 2 visits is unprofessional and should not charge an extra $120 visit fee.No lines were dug or moved, one was shortened by 12” with a head change, 4 other heads were changed. Charging over $530 for less than 2 hours worth of work and a few heads is unrealistic.I do not recommend using this company anymore since their methods and customer care has taken such a change.

Dickinson has been servicing my irrigation and back flow preventer for a few years now. They are always professional and friendly. This year, I had Zack and Jose service my irrigation system and add a couple of additional heads. Once again 5-Star Service. Thanks Larry and TEAM!

The service was slow and lacking communication. The only time I received prompt communication was regarding paying the bill. I requested an estimate. I never received an estimate for the work. I will not use your company for the backyard because of this. You overcharged and never gave me an estimate.

Outstanding service and incredibly affordable. We had a very difficult situation and Steve didnt give up. It took multiple trips but they adhered to the price that I had been quoted. I wont change!

Great and timely service. Installed a new control box and added some new sprinklers to the back yard. We have used this company for about 10 years.

We initially called OneGuard our home warranty and they referred us to Dickinson Sprinkler & Lawn Seeding because thats who they hire if we have something wrong with our sprinklers. Weve never used a sprinkler system and we also thought there were some heads that werent working properly. We first set up a consultation to learn how to use our sprinkler system and to check if we had anything broken (this charge was separate from the Home warranty charge because it was a consultation to show us how to use our system and identify any problems, I think thirty bucks).Jason was excellent, he was very thorough in explaining everything to us and making suggestions to help us save water without compromising our landscape! He is very knowledgeable in his job and a hard worker at that! He gave us a good explanation on how to use it and also pointed out the heads that were broken and needed fixing. We scheduled our appointment through OneGuard and paid our 69$ fee and then Jason came out and fixed everything! We had sprinkler heads that werent working properly, broken or just not popping up, some were buried, some were spraying on the street, some didnt need to be roaders, some needed to be turned off because there was too much water in that specific area. Like I Said Jason was excellent, it really looked as he likes his job and he knows exactly what to do, you just need to know your end game (what your trying to accomplish with your sprinklers, wether that is save water or plant lots of vegetation). He showed us how to use our system before he left and the fastest way to change the timing of water seasonally. He answered any and all of our questions, great customer service that is greatly appreciated and hard to come by these days. My experience with this company was great!I will try and post some pictures later.Larry, the owner of the company, is also supposed to come by to help us with some drainage issues around the property. I will post a review for that as well to see how that turns out! he seemed like a very nice and honest man as well.
