Tristan Green, our driver, is great! Hes on time, sorts and unloads very quickly and is very professional in both appearance and interaction. If there is a question on the invoicing, hes very good at explaining the extra charges that appear.

As a customer of UniFirst, I highly recommend this great company. We were paying through the nose with a prior uniform company, but UniFirst prices are much more reasonable. Their customer service is great, too. Very personable delivery employee who informs me of any changes going on with the account. The former company did not do this and jacked up the prices, gouging style. The UniFirst sales rep, Bill Wise, was excellent as well. He followed up with me after the sale and continued to ask if the quality of the product and service was good. It certainly was! Again, I give 5 stars to UniFirst - did not find another uniform company comparable to them.

We moved from Service Uniform to UniFirst and we have had an awesome experience. Diana G. signed us up and helped us get started. She was very informative and up front. The price difference was amazing and I am so happy we didnt stay with Service Uniform.

Signed up with Bill on August 8th, we were told that some of our employees were oversized, and would have to wait 6-8 weeks for these. We still have employees without their correct uniform, and are not getting a delivery date! They arrived with part of the uniform, but no lockers to put them in - supposedly missed off the order...I was asked to provide a review on Sept 23rd, after the initial uniform install, to which I said I can but it wouldn’t be the best review due to the locker delay, however feel free to check back in in a few weeks once we have all the uniform. The response received was Well then never mind about the Google Review…Unfortunately I have had to provide a factual review to warn all future customers of the painstaking process we are experiencing with UniFirst.

Dont know about their service but their drivers are a danger to everyone else on the road. Today one of their trucks pulled out of a drive way into the main lane of traffic directly in front of me causing me to brake hard (hard enough to activate traction control) the driver clearly knew what he had done as he looked me in the eye in his side mirror and laughed.

Horrible service, they cant even fix the loose button or sew on new ones. Put in a work order- 2 weeks later got the shirts back still missing buttons and buttons falling off. Ended up FIXING them myself.And now 1 shirt has a huge iron burn below the patches they replaced.
