Its a shame the guy with the glasses closes up shop early. I rushed over after work, knowing exactly what I was going to buy. I got there with 15 minutes to spare and he had already locked the doors. He just looked at me and shrugged. I wouldnt have been more than 5 minutes but he missed out on a sale. Im sure the owner of this outlet wouldnt miss the money, but its the principal. Oh well.

The service is great! They held some shoes for me, and woman working made sure the shoes fit right and was not pushy at all. I like the bohemian feel of this store.

Bought some shoes for work so my feet and back arent hurting all day and the Staff were pretty helpful to everyone in the store. They didnt have the shoe in my size that was $30 cheaper and had I gone to Whole Earth first, I would have opted for that one. So I purchased the shoes that were $150, instead. The Danskin Clog 2.0s are the most comfortable feeling daily shoes Ive ever had for work in my life. No knees, ankles, or feet hurting, basically feels like walking in butter. They let you try on all shoes before you make a decision and they dont hassle you in your decision making while trying them on, either.

Came for birkenstocks but there wasnt much a selection. My size or style wasnt available

Hours not updated for covid. We drove 40 minutes to get here, but they were closed.

The sales associates were wonderful and so easy to work with. My husband found exactly what he wanted and I even found a pair of lovely shoes while we were there. We loved our experience and will definitely return if we need new birkenstocks!!

Had a good experience shopping here. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the store actually had hard-to-find colors/styles in stock in my extremely common size. Whenever budget will allow, Ill continue to be a customer.

Shopped here for the first time last week and had a very pleasant experience. I called first to see if the had the shoe I was looking for. When I got there i tried the shoe on and it was a little uncomfortable. Caroline brought out a few other choices and i decided on one that was a lot more comfortable. If you are seaeching for Birkenstock dont hesitate to visit this location and ask for Caroline!

Called the customer service center who referred us to the store who then just gave a paper to try Austin. Not very friendly or cheerful. Wasted trip.

They do not stand behind their product. I have a defective pair of Birkenstocks. Split in a very odd place. I have owned Birkenstocks for years, in multiple styles, and have NEVER had an issue like this. They told me (amongst other things) to put Gorilla glue on it! I called Birkenstock. They are replacing the sandals, stating that should never have happened....and were very apologetic. I will never buy my Birkenstocks from a shop that does not stand behind their product.

Never attended. Other customers came and went and we were ignored. I can go spend my money where the color of my skin might not impact customer service, which is only difference between us and the other customers.

They didnt have the birkenstocks I wanted nor any for my son. They also dont provide repair services.
