Helpful lady good follow through . Could not help me but excellent service .
I needed an antique lamp rewired and an unusual bulb (we thought) for this lamp. They did a wonderful job.Very friendlyI would recommend their business
Extremely friendly. Nice shop. Just needed a couple of screws. They gave them to me.
Designer here. I dropped my lamps off and was in no hurry but after months with no communication from them, I popped in to see what was going on. There were several issues with the quality of work. I waited another 2 months for them to fix what we discussed before I decided to check in again. The lamps were not fixed and the brand new acrylic bases that I purchased from them were visibly scratched (see attached pictures). The owner was completely unapologetic and denied that she and her daughter could see any damage. The owner made me pay $300 in material costs and labor before she would release my damaged, unfinished lamps to me. I am understanding of the challenges with Covid that small businesses are experiencing as I am a small business myself. However, this lack of integrity and poor customer service is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.
Went in to get a reducer. They found what i needed as always. Friendly consciousness service. You have to knock. Cant go in without a mask. I liked that. For your lamp needs go there. I was rebuilding a table/lamp. Try here before going to Lowes or Home Depot where you deal with no-knowledge employees....sorry true.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I walked in clueless and left with the parts and knowhow to build an amazing lighting system for my Batchelor pad. These guys were more than happy to talk me through my wants to get me EXACTLY what I needed. A little bit pricey BUT the service and expertise was more than worth the price.
We dropped off our lamp to be rewired on Friday July 3rd. Sharon the manager owner said it would be finished on Thursday. We got a call on Wednesday ( a day early) Sharon said come get it, its ready. WOW Whatgreat service. We use the lamp everyday in the den.I really missed it.Ill use Lampcrafters Plus for rewiring again. Fair price, great service and a old-fashioned store to browse.Chizzy Davis
We were very satisfied. If its vantage they most likely have it. Not to mention the great customer service. The 2 ladies were very sweet. We needed something for an antique lamp. We got 2 choices. Highly recommend!!!
Difficult to get any to answer the phone
If you are looking for parts, this is definitely the place to go. Good price, excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience here.If you are looking for high end, brand new, professionally installed light fixtures, this place MIGHT not be the right place for you (Im not sure about their full range of services). But call and ask!
Amazing customer service, love the family owned and operated business. The new location is awesome! Extremely happy with all the work and lamps Ive gotten from them. The owners bend over backwards to make sure my family is happy everytime. 10/10 best shop in town
Friendly, honest, and efficient family-owned business. Ive had two vintage lamps repaired/rewired here and they do excellent work!
Took my lamp in to get it repaired today and the man fixed in about 5 minutes! Its hard to find good repair stores these days but these people are the best and very friendly as well! I definitely recommend this store if your lamp needs fixed.
I had a lamp that I purchased at an estate sale. It was from Italy, hand painted. After a couple of months of use it stopped working. I took it in to lampcrafters. They fixed it right and quickly. I then remembered that I had a wall lamp next to my bed that has not worked in years. I took it down and took it to lampcrafters. They also fixed that. I am so happy I found such a great business. They are very nice and they charge what is reasonabale. I will recommend them to all my friends.
They do excellent work and they repaired my beautiful lamp.
Wonderful family owned business, quality work at affordable prices!
Couldn’t fix a lamp after 2 different attempts.Don’t waste your time and money here.
Great place to find obscure lamp parts. go there first, staff is friendly and helpfull and they also do repairs
Waaaaaaaaaayyyyy over priced crystals for replacing them on a chandelier. Trust me, I know my crystal. They are this high because they are the only ones in San Antonio with crystal replacements. Go online!!!
Stoped by to have a new lamp that I had bought on the internetthat was not working as intended. They looked it over and said they could repair it but I should return it to the seller. I didnt need to pay for a repair for a new lamp. Betty
Overpriced plus was told repair would take a week because, and i quote...uhhh, because its the weekend. woman had a snotty attitude as if i was bothering her. what does the weekend have to do with anything? why are you open on the weekend if you dont want to service anyone?
