And when I traveled from Miami to see my niece over Labor Day weekend I for sure wanted to check this store out-typical appointment for a fitting is 30 minutes and we were there over two hours. Selina is amazing and her co worker. We had fun during the fitting and left with bra-experience. The system has my size and if I need to re-order just give them a call or handle it online. I could shout from the rooftops about how amazing this place is. I went in today a little skeptical. Ive tried about every bra store you can think of and EVERY ONE of them said the same thing, yeah... your bra size is just too awkward. We can try and order your size online but we doubt itll be on there. For my whole life, Ive always felt my body was wrong and I was too awkward for any bra store. NO MORE. I have NEVER felt as beautiful and taken care of as I did here. The woman who sized me (I regretfully forgot her name) was so nice and professional. She only accepted a perfect fit for me, even when that meant I couldnt leave with a bra. This is the first time I didnt hesitate at buying online because I knew whatever she ordered wouldnt be a guess but an actual perfect fit. I must have tried on over 20 bras which is AMAZING because Ive never been to a place where they had more than 3 bras I could try on. They are super nice and helpful! They are VERY knowledgeable about which bras will fit you, how to take care of them, which kind of shape you need, and etc. I learned that your shape has a LOT to do with which bra will work for you, and every brand isn’t the same, so I definitely wouldn’t be spending this much on bras without people like them helping me out with my choices. And you automatically get some kind of account or profile when you purchase there, so they keep track of your size and bras that you’ve bought/liked!I totally didn’t realize that they close at 5 on weekdays and 3 on Saturdays, and I made an appointment at 4:30 while they were a little busy. 30 minutes was definitely not enough time for me to really experience the store for the first time, so I felt a little rushed. I’d definitely recommend paying attention to what time they close on certain days before making an appointment for the first time! I was there a little after 5 and of course they were super nice and weren’t rushing me out or anything, I just felt a little guilty and hurried things up so that they didn’t have to stay late.REALLY cute place. Since it’s a specialty size store I definitely wasn’t expecting them to have as many things in my size as they did. They’ll have like one or two colors of a bra and then they’ll order whatever colors or styles you want. It’s way better than purchasing online and just hoping that what you buy fits. I’ll definitely be back, and I most likely won’t be buying bras without the help of these ladies in the future!

I never had a bra fitting my whole life. The staff was friendly and very professional. Salina the owner was attentive and very informative about how a bra should fit and look with your clothing. I tried on various sizes and styles until I found the right one. When I wore it for the first time it felt so comfortable and my clothes fit well no bulging out. I was not in a hurry to take my bra off when I got home it was so comfortable. Never again will I buy something from walmart or Target ever again. Heard so many good things about this place from a friend.I went in for my “true size” measurements bought 1 bra 1 bra panty set. Well the bra on the set, did not fit. Too small no biggie I gave that bra away to a B cup person. I try to order online. And yes special orders are 6/8 weeks. Correction all orders are 6-8 weeks . Then I finally after 2 months I receive bra . Too small. I will give this one away as well as their are no refunds.

Y’all. Salina was sent from heaven specifically to do bra fittings. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I felt at ease in her hands. I was shocked at my actual size but once I had it on, I knew she was right. They also have many lacy options for larger breasts that are hard to find at department stores. I’ll be back!

The best bra shopping experience Ive ever had. Expert fittings, and they listened to my concerns (Im really picky) and had several bras in stock that fit just perfectly, and I have always struggled to find my size at other stores.

The only good thing I experienced was finding a bra that fits me. I bought 2 bras from here, a black and blue one, and was told they’ll arrive in 6-8 weeks. I received the blue on time but they told me the black was on ‘back order’ basically it wasn’t in stock, so they asked if I wanted a different color that IS in stock and I told them I’ll take the purple one and they said they’ll put in the order and to wait another 6-8 weeks. I call them about a month and a half later asking if my order had arrived, and they told me that it was on ‘back order’ and was out of stock and the order was never received (so I waited six weeks for nothing and they never notified me). They asked me if I wanted a different color again (I chose pink this time) and they said they’ll have it there in one week). It took me a couple weeks to get there to pick it up being busy and all, so I called to ask if my bra had arrived and the lady told me that she had no orders in my name and had no record of me ever calling or asking for these colors. LIKE WHAT? I explained the situation to her several times and she started to give me an attitude basically implying that this was my fault. I asked for a refund but she said they don’t issue refunds, like okay so I pay $75 for a bra and you can’t even get an order right or have it here on time?? This lady was not listening to me so my MOTHER went down there the next day and they SUDDENLY had my order there. I waited a total of 5 months to get my bra what was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. That bra wasn’t worth the $75 OR the hassle. Go somewhere else.**EDIT because The bra Box replied to me**Whatever the case may be in your point-of-view, that is not my point. My point is that I was patient because I understood why it was taking so long, but Ms. Stephanie was claiming that she had no record of ANYTHING, all the way up to the first black bra. No record of the purple or pink or any history of calls between me and your store, she claimed that you guys notified me of the first bra being unavailable and that you guys had been waiting months for me to reply to you guys. She said that there was no record of me and your store talking at all. After I had spoken to Stephanie and telling her I was waiting for a pink bra and her telling me there was nothing there in my name, you guys then called saying it was there, my point is that Stephanie didnt really care to look for records or my bra, because what youre telling me is that supposedly all the information was there all along. Which makes that whole experience even more annoying now.

Went in for a strapless bra. Felt forced into a fitting even though I knew the size I needed (that they didn’t have in stock). Got the fitting, purchased a bra that “kinda” fit. The purpose of this purchase was for a dress that I would wear to a wedding in Portland, OR. Once I got to Portland, I had such hesitation about the bra and fit I opted to go without. I planned to return it today but my mom accidentally washed it and one of the tags came off in the washer. She felt so bad and called to see if any store credit could be offered since the item was not worn but missing a tag (which could easily be replaced). Instead of the staff assisting her (or even being kind), they were rude and advised “well we believe it was worn so you wouldn’t like it if we resold it to you”. Unprofessional, inappropriate, and honestly all this place wants is money. Fine have my $84 (overpriced as hell) bc it’s the last you’ll receive from me or anyone else I know. Shop at your own risk guys!And I didn’t mention the washing when I spoke with the representative bc I was unaware it had been washed at that time. And for the record, I use laundry products that are safe for all sensitive skin individuals bc I use all natural products since that seems to be a reason why they wouldn’t honor an exchange or store credit. Thanks for nothing guys! Also, I was never offered wine so idk what this other reviewer was referencing.

I went in needing a strapless bra for my wedding dress. I explained I have fibromyalgia and a needed something that isn’t going have me sucked up in it because it would cause horrible muscle spams, plus I had shoulder surgery in November and it hurts my shoulder to wear a bra . The Lady who worked with me did an amazing job. She found me something that is going to well for me for my wedding dress, I also decided to get a couple of other bras while I was there one for work and one for everyday wear. I have hated bras all my life. Ive gotten fitted so many times at some many stores and after spending thousands of dollars, my bra still didnt fit right. I felt as if I was suffocating; my back, my neck and my shoulders hurt, I felt so uncomfortable. I would sweat and feel like I couldnt breathe. For work, I would wear a normal bra but mid morning I would change to a sport bra with no support at all. Havent wore a nice shirt because no shirts look nice when you walk around with a uniboob. Most of my life I wore a 32C, 34D sometimes DD, always uncomfortable, always either spilling, sagging or in pain. Just horrible. I made an appointment at The Bra Box and Salina took care of me, explained me all types of bra and what would they do for me. She measured me and helped me pick an extremely comfortable bra, turns out Im a 30G Came out of my appointment super satisfied. Best place to get the right bra! Honestly, i dont care if they are far from me, from now on all my bra money will go to this store. Love the styles and love love love the amazing customer service. Make an appointment! Welp, I lived in San Antonio and found this hidden gems. I was excited to make my bra purchases. Since Covid, I moved out to the west coast and was sure I would be able to have access the the needed bras, to find out all sales are final online. That really is horrible considering I was bragging to all my family about the store in California.

Today was my first time here... and I was more than satisfied!!! My experience here was beyond words. I can honestly say I felt so empowered as a female all because I had a bra that fit amazing and someone who felt just as passionate to fit me with the perfect bra!

If you need a good fitting bra and great assistance getting it, the bra box is the place. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I had an absolutely positive experience and highly recommend them. They did a personal fitting and stayed with me trying on bras until I found the perfect bra. They had to order my bra which took a couple of weeks. The wait was worth it because my bra was a perfect fit. I ended up purchasing two bras and will return soon for another. They keep track of your measurements and information so reordering is easy.

This place was amazing to say the least. I was in and out in less than 30mins. I came in looking for wedding dress undergarments. I had searched all stores for undergarments and none seemed to fit. I told her what I was looking for, she showed me options, I got measured, and walked out with the perfect undergarment. It is pricey, but the fit is perfect.

I have a small chest and Ive never gotten the right bra fitting experience. This place has wonderful customer service. They had several things in stock in my size. The things that were not available, the ladies ordered for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great bras at reasonable prices.I know that they have lots of larger sizes, but I can only speak from experience. This would be a great place to take your young teenage daughter. The vibe is not sexual, although they do have some lingerie. Itl felt very comfortable to be fitted.

I waited for over an hour while the employee slowly helped only one customer at a time. Salespeople easily and efficiently helped more than one person at once. I understand they want to provide personal service to every client but they could do that and make more money by multitasking.

They charge $15 to get fitted for a bra so be prepared for that. After 7 straight years of pregnancy and breastfeeding, I was desperate for a bra that actually fits and this store was recommended by locals as having hard to find sizes. I ended up paying $60 for the only 32 G in the store that *almost* fit in order to not be charged the fitting fee and walk out empty handed because in order to try on a 30 G they wanted me to buy it sight unseen and do not offer returns even if it doesnt fit when it arrives (you can get store credit, but they dont have anything my size so whats the point?). Their selection is extremely limited if youre an odd size (theyll offer to order you any size, but expect you to pay in full and again, no returns). I will not be returning. The employees were friendly and helpful but the store policies are absolutely absurd and do not make customers feel valued. Their prices are also higher than Amazon for the same bras. Ill stick with companies who actually work with their customers instead of just trying to take their money.TL/DR: my $60 bra dislocates my ribs because of my EDS but they had nothing in my size and would have charged me $15 for the fitting if I hadnt bought anything, even though they didnt have my size in stock. Go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and taking advantage of elderly women. An order that was not yet shipped out could not be refunded because of their exchange policies. They do not have a cancellation policy. Store credit on something that is not even in hand is not customer service.They even sold a bra that doesn’t fit well under the arms.

Salina and her boutique are amazing!! These ladies were wonderful. Even though I was a walk in they took their time with me and doesnt rush me at all. I was able to get a strapless bustier for a bridesmaid dress in a size which they didnt even carry at any other places with the same style. I even found a bralette that holds me in while being comfortable enough for sleep. They wrote down all of my favorites with my size on my profile for next time (good bras are not cheap) and I left there with bras in sizes Ive never worn before that were actually comfortable instead of good enough. Ive always been measured and given bras with a bigger band because they either dont carry my cup size at all or they dont carry the narrow band/big cup combination. The selection is varied and beautiful, not just Grandma bras (although I did get one of those because it was comfy). I cant wait to investigate their swim suit selection too! My only complaint is that ordering in takes so long but thats not their fault at all since they can only go as fast as their suppliers.
