Expensive but worth it. The problem with San Antonio is the stores either have no merchandise or small quantities of mediocre stuff. And no Briggs & Riley, what the heck. I needed to see this 25 suitcase before I bought. Mission accomplished. Thank you Tumi.

I went today to engrave a name on a passport wallet that I bought at a different location and the lady who works there refused and said she couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right equipment, but this is not true because one time I engraved another wallet and they did it without hesitation.This really disappoints me because my fiancé and I are huge fans of the brand and we’ve bought several products from that store. This really makes us not want to buy from this location anymore, because the lady wasn’t even willing to try.
