The only good thing about this place is that the Ceo is an expert at selling a false reality. Truth is...your truck wont get done cause they dont have any mechanics because they fire everyone thats hired after two weeks

First and last time I let them work on my equipment.I wouldnt let them put air in my bicycle tires

Very impressed by the service! I work for a Fortune 500 company who is serviced by Fast Response Transportation only in this area and I work all over the United States and I’ve been to a lot of shops. Never in my day have I had a repair shop swap a motor in less than 3 days (Paccar motor) and had it ready to go by Monday morning working straight through the weekend. I waited a few weeks to write this and I am very happy to announce that I have not had one single problem since! I will be back by again. The owner of the company Fabian actually is on top of everything that comes through his business and is very much involved. It was nice to hear such a young man only 29 years old running a multi million dollar company. But he didn’t take the credit for it and he is very humble and gave all the credit to his crew. Needed 6 injectors on my trucks Penske was gonna send it to Volvo to be fixed. I called the owner to let him know about my issue that I needed my truck. My truck was at Penske for service and they just would rather me rent a unit vs trying to fix my truck. They couldn’t even change injectors. Fast Response changed the 6 injectors within 6 hours and had my truck up and running same day. I’m reporting this as I just made it to Dallas without any problems. Same day service for our companies big rigs and trailers. This company does not take drive ups only customers they are tied to! Super professional and very up to date on safety and service. Mechanics are very clean and very knowledgeable. I met the owner and he showed me there entire facility and took me to lunch then dropped me off at my place of business to do paperwork and had his employee pick me up for free. I’m from California and now I’m stationed here in San Antonio, this will be the only shop I go to.

We just got set up with Fast Reponse as a National account! Sure am happy to know that we finally have a shop that is OSHA regulated, all proper certified mechanics. Thank you for all the excellent work to my tractor and trailer in such a short amount of time his crew changed the oil did a level 3 inspection found 5 problems had a company deliver the parts super fast and replaced the parts and had it ready for me within 4 hours! 3 mechanics were hammering down on it. Very impressed!

Wow! They definitely LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME! Excellent Service! I read the other reviews and I must say excellent and fast service right to your door. My Freightliner went down in Cotulla and they came within 48 minutes and had me back up running solid in less that 37 minutes! You talk about a shop on wheels this company spares no expense on its trucks and employees!
