Terrible service. I have a small project I am working on for my game room. I was referred to a shop down off of Nacogdoches. When I went there, the guy was really friendly, but after describing what I needed done, he said he couldnt help me. He referred me to this place...so I drove on out there. I waited around for them to get back from lunch (no biggie), but then the guy approached me as if I was completely screwing up his day. He asked what I needed done and then as I was trying to explain it to him, he kept interrupting me and kept telling me to draw a picture. Basically he said I needed a picture. Told me to go home, come back with a picture, and we could talk. I tried to explain to him that my idea is a little more abstract and needed his help to figure out the best way to do what I was wanting to do...and he just kept telling me to come back when I had a picture. Brushed me off like I was completely interrupting his entire day. Sorry to inconvenience you. Dont worry...I wont be back. Highly recommend staying away from these folks.

I am the owner of Alamo City Custom Welding. I went back and forth for three weeks answering all the questions they had about a project I needed done. I sent over the plans with full details yet they continue to tell me to point out specifically what they needed. I did this over and over to be told finally... we can’t help you at this time... This is extremely poor business management, and to blatantly tell me that you are putting your daily customers in front of me because their matters are more important is not how your handle things. I would highly recommend not using these guys ever again!!!!
