Dropped my Glock 19 off to get stippling with the bars grip design and frame work done. Even got a mag extension while I was there. Loved the way it came out, I will be planning to drop off my slide next! Great work and easy going!

I took my Glock 19X to Empire PBF to have the executive slide cut, combat rmr slide cut and frame stippling (with black cerakote). Overall extremely pleased with the work that was done. Initially the slide was supposed to be somewhat true to the original color of the 19X. However, Cameron recommended changing the slide color to black and I am very happy to have taken that recommendation. He even stripped slide, redid the cerakote in black and got it back to me in the same day. They really put their all into their work and it shows. I will definitely be a returning customer for another glock one day and hopefully a modification to my M17 as well!

The work empire does and the customer service is 2nd to none I had a slide milled for a vortex venom and cerakoted my slide. I selected the wrong suppressor height sights the first time around and the guys at empire helped me get the right ones and installed them with no hassle truly an amazing experience as this is my first red dot optic. I cannot wait to get more work done with empire. you cant go wrong getting work done here

Beyond satisfied with the finished product. Fit and finish of the rmr cut and the optic itself is phenomenal and the cerakote work was better than expected. Turn around time was fast as well. Will definitely be going back for future projects.

These guys know what they are doing. I had my 19x stippled with double undercut and a flat trigger put on that does not mess with any internal safeties . The work they did was beautifully done and functional, not overdone messing with the integrator the frame. On top of all that there prices were super affordable. Thanks again guys.

If I could give them a higher rating I would but 5 stars is the max. They are super knowledgeable and experts in what they do but what really set them apart in my eyes was the customer service they provided. They went out of there way to stay late to finish my gun so I could get it back that night. Truly amazing that they would go out of there way to provide such excellent service. All said and done the work they did on my Glock 26 is unmatched by anyone. They have my service for life. I recommend them to everybody.

A couple of years ago i did an undercut and it worked, but it didnt look good. I brought it here they got it fixed right up. It looks and feels much better now. Good service and friendly knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Empire machined my Glock 41 slide for a Vortex Venom, has installed elevated sights and gave it a new Cerakote. 8 day turnaround. Awesome detail and a quality finish. I highly recommend them for any gun or slide work. Great to have a shop in San Antonio.

Took my G17 slide in for milling, rmr cut and rear sights placed in front of rmr. They worked with me on some custom milling. Very knowledgable group of guys. I did a lot of research on machined slides for my G19X. All of the usual suspects came up and none of them really had any poor reviews. My biggest issue with the other companies was their lack of response to my questions. Out of nowhere, my Ranger buddy sent me Empire’s IG page. I loved the look of their work. I sent them a message and had a response within an hour! Not only did they respond, but they answered all of my questions, no matter how small or annoying they might have been to the Empire staff. I ordered their Pointman slide cut right away. Within two weeks I had it back. Their work, the finish of my slide, blew away my expectations! It is amazing and a testament to what they stand for. Highly recommend Empire PBF if you’re looking for a functional Gucci Glock! I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

I contacted this company through Instagram and asked how much porting for a glock 34 OEM barrel would be and they said $70 which included return shipping. For that price I was skeptical but after getting my barrel back and comparing it to an OEM unported barrel I’ll never go back. These guys are awesome, they perfect the most simple cuts, did my Glock 17 with a hs507c cut and it came out flawless. Even got a free cerekote finish of my choice with the cut, super great customer service as they are all vets.

I wanted an extremely tricky project done to my gen5. I dropped off my 19 MOS frame to get stippled/cerakoted and 45 slide to get worked on with a pointman slide/RMR cut and Cameron did an awesome job suggesting what I do to get the look I want. Picked it up today and I must say WOW!. It looks better than i hoped it would. He called me yesterday saying all thats left is the backstrap and if all goes well with cerakote itd be done today, and sure enough it was (my original completion date wasnt until tomorrow so its early).Ill definitely be bringing in some of my other stuff to get some empire magic and suggesting my friends to go here.Edit: came back today (one week later) to pick up a new trigger/bar. Empire beat the online price and they even offered to install it for free while I paid. Definitely amazing service.

I had my EDC (Glock 19 Gen 4 MOS) worked on by Empire. I was hesitant because its my EDC and I wanted an undercut which means messing with the frame of the gun. They didnt disappoint. The undercut wasnt too deep like Ive seen with others and was left very smooth.They also worked on my Star Model BM. It was for a cerakote job. They took the time to walk me through the process and realistic expectations. Having paid $179 for the handgun I was pleased when they offered great pricing for the work. It came out looking great.Recently they worked on a slide cut for an RMR that I brought in. Great price for the work and great turn around time. I feel very confident that the barrel that they are currently polishing is going to come out great as well.I highly recommend Empire for all of your Glock custom needs.

This review is based on 2 items: a P80 frame with custom stippling, and a G19 executive slide with paint & RMR cut.I was kept up-to-date, regularly, with the status of my order, and they answered all of my messages/questions in a timely manner (usually within hours, or less).The scales stippling package is beautifully done, and feels great in-hand; especially when using un-gloved, sweaty hands.It was easy to verify the slide is milled from factory Glock slide: serial number & QR engraving are present.The paint (guncandy blue) shimmers almost-holographically in sunlight! (success, I think, for a first Gucci-fied(?) build)As expected, adding paint to a slide will infinitesimally adjust its tolerances. I only noticed this when installing the rear sights: paint in the dovetail will be removed. It also took a few hundred rounds until the paint contacting the frames rails could be completely scratched-off from cycling friction (internal scratching only, external unchanged), but that did not affect performance (just cleaning/lubrication).Thanks again!

Bought a G26 Gen 3, and it had smooth finger grooves. Thought a stippling job would remedy the slipper feel of the grip, so i took it to Polymer Performance. I was correct in thinking this wold fix the slick feeling it had stock, and to Polymer Performances credit they did what they said they would in stippling and providing an undercut to my G26. However under closer inspection, the borders of the stippling are not all straight, especially under the trigger guard, lots of crooked lines. I also noticed that in certain spots of the grip the stippling texture is not as even as i thought it would be, with some deeper and shallower spots in the texture mainly around the border. Also where the undercut was done it seems like they just put a dremel or dremel like tool with a sanding bit on there to take away the unneeded material, but did not buff it out for a clean look. The scratch marks are very obvious, i think if they used a high grit sanding bit to buff/polish this area, it would of looked cleaner or more factory. Other than looks which in all honestly is secondary to performance they did make the gun much more usable when it comes to grip. They charged $150.00 and took 4 days to do the job so for that i thank them, great price and turn around time. However i do wish they would of took more time in the smaller details of the job and that is why i am giving them 3 stars.
