Slow service. People always take ten million years. Better off going to the ups store or anywhere else.
Got scammed on the uhaul gas, the owners dont actually make sure their truck documents and the actual truck match info... got charged $17 for 1/8 of gas because of this... If you still end up going here, make sure to do their work for them by making sure the contract info and the uhaul info match.. horrible customer service and lack of trust in the community

The woman in here today helped me mail some oversized packages. I needed them boxed up and the boxes stuffed to prevent moving around. It was going to take a while and there was a line forming behind me. Since it was going to take a while I offered to leave the stuff with her and come back later. By the time I returned she had everything packaged and ready to go. She had also taken photos so that I could see how she had packed it. Really well done - terrific service and attitude!
No drop box for Uhaul returns and no instructions to call for assistance after hours. Total disregard for a failed process that was admitted to been going on for “7 years”. If the landlord doesn’t allow a drop box installation this should not be an location permitted for after hour UHaul returns.
Isabel was a LIFE SAVER, literally! She stopped the FedEx truck from leaving so my mother-in-laws Covid care package could be overnighted. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great customer service. I went there to send a package and they helped me with different shipping options so I could choose the one that was better for me. I would definitely recommend it!

I have had multiple issues with this mailing spot, and its sister location on Thousand Oaks; and everytime I ask myself why I continue to patron them with my money, but I ask myself that no longer. On one occasion I had two packages swapped in delivery location, another package mailed back to myself. The most recent disappointment Ive discovered is when a package was to be sent internationally, US Customs had rejected the package for a variety of reasons. When I contacted the mailing spot I was rejected both a refund and a re-mail free of charge. While I can understand that the packages rejection from US Customs is not their decision, the way in which the employee told me this repeatedly; my every word and question answered in the same matter-of-fact reply of that is not our fault drove me near to insanity. I can confirm that on this last, and final package I shall grace their business with, it did in fact go towards the location I paid for. While their price was half of what UPS asked, I can say without a doubt it is worth it as long as I never have to interact with this business ever again.
Took something in to mail about the size of my hand which needed a piece of tape across the top and they wanted to charge me. No Thanks! USPS doesn’t charge. I’d be happy to go there.

I mailed a package with UPS to a PO Box. Problem is that doesnt work. They fixed it. Credited me back the expense and re mailed the bar with USPS for no additional charge. They also refunded me the amount I paid on the UPS package. It took awhile to get their and it cost me money, but the owner made it right without me even asking her. Very honorable business person and she does things the right way. She has earned my trust and I will be doing more business with The Mailing Spot in the future.

Horrible Shipping cost! I shipped a book media mailWhich would have been $2.34 at the post office And they charged me $6.50. I would have gone to the post office instead had I not had on my kids with me and the post office being far away. Absolutely outrageous! I will never go back

Overpriced shipping. I paid $22 to ship a package. I went down the street to the UPS Store the next day and the exact same package size and weight cost $12 to ship, the same delivery times. $10 upcharge for what? Very disappointed. Not coming back here again.
Very slow service. Called to rent a po box and was told Id receive an email with a form. Called the next day, was told 5 minutes. By the third day, I just figured they didnt want my business.
Grear service and staff. Provided all answers for all questions I had regarding my packages sent.
