I was in need of a massage. But I already know what the massage therapy experience is like and I love it. However, this time I wanted something different. I searched types of massages that helped with detoxing and the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy came up. It was new for me but Tabarus was great! I didnt even know what I was supposed to feel and I think the next time Ill be more aware because he was so great at explaining. The establishment is clean and very professional and relaxing. Ill soon be back for the massage!

I just moved into the area and really needed an acupuncture session. Its a holiday week and almost no one is open, but thankfully I found Integrative Healing Institute. They had a slot available, and I got in on the same day to see Elizabeth. I felt like new afterwards! I’m so happy to find my go-to place for acupuncture. The place is very clean and has positive vibes. They also offer other services like massage and reflexology.

I saw Kim. It was the first time in a year because of covid19. I was feeling very closed down and out of balance. I dont know how she does what she does but it works. This is the next day and I am feeling so much better. I will continue to see her as we all regain our true rhythm of our lives.

Im new in town and dont know where to get equipment. I was in need of a face cradle and came across this store. They saif that they had it in stock. They brought it to the counter and said $86.60 and she gave me just the cradle and not the pillow. I said were is the pillow on the tag that it came with and instructions that included the pillow. She told me I can buy separate. At the time I didnt have time because i need to get to work. I ask why its so much and comed with no pillow. They replied thats how it came. I told them thats not what the tag says she said well the front says cradle (which can be printed and put on plastic bag). I told her well the tag it came with from the company says pillow include. She said you get what it says in the plastic cover. I was speechless. Ok its your business. I said thank you and left.Now what gets me is when used it the first time it has rough movement. I said maybe it moves tough because it is new. No it move rough still. I just dont want to be bothered with the same person if I go up there to get a refund or exchange. Really prefer to deal with someone who cares to give me options and good products.

I confused my appointment time. Thought it was at 5:30 and learned as I was leaving that it was at 5:15. I called at 5:15 to tell them I messed up on the time. The girl on the phone told me to come in anyway. Once I got there I apologized about the mess up and the therapist said “your appointment ends in 6 min.” So I told them I called and was told to come in. Then the girl who I guess told me to come in asked if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. That should’ve been communicated BEFORE I drove all the way across town. Highly disappointed. I get that being on time for appointments is necessary but they should’ve just told me not to come and rescheduled over the phone. I’ve never been there before but from that attitude of the therapist I won’t go back.

5 STARS is not enough! We have been coming here for roughly 4 months now. This place is everything I could have hoped for in a holistic wellness facility. There is truly a beautiful energy that washes through you upon entering the front door. From the kind, compassionate and helpful ladies at the front desk, to Patty and Sandra who have treated not only me, but my skeptical husband, and both my kids (ages 20 and 14). I recommend this practice to our extended family, friends and pretty much anyone who will listen to me. These ladies care so much and are passionate about what they do. They have my unending gratitude for working with me and my family.

This place is amazing and the services are top notch. The staff is so kind and caring. The staff is knowledgeable about all the services that are offered. The make sure that you are making the best decisions on what service will most help you. The reflexology is amazing. It helps relieve stress on my body as well as helping me relax. The cupping session was also amazing have this for the first time and a bit skeptical i was blown away but the instant results that it produced. I love this place, the price of the services where great and affordable. For the quality of service I received i was expecting it to be more expensive. This is defiantly a place I would recommend if you are looking to relieve a pain or just relax!

I was skeptical about reiki and how it worked. I went to a 60 min session with no expectations, but wanted to figure out why one of my colleagues suggested it after they were introduced. I have to say immediately I benefited from it. No Anxiety, headaches and a calmness was how I immediately felt after. It was the next day when I realized I slept better and still had the same calmness about myself. Definitely recommend trying this out!

If you have mold and or cedar allergies, you need to go and get their mold relief formula and Cedar X formula!

Leslie is one of the best acupuncturists Ive ever seen. Shes helped me so much with my lower back, and at a reasonable rate! She is also very warm and friendly and especially focused on healing your body, along with your mind and your heart too!

Visiting IHI was my first time EVER having energy work done, and I loved every moment of it. I worked with Jill on Chakra balancing, and she was amazing! I was a little nervous at first, but as soon as we began, I felt calmed and at ease. The staff was very insightful, and knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!!

I went here for acupuncture services for some gastrointestinal problems. They were professional, knowledgeable and caring. The treatment was effective and I would certainly use their services again. Highly recommend.

Go elsewhere for reflexology. I had a session with Kim and her touch would be appropriate for a newborn baby. Featherlight, no pressure. For an adult with almost 40 years of physical, emotional and mental experience built up in this body, I need at least a little bit of pressure to get anything accomplished.I came into the session with scalp tension, knots in my shoulders and foot pain. I left with all the same problems, no improvement.The worst part is, Kim followed up with me the next day and I told her that I had not experienced any benefit from the reflexology. She did not offer me any kind of refund or even response. Obviously not the mark of of a true healer, when a person is happy to take $80 from you even when they know their work didnt help you.
