Purchased a skid steer here, paid for insurance and bobcat never filed the paperwork. Nothing but headachea with the special financing just go to john deer or kubota.
Called parts department for a sensor and wanted to give the part number was told they will use the VIN to get the part number. Drove 2 hours round trip to be sold the wrong sensor on Friday afternoon so our Bobcat is out of commission until Monday. Parts guys should take all info possible to ensure it is the correct part!!!
Horrible customer service, people are either rude or don’t explain the process and also miss inform you of what they have.
Bunch of rude employees. My company placed order for planer/miller teeth for our bobcat went to pickup and older gentleman that helped me asked the heavier set Hispanic man with glasses if he pulled the parts and he responded with a smart allec tone they werent supposed to be picked up until tomorrow. which was news to me. Same experience as last time. And half of them dont wear masks.
Do not expect a fair experience from the billing department at this location. I have spent thousands with them, and will not call on them again. Be very careful when you purchase warranties, and when considering adding a new or used Bobcat to your fleet. You will NOT get your machine back without some made up fees they need to make up the difference in what Bobcat will not pay them for warranty work. There should be a book, like other mechanic shops have, that has a standard hourly estimate to repair, not made up numbers. Not to mention shop supplies, and the onter misc charges they will add. I had a fuel problem with a machine not starting, and its under warranty. They charged me personally for 8 hours diagnostic fee! How is this possible? It was only 2 hours to replace the injectors. So I pay for 8 hours. Bobcat pays for 2. Imagine an engine rebuild? 160-200 hours? Maybe get more proficient techs? I cant afford to buy bobcats anymore, and its a shame, cause they have a good product. Since san antonio Bobcat will say they are sorry for my experience, I will help them out ahead of time. Help the customer resolve the issues before it gets posted online, and we can continue to do business. Most customers want to be treated fairly, we arent looking to complain just to complain. Get premium associates since you are charging premium fees.

Rude employees when the order was placed and when they call for payment, rude again. They don’t have any customer service skills at this location. It takes forever to get the parts you ordered and no one has any sense of urgency.

This was the first time I have attempted to use this location for parts. I called in advance and spoke with Don to check is parts were available. After he confirmed the parts were available I drove 35 miles to pick them up only to arrive and find out the parts were not in stock! Of course Don was on lunch break and no where to be found. The desk clerk that helped me offered to forego freight charges on the parts since they werent there. Overall disappointing experience wasted my time and money on travel not including extended downtime on my machine.
3 weeks on a job they would take 3 to 5 days them add a 200.00 dollar (shop fee) that is a ripp off got the unit home very low on oil that they were paid to change . It was the first time I used them and it will be the last time.i will not recommend them to anyone looking for services
Great service from the rental department! Easy to work with. No pressure from the sales department every time you walk in the door like other local machinery dealers.
The prices are fare and the staff is good ...the service dept. is very helpful and answers questions when they can..the rental guy is the best

Parts department was not to motivated at 4:15 pm to get me the parts I needed to get my equipment working again...told me they couldnt order till next day. I called Rabchers in Kerrville at 4:40pm and they ordered the parts while I was on the phone and beat Qualitys the lead time by one working day (three with the weekend).
