Went in for an oil change for my 2020 G4. Only waited an hour which is great. I usually go to mission and the wait was 3-4 hrs. For an oil change. West loop also gave me a promotion Mitsubishi was offering at the time so I paid only $21. That much appreciated. Ill definitely go back again.
I get all my maintenence on my Outlander done there. Oil changes they do it better for a lower cost every time. They always put a new plug bolt in the oil pan and check air pressure and all fluid levels top off any that are low. It is the extra mile they go to that makes it worth going to the dear ship for oil changes also synthetic oil and quality filters. And as i mentioned a new plug and washer in it every time.. (Who else dose that?) No body i have ever gone to. Friendly employees also. Makes the proses much easier.
The sales Manager Eric was extremely rude to us and clearly did not know how to talk to clients at all. He was not at all listening to what we were talking about and speaking to us like we were dumb and didn’t know how this process works when we have had over 30+ cars. Not only that he marked up the price of the car without showing the adjustment addendum on the vehicle. The only thing that was on the car was the sticker price which was $1500 less than what we were quoted before tax title and license. We’re filing a complaint with Tex dmv since it’s against the law to adjust the price without an addendum. When we asked for an explanation he became rude and told us “it is what it is” at that point I was about to walk out and say forget it. But Jonny came calmed us down and apologized for his managers attitude. And continued with the sale and closed it. There was damages to the vehicle the interior was stained, the safety features started to malfunction not even a day after we got the vehicle. The detailing on the car was messed up like it was horrid. Jonny explained the regular guy who does the detailing right wasn’t there that day. Not only that it’s labeled as a brand new vehicle yet there was 1342 miles on the car when we got it. I know that isn’t brand new that’s used at that point. He told us one of the managers was driving it around. Again not brand new so the price could have been cheaper than what I paid for especially for everything gone and ongoing that’s wrong. Jonny was the only good thing about this whole experience.
Multiple issues happened during my purchase. First, I happen to look over in the direction of the vehicle and see it. It wasn’t even offered to me. They offered vehicle was only the color I asked for and nothing else. This vehicle was used by the manager to go to and from the “expo’s”.The second issue I had was that one link that was sent to me by the salesman had an advertised additional $700 dollars off under “West Loop discount” but this discount was never once mentioned even if it is was something the dealership didn’t offer. I came in letting the salesman know that I typically get my own financing but I allowed him to run my credit for a “better credit union” and inquired about Mitsubishi financing where he assumed I would be paying a whopping “$7,200” dollar down payment. I haven’t made a down payment in many many years and didn’t plan on doing so now. While sitting in front of him I secured my own financing which happen to be almost 2% lower than the “best” offer he had. I notified him I secured my own finance and even the day I brought him my credit unions check, the finance department happen to run my credit again. When I brought this concern to my salesman and he ignored it.Another issue came about when I was asking for my second key and my manual considering I just bought a brand new vehicle with 428 miles on it but I was told after I signed a few papers that I don’t get my keys nor my manual until my actual license plates come in. I just moved out of state and will have to have everything mailed to me which is such an inconvenience. I have never bought a brand new car and didn’t get a welcome pamphlet, vehicle manual it came with and both keys in my life until now. I need both of my keys because both, my husband and I, drive it so now we have to keep remembering to give each other the key. You’d think that would be all but it isn’t. As I was driving on the highway out of Texas I found out that my hood kept fluttering. I was scared that it would pop up and come off during driving high speed on the highway. I even drove next to it in my husbands vehicle and saw that you can visibly see it bouncing. I decided to call Mitsubishi customer service and ask what was the deal. They told me that their dealerships are aware of this and that I need to make an appointment with one of the dealerships to get that fixed to the best of their ability until a recall is sent out to fully fix this issue. No one in the dealership we shopped at, West Loop Mitsubishi, never mentioned anything as a known issue to at least warn me so I’m not completely scared and worried while going nearly 2,000 miles across country.I need my second pair of keys, my manual, my $35 Gift card for test driving the vehicle (they said they are working on this but haven’t seen it yet), and my license plates so I can be done dealing with West Loop Mitsubishi. I do not like being treated like a low class individual where they have to wait for me to pick up my license plates to trust me with my second key. Ridiculous.
Don’t come here tried to check out the new outlanders and they didn’t even want to help us out, provided horrible customer service and couldn’t even show us the vehicles inside because “the system and computers were down”. Salesman automatically assumed we couldn’t afford a vehicle without even disclosing any financial info and kept giving us reason as too why we couldn’t afford the car and excuses. Waste of time .
I really like working with Will and was super pleased with the price of the car and loved that there was selection. West loop gave me the best price for my trade in and the best price for the car.
J. P. Was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. But one thing that I didnt like and that really needs to be fixed is that I had to go to a completely different dealership to finalize my paperwork. I think that needs to be conveyed in the beginning, as opposed to right before I sign h the paperwork. I was almost late to pick my son up from school because of this. The drive was about 20 mins away. Then I had to wait for about 20 mins before I could sign the paper work. Then drive back to the original location to pick up my vehicle. There needs to be a person at each location to expedite this process. That was the only thing that I didnt like about the entire process
We are very satisfied with the customer service we received by the sales man Johnny Cisneros, he was very helpful, respectful, very professional kind and knowledgeable. He made sure we got the best customer service, and went beyond and above to help us get the car of our dreams! Were very blessed and totally satisfied!
My husband and I recently purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from West Loop Mitsubishi. When we arrived to the dealership I told our sales guy that I was not going to pay sticker price (MSRP) because all new vehicles lose value once driven off of the lot, and I also knew what I was prepared to spend on a vehicle. We haggled a bit, but once Aerial, our sales guy, saw our credit score, he knew we were a good sale opportunity and quickly agreed to the price we said we would pay, 33K out the door. We agreed to 33K and started signing papers. At that point we said that we would put down $2600 on top of the 33K, so we planned to walk out only needing to finance $30,400. Being convinced that all was well, we signed papers at another dealership because apparently they dont have their own finance person on-site? I digress, when a month went by and we received our first loan statement we were shocked to find that they had cheated us by ADDING OUR $2,600 DOWNPAYMENT TO THE MSRP! So in effect, they lied and said yes to 33K, but added our downpayment to the sticker price so they would get their full sum anyway. When I called the dealership about it, I was emotional and upset, but I never cursed or accused anyone of anything, but the General Manager was rude and completely unprofessional from the moment we were connected via telephone. He said he would call me back on the coming Monday, but never did. His sales Rep. Aerial was snarky and oily when I called him about it after the supposed Monday Call I was supposed to receive. Horrible service. I called Corporate Mitsubishi and got a Case Manager onboard to help me. Corporate said that they emailed the dealership with the understanding that they would call me and resolve the matter, but they NEVER DID. Terrible service, untruthful, unscrupulous charlatans, the lot of them. If you love Mitsubishi products, make sure you go to another dealership! Mission Mitsubishi wasnt much better, but West Loop Mitsubishi is the worst! I will never purchase a Mitsubishi vehicle again due to the horrible experience I had here. What a terrible shame. These people should be ashamed.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. In all that time I find that Steven is the best Service Rep I have dealt with. I always look forward to my visits. He is so professional and friendly and makes all my visits pleasurable. Couldnt ask for any better customer service. He is to be commended and you are lucky to have such a great employee representing you.
I sincerely respected the integrity of the manager, and salesman from the Westloop Mitsubishi dealership!! Their genuine concern for my needs was valued and appreciated!! Their knowledge and expertise for every single concern and question I had for my purchase really gave me the peace of mind, knowing I was going to get exactly what fit my budget, along with excellent quality for my vehicle, within the commitment of the loan of my car! Their patience was exceptional, their constant communication was helpful, and their respect and professionalism surpassed mine and my entire familys expectations! As a matter of fact, I have Two family members who will be contacting the Westloop Mitsubishi dealership for the purchase of a vehicle for those Two!! I am beyond grateful for this team, as they truly exceeded expectations!! I am blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such amazing, helpful, and caring staff at Westloop Mitsubishi!!! The best decision I’ve ever made!!
Very easy to setup the appointment and the amount of time it took was exactly what was told to me.Only complaint I would say, its a little pricey [to be expected] so would be nice to hand more coupons to offset the price. Overall good 👍
The worst dealership EVER. Theyre absolutely dishonest, we agreed with Aerial on a price out of the door, we put a down payment and financed the remaining amount but when we got the statement from the financing bank it was for the whole amount before the down payment. Theyre thieves and Im exploring how to take legal action.
I appreciate the service advisor, Steve. He was professional, efficient and super friendly. The shuttle and timeliness of the process is highly recommended.
My wife had to set an appointment for 10 am today, 7/9/21. I arrived before the set appointment, but it took well over 1 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change. Even though it was raining, for that length of time, you would think they would have washed the car down to at least explain why it was taking so long.
I would like to Louis my salesman who sold me my car was very kind and thoughtful with me. He did the best way he could to make sure I was happy with my decision. His main priority was to make sure the customer is always happy with the decision they make. He is wonderful at what he does and takes pride in his job. I would recommend him to anyone I send your way. He’s thoughtful and kind and very generous and made me feel as comfortable as he can. Thank Louis, I very much appreciate your time and patience with me. You made my experience at West Loop Mitsubishi worth my while. I love my new car and the decision I made for my choice. Thank you again Louis. God Bless!!
Person Louise was very helpful knowledgeable made us feel welcome I give him a 10+ for his customer service
Im own a Eclipse Cross from Mitsubishi, my dealer really takes care of my investment. Excellent quality of service. Congrats
Needed to get my battery checked since my car was stalling and found my battery was still under warranty. I expected a long wait time since I didnt have an appointment but I was done in an hour. Plus I saved myself some money. Get service will definitely come back.
$149 down payment program is bogus. Complete waste of time. They do not fully explain.
JP WAS AWESOME. I APPRECIATE YOU. THANKYOU TO TO THE WHOLE TEAM. THERE. Y’ALL. ARE AWESOME GOD BLESS YALL
If youre looking for a 2022 vehicle this is the right and best place to buy from, dont go looking nowhere else ! Go and ask for Johnny Cisneros he went beyond and above to help us buy the vehicle we wanted specifically, he gave us great customer service, was attentive, kind and super helpful, he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and he paid attention to the smallest detail and came through, if I could give this guy/sales man 100+ starts I would! Thank you Johnny and Mitsubishi for making it possible! I will definitely send familia and friends to Mitsubishi But Dont Forget to Ask for JOHNNY CISNEROS THE BEST SALESMAN OF 2021!
I took my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to be looked at because there was a sound I was hearing while I was driving, my Mitsubishi sounded like it wanted to turn off while I was at a red light/in traffic and the day before my appointment the Service Engine Soon light came on. I dropped off my Mitsubishi in the morning, I hadnt heard anything from the Service Dept so I called at 2:24pm, I spoke with Andy and was told that my transmission needed to be replaced and he would call me back. I received a call at 3:50pm, from Andy and was told my warranty would cover the cost to replace the transmission, I was also told that it would be ordered and I should get my Mitsubishi back on either Sat or Monday. I stated to Andy that I would need a vehicle to drive in the meantime, Andy stated he would check with Mitsubishi and hell call me back, I did mention that I have a Max Care Extended Warranty that covers a rental car; Andy stated hell call Mitsubishi before we go that route. I received a call back from Andy at 4:10pm and Andy stated they have a vehicle I can borrow, a Chrysler 300, I dont know anything about vehicles so I said okay, unbenonced to me that a Chrysler 300 is a huge vehicle. I was picked up from my work and taken to the dealership. After I signed paperwork for the Chrysler 300 and given the keys, I saw what the Chrysler 300 looked like; I was in disbelief because it was a huge vehicle. I drove the Chrysler 300 home and realized I cant drive this huge vehicle, also the Chrysler 300 was filthy/smelled, I took pictures and the Chrysler 300 stayed parked all night. The next morning I called Andy and told him that I cant drive the Chrysler 300 and I needed a smaller vehicle, I told Andy that I wasnt asking for an expensive vehicle, I just needed a small vehicle that I would be comfortable to drive. Andy responded by saying, thats all we have. I expressed my concern with driving this huge Chrysler 300 and that Im a small individual and my Mitsubishi is a small compact vehicle because thats what Im comfortable driving. Andy responded by saying, they dont have any other vehicles. I once again informed Andy that I didnt feel comfortable driving the Chrysler 300, it was too big, and if I had an accident, that I was forewarning him that I wasnt comfortable driving the Chrysler 300; Andy responded by saying, okay. I feel that the lack of concern on Andys part is something that needs to be addressed. I have a Max Care Extended Warranty that covers a rental car, but Andy didnt want to go that route then Andy should have provided me with an adequate vehicle to drive that I would be comfortable in and not give me the only option of the Chrysler 300. I have attempted to drive the Chrysler 300 and the experience is something I dont want to relive or experience ever again; Ive almost been hit multiple times because Im not used to driving a huge vehicle so I didnt realize I was out farther than I was at the stop sign and when opening the heavy passenger door part of the way to remove items from the passenger seat the heavy passenger door swung back and hit my right leg. Im also seeing that the Chrysler 300 is a gas guzzler and is going to cost me alot in the long run until my Mitsubishi is fixed. I dont want to be stuck at home over the weekend because of the lack of concern on Andy or Mitsubishis part, I dont feel I should be made to stay home while my Mitsubishi is being fixed and have the Chrysler 300 sitting in a parking spot at my home so Im going to have to drive the gas guzzler Chrysler 300 and spend a small fortune by putting fuel in the Chrysler 300 until my Mitsubishi is fixed; Im hoping my Mitsubishi will be fixed sooner than later. I feel that Andy from the Service Dept and Mitsubishi doesnt have concern for the customer. Im wondering if I was a man or a women who had her husband around would I have been treated differently, Im thinking I would have; Im just a small framed single Hispanic woman who was given a filthy, smelly gas guzzler to drive instead of a small car.
I have been coming here for years. I cannot believe this is how they choose to treat a loyal costumer. I am beyond upset. There is no reason for me to come, pay and leave with a messed-up car because of your negligence. How do you leave a oil cap off and your a mechanic? You didn’t care about my car that day and it shows. This place is not what it use to be and you should just shut down! I WANT MY CAR FIXED BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE YOU BROKE IT!!!!
Not good experience, not transparent. Did not recommend this place to anyone
Friendly staff. Work was done in a timely manner. Service manager and service tech miscommunicated with each other, but they corrected the issue.
Was not happy with my service had a spicial offer on my phone was not given the chance to use it because I was told I didnt need tires but in fact I needed two of them so instead of four tires only got two because the coupon had expired.
Not all Mitsubishi dealerships charge the same amount. Believe it or not, the one by North Star Mall was less expensive, enough for me to take my business all the way across town
Andy is awesome!! We come to this location because of him. He is always friendly, and definitely takes care of our car. Thank you Andy!!
My favorite Mitsubishi dealership in the San Antonio land area. Steven in the service department always takes care of me.💯
Truly a zero star rating for this place. The guys that work here are a real piece of work. They thrive off the bases of a bait and switch selling motto. Do NOT buy into the whole 4,500 dollars cash for your vehicle or buy back program. It’s false advertising as far as I’m concerned especially after the sales associate never spoke a word about it other then using it as down payment then asking that we place another 2,000 dollars down for a total of 6,500 dollars. Why in the world would I put down anymore money in this economy if i already had a good enough down payment with my trade in that i already owned. The customer service was no where to be found. Save yourself the pain and shop somewhere else.
The staff were quite nice, but the dealership was nearly empty of options.😶
Just out of this world Guest Service!!! JP (Joseph Perrz) hands down made the car buy so easy and worked super hard to makes sure i got a car of my choice. The whole staff was outside. They made the whole process simple and easyPlus i got a great dealThank You
Chris did a great job with assisting me. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased too!
Tried helping me as much as they could
I waited for 2 hrs for an oil change. Customer service was great, but disappointed I the long wait.
Fast and friendly people
I’m very happy with the service!!!
Mitsubishi Motors and West Loop Mitsubishi gave me the WORST customer experience EVER. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone I know even after I was recommending it in the beginning. No one was concerned for my safety nor my kids. No one offered to get me into a new vehicle seeing as the issue was never found with my car and it was deemed a total loss. This company makes too much money not to care for their customers the way they made me feel. This was very unprofessional and I will not be doing business with this company ever again.
Booked an appointment at 1:30pm for an oil change and got there on time. The older guy in the black shirt ignored me upon arrival, I went inside to see what I needed to do since I was new to the dealership and got sent back outside only to be ignored again by the older service guy. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged and knowing it might take long, I went to grab lunch at a restaurant near by. I also requested a car wash that cost me $20. I got back to pick up my car at 3:30 thinking 2 hours was plenty of time for an oil change and car wash and my car still was not done. after waiting another 30 minutes my car was brought to the front almost exactly as dirty as I had left it. This was a waste of time and complete waste of money for a car wash that did nothing to my car. Poor customer service. Poor experience. I will never come here again.
I have no complaints, I was very pleased with their services. Professional and caring. They are truly in good standard with me.
Always great service, greeted with smiles with ant body you encounter. Great Manger and my service man Mr. Andy and his team, great people. Lots of respect for customers.
Stephen Young went above and beyond for me. I was amazed with his efficent manner. In the last 3 years I have had my car and have brought it in for service nobody has evey looked into any additional warranty or services I paid for me to utilize. He also was able to get me reimbursed for services I have paid for that should have been free. He is amazing and I will look for him from now on. Thank you for hiring this awsome young man.
Andy was willing to answer questions on the phone even though we had never met in person. Kind & considerate.
GREAT SERVICE AND SUPER NICE PEOPLE.
I was very nervous as this was my first time leaving my car for an extended period of time, but everything was soooo smooth and Im very happy how everything turned out.
At West Loop Mitsubishi, they treat you like family and not just a number. Great Sales man and great Financial Advisor.
I always enjoy taking my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to the Dealership because they have a fast friendly & staff... Especially Mr. Andy Green always very Professional... Thank You Mr. Green... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
My go to for any needs for my Outlander. Service guys are outstanding and recognize me each time I am there. Feels like family.
Everyone was very polite and professional. The salesman and the financial team worked with us and were very understanding of our circumstances. They went above and beyond, words cant express how thankful my family and I are for all their help!!
I heard about the Mitsubishi in the history books, I just wanted to see one in real life!
Serviced my car here, Andy was exceptional over the phone and in person. He did a great job breaking down the bill and work that needed to be done. I told them ahead of time i had a k&n filter under the hood but had forgotten i had the wrong size and never installed it, if it wasnt for the service dpt going above and beyond and still checking it i would not have remembered and would still be driving an old, dirty filter.
I had talked to one of your salesman to purchase a newer vehicle but with the delay on the prognosis of my current vehicle made me think twice.
Fast and friendly.
AQ WAS SUCH A SWEET HEART - NEVER HAD A SUCH A HASSLE FREE CAR BUYING PROCESS !Most definitely would recommend working with him - such a sweet young men with goals and ambition to help others ! THANK YOU AQ - MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK !
J.P. was awesome. He went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer
Very nice service. Went for a recall work, but an additional battery service was also carried out within the same time
After reading the reviews.....not going there!
Great place to get your car fix and check very good services
MY 1ST TIME BUY AERIAL GUERRA & CEDRIC ENGLISH GOOD JOB THANKS
This place is grimey. The service department is the only decent department. Their sales and finance department are rude. I refinanced my car and have been working with Eva on getting my GAP insurance cancelled. She said it would take 4-6 weeks. This was back in Feb it is now May. I called to check the status and was told that she’s on leave and I was transferred to the Finance Director Craig. He was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to. He was argumentative on the phone, did not want to help and kept talking over me just saying because of a pandemic everything was delayed but didn’t bother to ask for my name or to even try and look in to it just gave a quick lazy answer off the fly. Then would dismiss me and say can you just call back tomorrow? I still don’t know what the status of my request is and when I asked to speak to someone else he just kept saying no because he’s the director. I’m so close to calling the BBB on this dealership they have the worst customer service. I never had to deal with this at KIA. I still don’t know what the status of my refund is and I know Craig won’t help he didn’t even bother to ask my name or look in to it for me. I feel totally defeated and this is money that is owed back to me! I bet if I went in to BUY a car then I would have their attention.
AQ went above and beyond with everything. I didn’t feel as nervous and I thought i would. He was so friendly, I felt like I was having a friend help me out. The business over all was very clean and friendly. They went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable during these COVID-19 times. They kept disinfecting any areas my family would go near. The team overall was extremely friendly and super accommodating. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Aldo and AQ!
Great experience I definitely recommend JP he helped us and helped my family get in a new car!
Everything went fine now the mechanic fix what was making the noise on my car. Better now for y’all getting a good mechanic I will be taking my car to y’all and fix any problem that I have and it gets done. I always take my car for a oil change which y’all do a good work. I give more credit to your mechanic.Thank youLeonard Perez
After being at another dealership that I was treated horribly at, I can’t express how happy I am that I went to stop by West Loop Mitsubishi after a couple of my friends recommended west loop based off of there amazing experience. I was working with the salesperson Edgar and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The purchase of my new vehicle went extremely smooth thanks to finance and the sales manager Aldo. He took his time to explain every detail to me and made sure I got the best deal possible. By far the best car buying experience & will be recommending all my family & friends!
Dont believe the cash for clunkers hype, they still wont help you unless you have great credit
This is a dealership awesome customer service I will go back every time.
This place needs maintenance and cleaning at all area of the building. They need to be more professional especially, service department. There is dirt on the tables, floors, restrooms and smells food all over the service area.Cashier lady needs to stop flirting service guys, Lol it looks very weird to see them while you re waiting your oil change to be done. Overall, they need new management and rules to be professional.
We purchased the car at West Loop and Andy has handled all of service needs with the best customer service.
My first time there but lobby and desk area could use upgrading looked like an old 1970s dirty garage
Luis our salesman at westloop Mitsubishi is a well rounded young salesman. Knowledgeable in the vehicle spec. I like that very much, I don’t like when a salesperson comes up to me and doesn’t know what they are talking about or doesn’t really know anything about the vehicle.they help us in getting into my new vehicle and it didn’t take a nor half/whole day at the dealership is was pretty fast !
Maurice is knowledgeable about the car he was selling to me. He was very respectful and made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely appreciate how he didnt waste my time.
If you need to buy a car, Luis is an excellent sales person and the entire buying experience was great. Tremendously satisfied. If you need service, I suggest somewhere else! Dealing with the service advisor is ridiculous and even though Im stoked my car has an unbelievable warranty, Im going to find a different dealership for my service.
Great customer service! Edgar did his best to make sure we left happy, and we DID! I love my new little car and we got a great deal on it. Thank yall so much!
Was sent an offer in the mail showed up and got blindsided by $100 more than what it was supposed to be. Credit is awesome. Got the vehicle still, but no gap insurance refund for the past vehicle. And refer to family members here and did not receive any referral bonus. I recommend you find another dealership. It took an extra month just to get the next spare key. Totally unorganized, and disrespectful.
Great customer service. I waited about 3 hours for an oil change and an inspection. Ive waited way longer at Walmart for the same thing. So the time didnt bother me, Id definitely come back if I need any additional service.
Excellent customer service. First service for my outlander. Just like the buying experience, service department was amazing. Best dealership in San Antonio.
Great service friendly staff. Andy was great in assisting me took care all my cars recalls without me asking. He was wonderful and I will be back to this location for my car repairs and service. Thank You Andy!!!
The service man was Awesome. So courteous and helpful. My car is running like a top. Its a relief to know that my car is good shape for our trip. Thank you.
I went to The location off of 1604 and Ingram I believe? I was taken care of by someone by the name of Tony . He was very kind and attentive to what we needed and communicated to me everything that I needed to know about my car. There was no hassle no issues . I’m very grateful for him . Thank you!
My husband and I were out shopping for a SUV, but unfortunately walked out with nothing. I would like to say though that our experience was a pleasant one, especially since our sales associate (Dylan Lawrence) took the time to show us the different inventory in stock without hesitation or without forcing us into something we didnt want. He was very patient, knowledgeable, polite and understanding. If anyone comes and shops at this car lot, Dylan is the person to ask for.
Me and my daughter made a deal with one of the Salesman at around closing time! Which we signed and agreed to! The salesman asked us to come back the next day, we showed up 2 days later and my daughter was treated terribly by the sales manager named ALDO! I was upset with my daughter because she went alone! Why because I know how these places like to change a deal from the salesman desk to the finance managers, and just like I thought the DEAL CHANGED! They tried to FORCE HER! To sign a deal that was higher in the interest rate, higher price on the car which in turn made the payment higher! This is not what we signed and agreed to! on top of that they did a credit check 6x!!!it has lowered my wife’s credit score! Stay away folks! Take your business elsewhere!
The salesmen are awesome. They are not pushy. They try their best to help me pick out a car that i can afford. And when I have a question about something that I dont understand, I drive up there and I asked what does that orange light mean? They explain it to me. I always tell my friends and family to go to West Loop Mitsubishi when they are looking for a car because they have the best salesmen.
I shopped here just about a year ago when I was looking for a vehicle. They didnt have what I was looking for, so I ended up buying my Mirage G4 in Dallas. Cant vouch for the sales side of things, but the service department gets me in and out pretty quick for all my maintenance visits. The service manager, I believe his name is Tony, is always very professional, runs through the services and items on the invoice with me and asks if I have any questions. No problems or drama typically. Gonna keep bringing my car here til the warranty runs out in 9 years ;)
Great salesmen but unfortunately the one finance guy they have is off weekends which made it difficult to sign paperwork. Their was always a long wait On the third try we were finally able to finalize paperwork. Although great sales and all vehicles clean and ready to drive off lot.
Quality and professional! Andy is the best service advisor ever! I was in and out very timely because of my busy schedule. Love my Mitsubishi and the service I received!
Rudy Montalvo aka salesman was awesome great personality, respectful, courteous. Thanks..
Awesome! I got my one year Anniversary Service Special.Oil and filter changeEngine air filterTire rotationAnd a free 27 point inspection. 👍
We have been going to the same dealership for the pass 10 years and just bought our 3 rd vehicle. Never had any issues with Mitsubishi and our sales agent Dayrn made us feel comfortable during our recent purchase. It was good to see the same Manager and Loan office who worked with us to an amazing deal. Thank you
They attempted to sell me a lemon. They posted 360 degree pictures of the car online, but strategically hid MAJOR damages on the car. The price that was set was a reasonable haggle price as dealerships tend to do. But they would not answer on if the damage would be fixed. Now I have NEVER know a dealership to take a damaged car and not ask if their is a claim out for the damage? At least attempting to get the owner to fix it before trading it. But these dumb-boys couldnt or wouldnt give me a straight answer. I will never stop by there for a complimentary bottle of water................... wish I could give them half a point of the star as a grade. In fact its been 3 weeks and the salesman STILL hasnt called me with an answer.
Employees need to be more considerate with customers.....I buy a New car almost every 3 years at this place but thinking twice now g by encause your service department is horrible!
This place is the best. I always get a complete computerized inspection of everything on my car. Including the battery every time I come in. Andy always gives me the best service. Still the best place to take your Mitsubishi for service
Helpful. Told them what I could afford and Rudy and Aldo were more than willing and able to get me as close to what I needed as possible. Check m
Do not waste your time going to this dealership. They made an unpleasant experience even more unpleasant. The Internet manager Lorena dropped the ball on our deal and on top of that was not there when we went to go close the deal. We were told two separate days by two different people that she had left early due to an emergency. We went through the trouble of rearranging our entire day to make this deal and she did not hand over any of the information to the sales person when she left for the day. When the sales person finally did get a hold of our information it was nothing like what we were told. Lorena also never returned any of our phone calls or emails going forward after that day. We finally got a much better deal with another dealership. We will definitely never come back. Another unprofessional experience was having to listen to five or six sales people horse around in the lobby like a couple of toddlers. This included using vulgar language and actual screaming. Everybody was extremely unprofessional from start to finish.
Customer service was excellent
Not a very update company...maybe the owner could spend money on making his business look Better!! Or just keep looking like 1990s.....old
Andy is the best ever!!!
Honestly one of the best experiences in buying a car, really helped me out on purchasing a new car and trading in my old car kept me at the payments I wanted and were very polite. Would recommend to anyone needing a car.
