3 am appointment time. Arrived within an hour of it, got put in dock 17, unloaded, and had BOL in my hand by 3:06 am. James came out and cut the bolt seal, I backed in and chocked both sides and he got me unloaded quickly. In Coleman Moving building on corner of Dietrich. I entered from Dietrich, and exited that way as well.

Employees are very professional and great to work with. I deliver to their warehouse on both their shipping and receiving side and I always have a good experience. Though it would be nice if they put large signs above the doors that said shipping and the other door that says receiving than that awesome company.

You can show up about an hour early before your appointment but I wouldnt recommend any earlier than that. They got me loaded in about an hour so I have no complaints. All in all its not a bad place to pick up a load at. The Petro is less than a half-mile away.

If you arrive with expedited cargo as in my case ... arrive and they dispatched me quickly, I have no idea how it will be if you arrive with regular cargo.

Very lazy people. Waited 45 minutes to have someone to come to deiver check in window. Load was not ready at the scheduled time. Waited 2 hours. People have bad attitude

These place only goes by appointment be ready to wait 8hrs after your appointment .They need to hired more people really.
