Tim and Christy are very helpful and nice people with good customer service. Ability to interpret my needs and work with me to accomplish my mission despite material shortages all over the warehousing industry. Only reason I short a star is based solely on communication. There was a misinterpretation of the order (as much me as them) and I initiated most of the communication. I purchased metal shelving in which Tim helped me adapt from particle board to wire racks (over metal, saving me $). I also purchased a pallet rack. The installation team worked with me to get the job done despite my lack of a forklift. One day google will let us rate half stars, in which I would give 4.5

Been working with Tim from Lonestar Material Handling and Packaging for over 20 years. They provide exceptional service in a timely manner and are very professional and knowleadgeable. I can always count on Tim and his team when racking or other material handling equipment is needed. We have about 4 different types of racking systems at DPT and he always has plenty of inventory to cover us when needed. I highly recommend Tim and his company for all your material handling and packaging needs!

Website is a complete lie. They state largest inventory in Texas. They have NO INVENTORY IN TEXAS. What a fraud.
