Do not get your sons haircut by the gentleman there. Terrible job! Yes the lady offered to correct it and yes I still paid but they messed up my sons hair and I just wanted to get out of there.

My daughter absolutely loves diva day. When it was time for another haircut, she requested Shear Madness. She gets undivided attention while she is pampered from head to toe. A shampoo, haircut, hairstyle, hair glitter, manciure, pedicure, and makeup in a cute plush robe. All for a very reasonable price. And she gets to sit in a Hello Kitty car and watch a movie while they cut her hair. Great Service!

My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday with a buddy of hers today.Diva Day! 😎😎🤩🤩When I made the reservation, I explained to them that she and her buddy are both special needs kids that are on the spectrum. They were nice enough to give them extra time to accommodate them so that they could have a great time at their pace.They also took a picture of them together, and played some music for them. 🤩THANK YOU SHEAR MADNESS FOR GIVING MY BABY A GREAT DIVA DAY TODAY....I really appreciate it! 😎😎🤩🤩

Web site said open drove across town to have my grandson hair cut.. door said open... we were excited but they were closed

Had 2 oclock appointment today. No one was there but sign said open. Checked 15 min. Later still no one. Called no answer. Went shopping, came back 2 hrs later still no one. Still sign shows open. Would have been nice if someone would have called since I gave my name and phone when I made the appointment the day before. Very unprofessional. Had same problem reaching them by phone in the pass. Will not recommend them at all.

Took my two boys today. 3 and 9 years old, two different ladies cut each one and they both were sub par, but my 3 year old basically got a holocaust buzz. Just in time for his birthday party. They took 8 minutes max to cut my boys hair and had ZERO customer service skills. I should have stayed home and done it myself. Would have saved $50.

Brought my toddler son here for a cut. We did not have an appointment, but we were able to be seen within 5 minutes. The stylist was nice but really rushed me when trying to describe my sons cut. She didn’t take time to reassure my 1.5 year old before buzzing his head which made him a little uncomfortable. She rushed through the haircut and moved us along. The cut wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t what I had asked for. The inside of the salon is great and definitely child friendly. Looks like they provide some really great services for kids of all ages, just wish we had had a better experience with our stylist.

The ladies here are so great with my little guy (3 years old)! Im always so impressed by them & how they are able to keep him calm and entertained while cutting his hair! Definitely recommend them, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment - they can get pretty busy on the weekends!

Veronica was truly AMAZING with our 2 year old! It was our first time getting his cut here and it won’t be our last! She was able to give him a fade and a gentleman’s haircut in maybe 10 minutes tops which was perfect for our wiggly toddler! Absolutely recommend her and this shop! :)

Went here to find some cute bows for my girls. The selection was very limited and crazy expensive. I paid $6 for each 3 bow. Ive seen better selection for better prices elsewhere. My daughter got her hair cut here and they made it fun by putting glitter in her hair.

Lacy did a fantastic job cutting my sons hair who is 2. I absolutely love this place. My son felt so comfortable he barley fussed. Im so glad we decided to try out shear madness this mom is happy!! Thank you. We will definitely be back to see Lacy. Great customer service & environment.

We had a wonderful experience here today with my two year old and four year old. They both got haircuts and our stylist was wonderful. Kids loved it, their hair looks great and we definitely plan to come back when we come down to visit again. The front area where they can play and look at toys is perfect while waiting too, even though we had a small wait, the kids didnt care at all and neither did we with all the distractions haha!

Went in because we needed a braid for my daughter. Said about 15minute wait. Waited 25 minutes and then the lady said she cant do that type of braid. The lady then said wait for the other hairdresser 30 minutes. Luckily I asked before waiting again if she can do it and they said no too! Dont go here for a braid!

Been a few times for my son between the age of 1 to 2 and had a great experience every time with multiple stylists. Movies distract and a great cut as a result

The person at the front obviously doesnt own this business. She is very rude. I came an hour before the close time. They were not busy at all but she mentioned she was booked. I was about to leave another customer came in saying they have an appointment. They told her that it was a mistake that she may can come tomorrow. No customer service skills at all.

Barber was very sweet and patient. A 4 or 5 year old boy was getting his hair trimmed before my son. He was a total wreck. Screaming, kicking, etc. The mom had to restrain him but she stayed calm and friendly the whole time.

We walked in and they were able to get right to us. The staff member did great with my 22m old.

The staff was friendly enough, so they get two stars. But if youre thinking your daughter will feel like a star here, you are mistaken. My suggestion is to book your party elsewhere. They are inexperienced giving salon sercives. I give a better manicure at home. I got the feeling that us being there was an inconvenience to their normal routine.

Starr did an outstanding job with my EXTREMELY active 19 month old. She was so patient and his hair looked fantastic.

Showed up at 5:45 today to get my daughters haircut, and was told “We are closed.” When I asked why it says they’re closing at 6 then, her reply was “I have been here all day by myself, and have to clean.”She must forget that customers during OPEN hours are the ones who sign her paycheck. I won’t be back.

A hair salon is a place where I should get a haircut that I am proud of.1. they didnt get the length I asked for, which was very specific2. I had more split ends AFTER getting my hair cut hereI was not at all happy with my haircut here.
