Ive had the misfortune of having both washer and dryer breakdowns/malfunctions. Ive had to wait numerous days on ordered parts. Then while travelling on Bus 77 I observed Low Cost Appliance Parts & Service. Knowing Id need something sooner or later I circled back and noted down the business name and number. Well as luck would have it Misfortune frowned upon me I needed the supply intake valves to my washer.I called Low Cost Appliance and Ms Fortune smiled upon me the part was in stock and competitively priced with online parts suppliers. I requested it be set aside for me which he said hed do til the following day. I grabbed the inoperable part, jumped in my vehicle and drove for approximately 40 min. On arriving at low cost I met Jim who was pleasant well knowledged and made me feel confident in my purchase. The part fit,the washer was up and running to this day. On another occasion I purchased a dryer part, I later discovered I didnt need it; I returned it to Jim who honored the return with a standard restocking fee. I recently purchased a dryer fuse cut off kit(quick email response BTW). Im extremely appreciative to have a local appliance full service repair/supplier so close and prompt available to me; you have my loyal support and wish you continued success. Thank you for being such great business model for local small business people.
Used parts cost 2 to 3 times the price of new parts.
