They lied. Said they had phone when they didnt even have it. Traveled more than 30 miles for a lie they told. Wasted my time. I seriously changing provider now.

Nice, neat store. Good signs and flags outside to help us find it. We were looking for a new cellphone, but there were no display models of that specific one to look at. The beautiful sales girl was helpful and pleasant.
Worst customer service Ive ever had from a manager. I came in for a simple exchange for a phone I purchased less than a month prior from Tmobile online. Spoke to customer service about this for hours and they determined the phone was defective ( screen was going in and out ) mailed me a new phone to the closest store to my house thats all they were was an exchange point. Apparently this stores policy is old phone has to be factory reset. This manager took it upon herself to cancel my claim that I had paid 24.99 for overnight shipping, what gives her the authority to do this? as a manager I would have expected her to inform me that if it cant be verified this would happen, but she chose to explain it to me after she cancels my claim as my phone is sitting in the store somewhere. I start messing with the phone and get lucky screen comes back, I factory reset in front of her and still get the same response YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN CANCELED. I would expect to hear maybe you should try to reset so this doesnt have to be cancelled or maybe come back later if you can. She calls customer service herself and they tell her theyve never heard of this policy and when I confront her on this the response is, they were in Tennessee, basically what do they know. I asked to speak to her supervisor and get the same BS, but offers me a refund and another 24.99 credit, why if they were in the right. Because he knows his employee screwed up, so I call customer service again and they also say that this is not policy and proceed to process my claim after many apologies. In short I would never do business there again or recommend anyone to as well. As a customer of over 12 yrs I would expect a little more professionalism!!!!
Also havent been there. But from what I see lots of people go there and they seem happy.They must have great service.
Store hours say open till 8pm on Sunday. False its was closed at 6pm.
They were really helpful in switching over from cricket to T-Mobile
