I live this Gamestop...Employees are always friendly and go the extra mile to help you find what youre looking for. I would highly recommend this GameStop

Good selection. Knowledgeable staff

I was on my way to game stop and thought about calling ahead since I was 30 minutes away from location. The phone just rang and rang until the last two attempts, then the line was busy as if the phone was off the hook. As I arrived the store was empty, only saw one female employee that seemed like it was her second day there on the job! She claims there was a rush of customers and wasnt able to answer the phone. Place is understaffed, lack of customer experience and multitasking. Not hard to pick up and place customer on hold. Definitely will not visit that location again!

They knowingly sold me a FAKE Pokémon SoulSilver, and they won’t give me a refund

I originally gave this location a 3 star and have changed to a 4 as of my recent visit the service was 5 star but the location often lacks items so due to this I gave it a 4 (call ahead to be safe )The rep that assisted me today was awesome !(Franssico) very knowledgeable over many systems, games, etc. I my self have been a asset manager for Game Stop and manager of Game Crazy and have a vast history in sales /customer service and can say Franssico is on point didnt miss a chance to make a sell but not in a overt anoyying way.He even got me to renew my store card !The entire experience was near perfect!

Staff is always very helpful and nice. Even if there are a lot of customers you never have to wait long and I have never felt rushed or like I am bothering them compared to some of the other gamestops in the area.

What can I say other than its a GameStop. If you want to get ripped off look no further. And of course they did not have the game related items I sought. Didnt even offer to order them

Very small walk through space at the entrance. Staff doesnt acknowledge you. Waited in line for 23 min to pay, even though I was the next person in line. Very frustrating.

Worst customer support I have ever encountered at any game stop I have ever been to. I purchased a PS4 pro. Then went to return it on my last day. They didnt have enough money in the register and said they would call there manager to see if I would be able to come back tomorrow and get a refund... I was so perplexed to hear 0 value in there customer support solutions. Which displayed how absolutley Lazy they where. So I told them that was false advertising. Which they argued it was not. Even if they were right you dont argue with your customers. If it were me I would have said hold let me see what I can do. If there was nothing then I would have explained How I wish I owned the store or had the money so I could help but unfortunately I dont. Instead the girl stands there looking gawking at me. So I suggested she call another store. She then tells me she cant because that would be like stealing from the other store. So I finally got her to call and spoke with the team leader of the closest store. He quickly invited me to come get my refund. It was out of my way and would still cost time money and gas. Yet they were doing me a favor. I was offered no compensation or even a apology instead O was directed to call there 1-800 number. Which I would usually do but since moving here I have been discriminated by Hispanics whic make up 90%of our population down here. I cant get a job at mcdonalds yet in Kansas I can get a job with a handshake. I have 10 years of sales experiance. Only I sold $10,000-$100,000 Roofing Jobs. Then go out of it to learn website development and phone and PC hardware and software repair. Now I stream video games on Twich, Facebook, YouTube, Mixer and steam at the same time with restream. Also I had to learn allot about the hardware, software and networking of each game system. As I also had set out a goal to add how to videos to my website. They advertised an elgato capture card on a screen which talked about the device yet when I asked them about it they Had no idea about the product or any relevant or educated response at all. Which is sad as the video game industry is blowing up more and more people are going to digital downloads as all the good games are only accessible online which is eaiser to purchase at home. So I can only imagine how much money these workers cost the franchise owner each day..... there lack of enthusiasm was so poor I honestly question the though of this being another way to launder money for the cartel as were only 30min from the border of mexico. One of the most mind boggling things was looking at the second store I pulled up to on Lincoln street. Which looked as if pigeons had been making the sidewalk surrounding the building a public restroom. Bit apparently they hadnt realize they were the only shop in that strip mall with bird poop that covered the side walk. Smh

Every time i come here, they have displays full of merchandise but when I ask them, they say theyre sold out of whatever they have on display...every single time

As for video games ... very good. But they have very few products in terms of yu gi oh or pokemon ... Metanle variety. And one or another adjustment in prices does not hurt.
