I had my first appointment during COVID, and I’m really impressed with how they handle their office. Glad they not only care about their employees but as well as the patients. Doctor was professional, nice. Patients have to call or text to be let in, and by appointment as well. Big screens at optical between patient and employee. Gloves, mask. Will be coming back as needed. I did like their service, glad I came.

The staff here is so rude and unpleasant to deal with I will never do business here again.

Dr. Lokey is thoroughly professional and a delight. She and her technicians and administrative staff are engaging, immaculate, and on the ball. The facility is spotless, attractive, and filled with the latest equipment. My examination, prescription, and eyeglasses cost almost exactly half of what I was prepared to spend. Highly, highly recommended.

I had been with another doctor before and he said the best he could do was get my vision to 20/40. After trying Vision Source I was able to get an accurate prescription, and I see 20/20!!

I’ve always had a great experience here. they offer a nice range of name brand glasses and the pricing is not bad compared to my previous eye doctor. all the girls are super nice and welcoming. also the dr is so sweet & funny. i will not go anywhere else! 👏🏼

A variety of frames to choose from. And for individuals on Medicaid they have nice options especially for children. The ladies that work there have excellent customer service skills.

Went to Progresso, Mexico and got my old prescription, now I see perfect again($50 polycarbonate lense/my own $23 bolle safety glasses from eBay for work). I asked for my older prescription that was .05(alpha level) stronger in one eye from what she had figured. I advised her I came in with contacts on, I has some conjunctiva after removing then and my eyes had not adjusted. She insisted, she knew what was best for me and that it was only a tiny bit and I would not notice, lol. I told her I see perfect with my old glasses, just excessive scratches. Nope, stubborn lady gave me new prescription and insisted I give it a try like the previous location(eye specialist) that also messed up my prescription but this time I didnt go back and complain because it wasnt to far off and just delt with it. To top it off...my made in China Oakleys are always slipping off my nose. I thought my eyes had adjusted but now with my old prescription, a few minutes of adjusring, I got SuperMan vision again. I walked in and could read a sign all the way in the very back of the store. These people have a hard time believing my eyes have the same prescription. An awesome elder gentleman doctor calibrated my vision and cranked it up a fraction to give me better than 20/20 vision and this lady took it awaly. Next time listen to you customer, we know what is best for ourselves.
