We bought a 75.00 pair of work boots for my grandson found out they were too big so we immediately took them back to exchange for a smaller size and were told we would have to go online. We did the app said now we need to take the boots to ANY STORE we took them back to San Benito they said we couldn’t bring them back until six weeks. Then because he needed work boots we went ahead and purchased a second 75.00 pair got home and realized they failed to remove the security thingy so back to the same Walmart San Benito just to hear they were unable to remove and have to go to the other store. What the hell?
