One of the best HEBs in the entire valley in my opinion is very clean employees are courteous and they even have Dr pepper zero in stock! Unfortunately my local store in Brownsville is not as adequate! I highly recommend shopping this location for all items youre looking for! Extremely clean store and well stocked shelves!

Everything I need and at the best prices. Customer service is exemplary always. Had minor problems due to operator error at the self checkout and the attendant was right there and was able to help fix my mistake and even grabbed me a in-store coupon for one of my items that I didnt realize I could use. Saving money always makes me happy especially in these trying times

This is THE go-to store for groceries. Walmart, Target, they dont compare to the Valley-style coziness I always feel shopping here. Great prices, great staff, until I have a reason not to, I will always rate my hometown HEB at a perfect five stars.

My family shopping is done here but lately prices have gone up dramatically in the meat department always stocks the necessary.

I usually like HEB very much but when I went to check out the checker had tattoos everywhere, piercings in her lips eyebrows about 5 in her ears.Maybe Im just old but I think its pretty disgusting, youre representing a company not yourself..Several of the vegetables I wanted to buy really looked tired and two of the peppers were charged price then marked on the Shelf.I did run into one lady in the produce area that was very helpful and very nice she dropped what she was doing and help me find what I wanted so it wasnt a total bad experience

Extremely clean well stocked store. Management is attentive. Travel 30 miles to come to this location. Even on busy days lines go fast and store is clean. Kudos to the employees.

Everything was fully stocked and it wasnt that crowded. Was able to get everything I needed.

Used to come here for weekly grocery runs but after trying to use my wic card and having problems at the register Danny the manager and Sylvia the cashier are really rude. If you’re a mother and using wic beware this location, save yourself the headache go to the Harlingen, Brownsville, or port Isabel location. Manager even went so far as to lie and say they didn’t have a google page so I wouldn’t write a review lol

Five stars given because of excellent customer service from Eric (I believe) in the market department. This young man went out of his way for me to check on a particular item in his department. The store usually has what Im looking for and the size is just right.

Since vaccines are by appointments, we checked online for HEBs that have openings and this is where we locked in for our son to get started with the first dose, which is good, this makes it so all of us are vaccinated and it was a very smooth process, we recommend HEB for your place to go get vaccinated and if you need some shopping, it was very well supplied, getter done !

As usual, HEB has the best site for finding a Covid vaccine shot.

I went to buy Menudo and get my hubs. Medication. The only thing that worries me is there were to many people . Inside the store and not enough space between them . NO SOCIAL DISTANCING 😢

HEB is always a pretty good experience. Maybe too good. It is aways crowded still the staff does a nifty job. And then....maybe its time for a second HEB, one in south Sam Houston. Not a gigantic, super store but one identical to the existing in San Benito.

This is a pretty nice store. In compliance with HEB standards, everything is clean and you can tell the go the extra mile to show all the promotions and coupons available. They even use the intercom to let everybody know about specials around the store. The cashiers are always fast and they even offer to take your kart and help you carry groceries. The parking lot is huge and well spaced. The restrooms are always clean. 5 stars HEB.

San benito heb is the best heb i have been to. Very large and lots of options.
