No one even came by us and we were there for over 20 minutes.

Very unfriendly folk here. Though I rode in on my older Harley...no one seemed interested that I was checking out new bikes...no howdies...the parts man was insulting..acted as he was counter man he is far above your life station..I could disassemble any part on a bike and put it back better than the factory ..we all know his type.Outside as I was getting ready to ride off..2 employees sitting at a picnic table ...again nhowdies..what a very sorry, unhappy bunch of folk..never again!@.

Just finished taking the class they offer to get a motorcycle license. Doug did a fantastic job teaching the course. I thought from my years of casual riding I new most things. I was wrong, he was able to take my riding ability to a new level. When you get ready to take the course make sure you look at taking the course with Mad Boar Harley-Davidson.

Ive been to Harley Davidson dealerships all over the country, St. Louis, Kansas city, Memphis, New Orleans, Panama city, San Juan and Vegas just to name a few, unfortunately this one is not up to standards. None of the staff ever spoke to us even though we were there for at least 30 minutes.We purchased several items because we love Harley merchandise and always but tee shirts and other items whenever we visit other cities. I will not visit this location again. Ownership of this dealership needs to take a look at their staff, especially the red head working 11/06/20 at 5:00. She is NOT on you team.

Overall I had a bad experience. Except for the gentleman back in the serviceDepartment awesome great customer service gentlemen.okay when I walked in the facility I was waiting in the front. Secretary in front was there the whole time. Looking at me after 15 minutes she finally asked me if I needed help. customer service was bad and she rolled her eyes with attitude. I dont know what I did to her, but it left a bad taste in my mouth

I bought a 2020 Road Glide Limited here in January. The whole team was awesome. Ive had a couple of small issues with the bike (tire pressure sensor) and have just rode in and theyve taken care of the bike while I waited. The service department is first class and very friendly. Yall just need to keep key fobs in stock!!! Ive yet to have an unpleasant experience here.

I just joined the HOG chapter here. It is a great bunch of people. I just had my 10,000 mile service performed here on my bike. The service staff were very friendly.

I was about to buy a bike, but Im glad I checked the price on the paper before I signed, and it was more than they said. My salesman Nelson was a good guy. BUT I DONT!! recommend this place. 😡😡😡 spend so much time for NOTHING!! I would give them zero stars if I could!

BEWARE.BOUGHT A NEW 2019 SPORT GLIDE HERE. TOOK IT IN FOR 1000 MILE SERVICE. PUT ANOTHER 800 -900 MILES ON IT...DRIVE TRAIN NOISIER THAN HELL...CHECKED TRANS AND CHAIN CASE FLUID...BOTH WERE ALMOST DRY!!! TOOK MORE THAN A QUART OF FLUID TO TOP OFF CHAIN CASE!IS THIS RESPONSIBLE SERVICE ON A BRAND NEW BIKE? NICE GUYS, BUT LOUSY SERVICE.

They did not have a mechanic on duty when I needed a State safety inspection but they politely referred me to a muffler shop that does motorcycle inspections. I was the only customer in the store. I drive by often and Monday through Friday there is seldom anyone parked there. I have seen the lot full during weekend events. I do my own basic maintenance but I am sure I will need their services again. I will update my review as I have more experience with them.

I purchased a hd from there earlier this year. The bikes been great so far but going on 4 months later still no plate. Every time I call they tell me their sending it to the title office next week. Seems like the wanted the sale but after that they could care less.

Service Debt always willing to help. The parts people go out of their way to address your needs and an all around great place to get a great purchase deal from the sales people. When you buy mad boar you also feel the camaraderie and desire to just hang out a bit.

Kind of small for a Harley dealership.

Visited SPI this weekend, and low and behold had an issue with my bike. Took the bike in on a busy Saturday, and to my surprise, it was taken right in. Juan helped get it and Margo did the work. Craig showed us around the shop and explained in detail what they were doing. The faulty voltage regulator was repaired, and we were out and back on the road. Thanks to Margos ingenuity, the ride back to San Antonio was stress free. Top notch shop and would do business with them in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work guys.

Let me start off by saying I have been a long time customer with that sad as of today I will never walk into mad board or there other store in McAllen ever again.I understand jokes but an employee who makes comments about me or my family when he thinks it’s behind my back (but I have good ears) to another customer crosses the line to a level of disrespect that is unforgivable. For this reason a place where I have called my Harley family will now just be a bad memory for me and my real family.Btw the worst part of this is it’s someone I have interacted with for many years through this dealership!

We were on vacation, and when we go outta town we like visiting the Harley Davidson shops. Get new Tees, poker chips, parts for the bike... Mad Boar was nice and new, had a good collection of Tees, leathers,ect... It wasnt a big store, and they were waiting for the new shipment of bikes. They rent bikes if you want to Cruze around the island.

Been here twice, one of them I tried a ride on one of their Softail models with the Milwaukee 8 engine. My experience was really great. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.

Harley Davidson is the American way to ride and be free also they like to help you get your motorcycle drivers license,,, people are always helpful with your needs for the down payment and working with your credit score to qualify you for your Dream motorcycle

I had a negative experience with the riding academy. My review is based on the riding academy, and not on Mad Boar’s products and services. I believe their products and customer service are excelent. I signed up for the “beginners” riding course which turned out me being the only beginner rider in the class. Everyone in my class had experience riding previous to the course. One of my classmates told me he had already been riding for 4 years, and it showed once we hit the riding part of the course. I ended up dropping out on the second day because I could not keep up with the rest of the class, and did not feel confortable as I was the only one having issues trying to keep up. Another thing was that an MSF auditor was there to audit our instructor which I believe also placed some pressure on the instructor. I decided to drop out even though everyone tried to help me including the instructor, but for them it is easy to say because they are already at another level and not actual beginners. I guess if I ever decide to get back to this course, I would need to do the same as the rest of the class and already come in with some riding experience so I don’t fall behind and go through the whole “beginners” course.

Visited the shop, took a test drive with one of their new bikes with a Milwaukee 8 engine (you need a class M ID for that), and skimmed through their inventory, while wanting to buy everything. It was a pretty cool day
