It was a really great experience for myself and my son. Went to look at a speaker and qualified for special financing. We walked out very happy. Customer service was excellent they were very helpful, polite and took extra measures to assist us.

Store if clean, items nicely placed, but, prices are very high, also I was going to buy a desk chair that they had in display. When I went to pay for this chair, the cashier saw it was out of stock, I asked why was it on the floor on display for sale when it was not in stock, answer was I dont know. They lost a customer forever. From a rating of 1 to 5 would be a zero.

My mom and I went today for her to get a replacement on her device. The person that attended us was David Garcia. He explain every question we had and was very patient with us. He did not rush us and made sure we understood his answers to our questions. We were satisfied with our final decision. He made us feel like a value customer. It is very hard to find a great sales associate who understands your needs, specially in this store. I truly recommend anyone who needs help buying a electric device to ask for him because he will guide you and explain everything very well without making you feel pressured.

If i could give less or even negative amount of stars i would. From the moment I was parking my truck security giving looks my direction. I applied for a credit card n after filling out papers on my own and seeing 4 others get approved for credit...i was denied. Even after having a steady job and good references. I think they pick n choose who they can credit to. HATE THIS WAY OVER PRICED PLACE. BETTER OFF AT TARGET OR WALMART.

I like this place mainly because it was one of my first Dept store credit accounts. Its easy to apply & easy to get. As far as their shopping selection goes, it has a decent amount of product variety in comparison other similar Home Furnishings places. In terms of $ saving purchases, Ive found it best to keep an eye on seasonal sales & promotions because, it is here that you will save the most money, a decent return for your hard earned cash, as they tend to be a bit higher priced than competitors. Although, they also offer product shipping to most Spanish speaking countries! So overall, its not a bad place to start, if you are looking to establish credit worthiness.

Im hoping my new ps5 is not damaged since they gave me the display. The box has hand prints on the bottom sides and it fell apart from the bottom.The box where the chair came in was also damaged, exposing a scuffed seat.

Hello early today did a purchase at the store and they said it came with a free gift. I came back to pick up what I bought and I ask about my gift and they said that supervisor Claudia Garcia did not allow them to give me what they promised very disappointing.

Curacao is needlessly expensive if you want to get anything of value. Most of the times theyll try and upsell you with extra controllers or usb cables in a ps5 package and charge you like $100 more than that stuff would be worth separately. The only good thing about is that you can ship their stuff overseas.

Place is always dirty. Carts always have trash inside them. Cant hardly find anyone to help you without having to ask someone 5 times. Do not shop here.

I have shopped at store i the past, but will never do so again, there are to many options out there, where good customer service is a priority.I went to this location just to window shop, and choose to by a laptop for about $2000 after taxes ... Sad part is I had to sit there and wait in a line that was being held up by one customer, while at the very same time I could see 3 associates just chit chatting up at the front counter. When I said something I was told I could just leave.I highly encourage you to spend your hard earned money at a location where you will be appreciated. I left the store, and ordered a laptop from the manufacture directly for $1900.

La curacao has been one of my spots to go when I need something. I got approved for a line of credit about 10 years ago and I use it when needed.The last few years I have been there and always talk to Oscar from the appliances department, not only for his department but for help in any other department I may need help. He takes me to the people that I need to talk to.Is pretty cool because so far I have got great service, from many people but Oscar never fails me.Highly recommend him and his services.

Terrible Service, Most workers just talk and dont do their job until you ask for it, returns are terrible, only good thing about this place is good to start your credit and has some good items in store.

Never been there before but I needed a new charger and cord for my phone so I go in. I dont see very well unless Im closer then arms length. The greeter was helpful when I asked where they were. But the guy behind the counter sent me to an aisle with phone cases even after I said I was blind and I wandered around where he said they were 3 times before he took pity on me and said they dont carry those.

Originally when I got to the store, I was Extremely upset. I hadn’t got a call back regarding my will call product I had PAID for in FULL. The window for me to get my product kept getting longer, and every time I tried calling the store, there was NO answer. I spoke to a representative at the Gaming Department. I let out my frustrating on him, and he never lost his cool and went out of his way to assist me and my wife. He called the manager to further assist us. He went to the back room to check for our product. Ultimately, when we left the store, we left pleased. Not necessarily because we got our product. Joshua really changed my mind regarding the customer service in the San Bernardino Curacao. He went above and beyond and got things done. I would really recommend to ask for Joshua if you go there. He’s AWESOME. (Yes, I apologized to him for letting out my frustration on him) He was not the the problem. He was the solution.
