They did an awesome job! I’m having another car painted right now and I think when I pick this one up I might schedule my 3rd car painted also! The manager or owner I think his name is Luis, is awesome! The girl and the guy that work in the office are also really helpful with questions I’ve had.

Maaco is the best auto body shop is San Bernardino. They did an excellent repair on my truck. Caliber collision refused to repair because I had it painted prior to repair, but Maaco had no problem matching my paint. Excellent job Maaco.

Im not pleased with my paint job, I over payed and the work was not to my satisfaction. Paint is chipping I have high and low gloss spots bad overall. Thats the maaco in Temecula.

Had my husbands 2003 f 150 truck painted red with a clear coat too in 2015. We have now lived in the Midwest for 5 years. The paint job still shines so well and makes the truck look a lot newer than 17 years old.

In July of 2020, I took our company truck into this location for paint and a spray on bed liner. We had to take our truck back for a second time because of missed items to be painted and the failure to apply a second coat of bed liner. In February of 2021, we noticed that the bed liner began peeling and cracking. In March, sections of the liner starting peeling away. We tried contacting the store several times with no answer. Contacted corporate who did nothing more than refer us back to their franchisee. We decided to call the store one more time, left a message with no response. Decided to take our truck to 4 different businesses that specialize in this type of product to determine what could be done and in each case they told us that not only was our truck not prepared to accept the Maaco spray on product which they said was out of a spray can but it appeared that they just sprayed the product directly to the paint. Out of the 4 locations that we visited, we selected the one that had a way to safely remove the Maaco product and also restore the screws that they filled in. Obviously, we had to pay to remove the Maaco product and then pay again to install the new bed liner the correct way. Our company also lost the amount we originally paid Maaco for their bed liner. The one thing that we did not do with Maaco is read their reviews prior to contracting with them which was a sizeable mistake. The new company we selected is a family owned business which specializes in the Bullet Liner product out of Ontario with great ratings and the quality of their workmanship is incredible! We also received a life time warranty for not only the product but also for workmanship. We would strongly suggest that you think carefully about your decision and proceed with caution.Follow-Up.....April 26, 2021You will notice the corporate response below. We took this comment seriously and sent them the pictures that you see below. We have received no response not even an acknowledgement concerning the correspondence. When we took a look at other reviews who also took the time to respond to corporate, they also did not receive any type of response according to their posted comments. It is easy to post a concern comment to a negative rating but the true nature of any business is how a company responds to posted concerns. In this case, it is obvious that Maaco and its franchisees are not interested in the quality of product or workmanship. All a business or individual can do is post their experiences and let those that read the reviews make their own judgement on how to proceed.

This is a family owned and run business, so I do feel taken care of here. Edi got my car in and diagnosed really fast, and repairs were completed within a day. They try to help in every way possible, and go above and beyond.

Very happy with the results for my 2002 Toyota. Luis and Sylvias team did a great job in just 3 days, went above and beyond painting and installing a new part, and on a car this old I really appreciate the 5 year guarantee. No loyalty to customer service. Vehicles been there for weeks under they camera for someone to steal from the cars that were there. Im on a repeat I would not spend my money here and Im going to keep emphasizing people shouldnt do the same its hard when someone tell you that if your stuff gets stolen that theyre not responsible before our contract is wrote then you write a contract and if something gets stolen its still not their fault my car has been there for weeks and you wont believe that these people dont even have the decency to put your car under jacks three weeks later after my rims was stolen my car sitting in the same spot on the same wooden blocks the thief left. Now in my small little business i have if a cd player gets stolem from one of my customers they will make me more than reaponsible.. ## big business dont care long as you pay small mom and pops are just more interested in having a satified customers and willing to attempt to make things right.

Bruno, the location manager, was great! He was very courteous, professional, and informative. We recently had my fathers car painted and Maaco did a great job. There are many paint options to choose from and Bruno was happy to explain all of them to us. The price was right and the product and service were on point! Bruno said the car would be ready on Friday after dropping off the car on Monday. The car was ultimately ready on Wednesday afternoon, earlier than promised. Every interaction with Bruno either in person or on the phone was great. I definitely recommend this Maaco location. Be sure to ask for Bruno!

I made an appointment on their website for Saturday morning and received an email and text appointment confirmations from them. After driving for more than 30 minutes to get there I kissed the door and had to go back home because they are closed on Saturdays! The working hours online on their own site are wrong! And to begin with, why did you allow to make an appointment for the day youre closed? And later confirmed it?? Thats very unprofessional.

Im SO impressed and SO happy with the work that was performed on my Volkswagen Jetta. It looks brand new! The passenger side was completely scratched up from someone side swiping me while I was parked. After Maaco fixed my car, you would never know. Plus, they washed my car as well. I couldnt have asked for better service.

Review update: I’m not sure of the reason for Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting (Owner) responding to my review asking me to email the customer service if they had no intention of responding. I had sent an email regarding my experience prior to posting the original review and have yet to hear from them. This just added to the already horrible customer service.If I could leave no stars, I would. So I finally received my car, and I must say this has been the worst experience I’ve had to deal with regarding any car. What should have been a $525.01 cost ended up being $882.86 expense with having to get a rental car. This was such an inconvenience and costly turnaround for something that was supposed to take 5 days and ended up taking over 2 weeks. Dropped on 2/19 and picked up today, 3/7 for front bumper paint and passenger mirror. I would definitely not recommend using Maaco. This was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Advertised prices were about $500 over estimate.

Honestly would recommend this place to everyone. They did such an amazing job on my car in a timely manner. Very professional kept me updated with what was happening with my car and what was best to do. My car looks amazing. Very satisfied with their services

Bruno went above and beyond my expectations as far as making sure I was pleased. Theyre more than just a body shop, they helped me with my first muscle build. Definitely a go to spot. We are so very disappointed with the entire experience that we had at MAACO in SB. At first, Bruno (manager?) seemed pleasant. But that changed as soon as I picked up my car (the first time). I noticed that there were bubbles all over the paint and they didn’t fix some of the original problems I hired them for. They told me that I needed to wait 2 weeks to bring it back and they would repair it. When I took it back, Bruno went over the car with me and I showed him all of the issues which he marked and said he would make sure it was fixed. Not only was it not fixed properly the second time, but there was a new scratch and dent created on my car. Bruno proceeded to curse about his own staff to me-very unprofessional. I had to arrange to bring it back a third time and once again, some of the same issues were still not fixed-plus the rubber on the top of my car is now coming off. So frustrated I simply walked off the lot but I am furious! The car was always late from when he promised and never completed the way he said it would be. If I can figure out how to contact the owner I’m going to request a full refund since I’ll need to go elsewhere to have it re-painted. Don’t even bother going here. Every time I went to pick up or drop off my car there was someone in there complaining that there car wasn’t done right or done on time.

Bruno and Carlos were extremely helpful and patient. I got an estimate and after comparing them with other paint and body shops I came back after a week, and decided to go with them. They finished the paint job in less than 48 hours and I was able to save money on my car rental. Also, when I got the final product it was beyond my expectations, even the headlights were restored. I was so happy with the paint job I tipped them both $50, plus it was Christmas at the time. If you’re reading this review, you can trust me, go with Bruno and Carlos at Maaco San Bernardino.

I had to update my review. I tried to get this company the benefit of the doubt I really did. I was supposed to pick up my car today from the shop it is been there for about 2 weeks Ill talk supposed to pick it up last Friday it wasnt done and today was supposed to be the day i picked up my car. I called to check the status to see what time I could pick up the car I was told that theyre supposed to start painting the car that morning I called for Bruno I dont know the gentlemans name but he said he wasnt in yet. I called back a couple hours later he said Bruno was not in yet and he didnt know if he was going to be in or not this is the second time this situation has happened to me why I needed something important done and Bruno was a no-call no-show and his own coworkers didnt know if he was coming to work. When I called back the gentleman said he was unaware of what needed to be done I reminded him of our conversations earlier that he mentioned that he knew the car had to be painted he said he couldnt finish the work until he spoke to Bruno. I call back an hour later and he still said Bruno wasnt there I told him if the car had to be sanded is pretty obviously you need to be painted he said Bruno was still not in and he would try to look into it. This Corporation is very unprofessional. I tried to call Brunos cell phone and text him but I didnt get an answer even though today was the day i was supposed to pick up my car. Only gave one star this time around because you have to I wouldnt recommend coming here. Theres no communication between staff members. The guy that works the front, and I spoke to needs to be retrained he doesnt know what hes doing, so what I had to do was call the ajuster of insurance company again and have him drop off the work order so that he can do his job efficiently.

Buyer beware! The counter person at this Maaco was friendly. However, they were a bit pushy in trying to upsell me to a better paint job. And as our conversation progressed, I found out that the base paint job price of $299 hours, does not include labor. In the case of my 16 year old car, the labor would be as much as the paint job. So the otd price to paint my car would be at or over $600. My point is, if you go to Maaco for a paint job quote, be sure to ask if the price includes labor, including all prep work. If you do the prep work yourself, you will save yourself hundreds of dollars.

Worst shop ever no lie i paid 1000 dollars for a paint job they didnt sand .. so had to paint it again they had my car for 2 weeks and kept promising the next day. Wen i got my car there was stuff missing inside and the whole inside had black paint everwhere then i ask for them to clean it they kept my car for 4 more days and never cleaned it i just gave up.... never go here !!!!
