I had excellent customer service on Oct. 25 from Daisy at Target in San Bernardino. She went above and beyond the call of duty to be polite and helpful. I commonly do not receive poor service, but she has the record for the best service. She called me over to her line. She packed my purchases in the contained that I bought, so I could manage them better. She was cheerful and warm. Her overall demeaner was welcoming and pleasant.

I visit this store to check outProducts ... Prices are now more reasonable and some products have an extra discount....example I purchased same bottles of Downy at Walmart at $9.99Target has the same product at $9.99 Downey buy 2 and get a $5.00 gift card.

The fitting room is always closed at night. We work all day and that is the only time we have to shop. I guess we are not shopping hear any more.

I love the deals and the red card program but your drive up area I not enough space I had to get out my car and walk up to employees to get my items.

They had everything I needed and wanted as well as they showed me that they knew how to give good customer service

What can say…every time I come for some detergent soap I leave with a new outfit. Love Target runs. Always a happy time. Not to mention this store is always very clean.

Good luck getting in or out of this Target if there is an event going on across the street. There wont be any parking and there will be hundreds of people milling about. Target needs to provide some security so their paying customers can actually use the store!

I link up with my girlfriend at this target location, we sat in my car and was talking for about 30 minutes when a black security guard, walk by, he gazed at us, we saw jealousy and hatred in his eye, lol, the brother was jealous and mad because we were well dressed in a nice sports car, lol, he said yall gotta go, Im gonna call the cops, ok go ahead, call the cops, we werent doing anything illegal, smh, target need to get rid of him, hes bad for business. We were going to spend money with target, smh, we left, why argue with a fool. He wasnt important enough to affect our mental balance.

A guy named Jake or jack helped me buy my son a iPad he was really helpful and communicated really good and treated my son really well he talked to my son with respect which I notice a lot of people don’t talk to kids with respect I left happy 🎉

Target has a very bad customer service. I have been trying to buy this certain mens mountain bike from them for awhile. I saw it one time in the Fontana store, but I wasnt able to buy it right then. When I went back to get it they already sold it. Then I tried to order it on-line, which that particular bike cannot be ordered on-line. Plus you cant buy it and have it shipped to your home. From what I found out it is one of those bikes that only Target carries and it can only be purchased inside the store only after it is assembled. A $369.99 Schwinn bike. So on May 18th the Target website indicated that the San Bernardino store had one in stock and it could be ready in 2 hours. I drove 30 some miles to buy it and it was not on display. I talked to a Target employee and they saidit was in the back room, but it needed to be put together and the only worker that assembles bikes is on lunch. I said I will wait and just shop around. So about 30 minutes later a different Target employee comes out and said the other worker made a mistake and that the bike is out of stock. They said check the other Target stores. At that point I was thinking the hell with that I will stop by a bike shop on the way home in Redlands called Cyclery USA just to see what they have. Ended up buying a great E-bike for about $1800.00. When I got home that evening I again checked the San Bernardino stores website and now it indicated that it had one in store and it would be READY FOR PICK UP IN THE MORNING!. I guess they lied to me because they were in no hurry to put it together. If you go to these local bike only shops they have a much bigger selection for the whole family and they will also let you ride the bike BEFORE YOU BUY. So I cant really recommend buying bikes from Target. Your choice is very very limited to ONLY WHAT IS ASSEMBLED on the rack and most of the time its mostly empty. If you are thinking about buying one from Target first go to these only bike shops FIRST to see exactly what your looking for. Targets customer service is getting as bad as Wal-Marts customer service.

Im okay with the service here, but this Target is ghetto. If you want people who look like they just served a life sentence cutting you in line making it seem like its THEIR problem that they cut YOU in line, this is the spot for you. I try putting love into businesses in San Bernardino but its because of the people there that the city can never get ahead.

This target has all the best thing i love and will buy and cheap great people working there and best of all good virus protection best employees i have ever seen in years.to good of deals to be true i will tell every one about it and buy there more often.

We came here to grab some gloves and a couple of snacks for the road.The lines were pretty long and the restrooms weren’t very clean- it took us a while to find a parking spot as well.

Target.com in store pickup is convenient. I wish they would add all of the items they sell in store on their website like all of their gift cards. But for the most part customer service is good and okay wait times.

Target is incapable of selling trading (Baseball, Football, Basketball, etc.) cards. So, beginning 5/14 Target will no longer sell trading cards. Huge disappointment and have no issue taking my other shopping elsewhere too. Not a smart move local Target.

Drive up is so convenient. And I’ve never had any problems getting everything in my order and getting charged correctly. Since covid, I’ve been trying to avoid going in, but when I have to, the employees manage to keep the guests socially distanced at registers and ensure there are enough open registers to get ppl in and out. Thanks for adding some food items to the drive up orders!

Fast and friendly service

They have some super cute bikinis. This came to about $40 crotchet bikini & good comfy support versus going to Victoria secret and spending double. They have a huge sale collection too.

Waited 30 mins for 2 items I ordered! Checked on my way 15 mins before arriving! Disappointed and surprised it took so long. I will NEVER order drive up for this Target again! I would of saved time by going inside.

If your a trucker dont come here. Just went In the store and bought some stuff my team partner went in after me and the i guess you can call him a low level security gaurd with no target uniform said he was gona tow me in broad day light with no cars in the parking lot near me and my truck did not even have a traylor just the tractor

Cheap snacks love the pretzels with the nacho cheese sauce we woofed it down all I have is a pic of popcorn and a drink!

The store is very clean, even the restrooms. They have a lot of products on shelves and the employees are nice. I love all the products and brands you offer.

This was a very positive shopping trip. Though the Orange Show Target is not in the greatest location, I was very impressed with the consistent customer service. At least three times while shopping through the aisles, someone could tell I needed help and proactively asked if they could assist and were very pleasant about it. At checkout, one of the staff was particularly helpful in navigating the multiple sales and special deals where multiple purchases were required, especially as I tried to figure out which purchases would qualify. She was very patient and went above and beyond to help me maximize the experience. Major kudos!

Bathrooms are always disgusting and smelly. I hate the return area as a checkout lane. Terrible cafe (see photo).

Organization and cleanliness of store made it easy for me to find everything I needed.

On March 13, 2021, I went to this store and I bought the items I needed and I was in line to Pay but the Cash register was broken and I asked a male employee what should I do? told me I had to line up and I told him I just got in line and Mr. Ta said he didnt know what He meant I was a liar disrespecting customers I Leave At 10pm.

I love Targets selection of products. First time ordering online and needing to pick up in-store went great no wait time customer service was extremely friendly and my item was already waiting for me.

I love target in general I know and have been to all the targets in 25 mile radius of my homeBut this particular target ALWAYS has a bad attitude, long wait times, and for some reason always gives me trouble when I have a return or want to use my cartwheel app. So disappointed in this store

Ive never wanted to leave a place so fast in my life! It was depressing run down and dirty with little to no stock of everyday things. It felt like i was in a run down K-mart, not a target! Id rather drive over an hour to downtown LA and pay for parking than ever step foot in here again.

Super easy to use plus when i went to pickup my order the app offered to change it to driveup and it went smoothly with the change!

This target is absolutely the worst store ever! No employees are ever willing to help, and when it comes to events. Like todays paw patrol Halloween event we show up an hour and a half before the online add said it ended (hours of 10-1pm) the manager tell us its over because they ran out of treat bags. REALLY? Target? Really? Note there was no activity set up at all.. so then we ask an employee on the way out that was on a break.. and she tells us there was plenty left over.. it was given to the employees to take home. Never again will we step foot in any target. WALMART HAS WHAT WE NEED.

I love the various shopping options that you offer. I am able to shop at home and then arrive at the store and have my items delivered to my car. I recently injured my knee and having this option was very helpful.

Target always has what I need and the stores are organized and clean.

Every time I go to the store there’s plenty of people around but no one to help you. I was there today and I asked one of the target employees if he could help me out. He said he will be back with the scanner then never showed up. I finally just downloaded the app and started scanning stuff myself.

This is your pretty standard Target, but theres a lot less foot traffic here. The shelves are pretty well stocked, but just given the area I probably wouldnt just come here to browse. Typically, Id know exactly what it was that I needed and would come in quickly to get out quickly. A big issue of this location is that there are always too few cashiers and the lines are long.

Dirtiest Target I have ever been to. Inside and out was just filthy. My daughter needed the fitting room and was rudely told it was closed for the night, at 7:52. Even though the store doesnt close until 10. Go figure. I will never shop there again. Ill go to a cleaner store in the future

Sign doesnt say anything about a restriction diapers. Amanda in the from customer service stated corporate had ordered a restriction where is this? There was not a notice and she wanted to argue with me about a sign posted at the diapersa wrong! It was posted where the wipes are thats one isle over. Your promo says buy 2 get a $10 gc the manager told me that if I shopped there all the time I would see that this is always something that is offered, LIES... if you hadnt checked my ID for medicine I bought and noticed the diapers for promotion you would have not said anything but yet you and your other teammate decided to argue with me and take a lunch.

This is by far one of the best Targets I have ever had the pleasure to shop at. Great selection of goods, quick and friendly service and helpful staff. On top of that, you can also go to the nearby Turners Outdoorman without moving your car (they share the same parking lot).Overall, a great experience and amazing store.

The location of the Club pickup area in the store and equally the promptness and assistance provided without hesitation by the employees in getting our order and taking it out to our vehicle. Could not ask for better experience.

As of late, anytime we walk into a Target store, regardless of city, it seems like theres less team members willing to help out. At this location in particular, the multiple times ive gone in, theres no one at the Guest Service/Photo counter to help out. The bathrooms always smell of urine, even when cleaned. If you call them via phone, no one picks up.
