Friend works here. Overworked. They need a new shift with more employees. Guys work up to 15 hours sometimes. Sure incentives are good and so is the pay but they overwork their employees to the bone. Do not apply here. Find something with better management and helpful team. They do not care about your well being here.

Took forever to get a door... but once I got a door off loading was quick. You sit in the waiting area waiting for them to tell you a door! It helps when there are other drivers to conversation with.

Great place for truck drivers.With your appointment there are super fast and nice..One suggestion GPS tell you to turn right from commerce dr we have to do left to the end of the street on the right

Not a bad place to deliver to as a semi driver. I was sent on a load already 3 hours late, but they had me unloaded after only being idle for an hour. Quick to unload once they start as well.

Large lot, efficient service.Appt at 1000AM, out by 1115AM15 minutes to actually unload truck. All docks were full when I arrived.

After I was assigned a door. You have to chalk your wheels turn your truck off disconnect your red line and wait outside your truck or the lobby area. I had a full truck and the guy had me unloaded me within 15 minutes.

I really wish Restaurant Depot sold kegs so that I can make that 2 hour drive to buy from them and not have to deal with the horrible customer service from Gate City. They are by far the worst vendors I have encountered in all my 15 years of doing business. You can never get ahold of anyone at their office and the sales reps are never available. Beerline.com is a joke with everything always out of stock. This company definitely needs some restructuring from the ground up or I should say from the top down.

By far the worst experience delivering to beer distributor. 10 minutes at get no once answers and ignores you. Get to receiving office and wait 30 minutes to get help and assigned a door. 4 hours later Im still here and they assign me to a broken door just to get moved to another door. Will never do any business with these folks ever again their procedures are out of place and have no respect for drivers times. Also if your not mexican expect another few hours wait!

Ive delivered to this location several times. The waits are not long to get empty and they have a nice drivers lounge. The dock on the west side of the building is kind of tight to get in so be on your best game and dont take the gate out.

Mexico doesn’t win many medals at the Olympics, however, if there was a sport in Rudeness & Arrogance then they’d surely make a clean sweep across the classes, and this place would be their No.1 training facility, churning out champions on a daily basis!!Avoid more than HELL !

Absolutely worst companies do business with been trying for weeks no sales staff we have to do all the work we have to wait on hold they never call you back

They take 2much time for unloading and paperwork 2pm check in mostly u free 10pm and if you u lait few minutes they charge late fee they dont care u waiting long time in wait for your turn..

Great place to deliver recieving guy has great bussiness ethics. If it takeslong its because everyone got their at once. But he does respect appt. time. Overnight parking is available curbside all around city beverage
