The gentleman that helped me was very nice and thorough. Sorry Im bad with names, but I will return due to his excellent customer service. He made suggestions on items I may need down the line but did NOT make me feel pressured or like he was trying to take advantage of a woman. He is the reason I returned for service at this location.

Its the only place I go to get my oil changed and now in the other car the issues I may have window wipers tires Get on my fluid to my car checked The service is quick its thorough and its affordable its clean and the customer service is impeccable Nothing is done without your permission youre asked youve shown everything on a screen of pryer work to be done along with prices. Nothing is just made up this is a great place to go for your car especially for oil changes Ive already been twice and I plan on going with my next oil change is needed Ive also sent family and friends there they also had a great experience even when I wasnt there what else to say definitely 5 stars

The tall white guy left my oil cap off my engine and I drove for about 6 hours before I noticed oil all over my car and when I returned he said he would clean it but didnt even do that never again. I cant trust this location with my vehicle! This place is Unprofessional.

Customer service was adequate but the oil price I paid for a synthetic oil change was ridiculous a $108 plus I had a $20 coupon that Jiffy Lube sent me which only brought it down to $84 so basically I got overcharged for oil changes that should only cost me $70 to begin with😠😡 their worker team was good but it was over priced and felt like I would not return to Jiffy Lube again

Overpriced for a simple oil change. Tried to charge over $100

They were efficient and pleasant. They took care of me in a time frame that did not make me wait very long. Considering I had no appointment. Plus, they were easy to find and near fast food choices and gas stations.

Called and got quoted a price... price was lower than what quoted. They offered me a service that was better for my car to work at its full potential.

Service was quick. Just notes for the shop. Remember to always put the next service sticker on peoples car windows or on the service order please. Less Jerry springer in the break room would be nice so employees are not caught up on mind crippling tv shows.

My alternator was deemed to be bad by another shop, so I called around and was told that this Jiffy Lube could install a new alternator for me the same day! So I quickly made my way over and was immediately taken in and told the expected wait time was about two hours.In less than an hour I was told that my car was ready to go and I was back on the road. Everyone here was so professional, kind, and helpful. A special shoutout to Jose, who was the one who told me to come in right away and hell get it taken care of. I am blown away by how well they take care of their customers, and their prices are absolutely fair. Thank you, Jose, and everyone else at this location that helped me get back on the road on such sort notice.

Crooks.The man there today tried to charge me $97 for an oil change. It wouldve been over $100 by the end of the service. Windows and quick vacuum was always included as a complimentary service at the jiffy lube I used to go to and would never be over $68 for a synthetic oil change. Even cheaper to take it to the dealer which i ended up doing.

They up sell you online of course and dont follow through on the promotions given online and their response when you inquire is that they dont know what the offers are online unless we as customers tell them🤔

Usually good service. Has happened once or twice where they didnt complete the full service of washing the windshield, vacuuming, etc. In their defense, it was pretty busy. I didnt bother pointing it out to them because they were clearly backed up and were working hard to get through each customer. I recommend calling ahead to check how busy they are, and going when theyre not busy. Especially if youre getting more than an oil change.Ive been using this location for years, 2 different vehicles. Ive had radiator flushes, transmission flushes, oil changes... I continue to go back.

Ive been using their service bi annually for over 5 years without fail. The fees are transparent and the service is always good.

Been bringing company cars here for years, service was decent, price was high but it was convenient. I bought my daughter a 2018 4 cylinder car and she didnt feel like driving to the dealer where the oil change is $48.88 so I recommend jiffy lube. they charged her $97.15. I stopped by and asked why so high and mentioned dealer price. His simple response was you should be gone to the dealer. Now my fleet vehicles will be going to pep boys for oil changes.

Buyer beware! Got ripped off here- charged $50 for a $10 cabin filter. If you find yourself in this god awful neighborhood take your chances with a mom & pop or do yourself a favor leave SB. The only way this business makes profit is up selling and exorbitant price gouging.

Dont go to this place the manager wanted to charge me double the sale price because I brought my own mobile 1 oil filter. Awful customer service dont trust these crooks, it cost them less and I know that the filter they use is garbage tissue paper

Place used to be cool, not it’s just shady. Went in for oil change and car starts leaking so bad car broke down. Won’t go back. People are nice enough but don’t trust it. Plus they say they cant install brakes from autozone, then go buy brakes from autozone...shady. and dumb

I went on a Friday a couple Weeks ago for an oil change.. I was in and out in less than fifteen mins.. I was assisted by John and I believe Luis..who were awesome.. none were pushy or rude.. I stopped going to 76 because of their service and from this experience Ill go back to this jiffy lube

Do not take your car here to get an oil change. After they changed the oil, my car strated to leak oil......why? BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PUT THE SEALER BACK ON(UNDER THE OIL TANK).. THEY PUT THE SCREW BACK..BUT NO SEALER. 101 OIL CHANGE RULES. I didnt even want to give them 1 star. This spot is waste.

Came to get brakes done. Try to sell me rotors before even checking my rotors. Waited about an hour and a half, at the end, these guys werent able to remove my wheel because it was stuck. Went to a Paisa tire shop, got my brakes done in 45 minutes, and they laughed at those two idjits. Also, they charged me $45 less than what jiffy lube quoted me for. Support local business.

$110 for an oil change on a little Chevy Sonic. Went to Walmart, picked out my own oil & got it changed there for $8. Total I spent about $36 at Walmart. Will never visit a Jiffy Lube again!

They said they vacuumed my car but my daughters french fry was right behind the seat where it was before...it looked like they didnt even touch it. And they didnt even include an oil filter! Crappy, shotty job for a premium price! Do yourself a favor...go to Walmart!

Went to jiffy lube Sunday 7-8-2012 for oil change heard reviews about tall guy with tattoos and the horrible service......the service I got was excellent, he was very fair he spoke well and explained everything to me very clearly!!!!!! I think john is doing an excellent job!!!!!

Took 30 min to get checked in and another 30 min to be completed. Not what I would call Jiffy, but they stopped trying to sell me services I didnt need. Probably just do it myself now in, not worth time and money.
