Had a very pleasant experience here. Staff was attentive and courteous. They patiently answered my questions and offered different solutions with various options. The kid VICTOR that helps with the weighing and loading the material went out of his way go make things go smooth and easy. He is a big reason for this review. On top of all of that they gave me a discount in the end. Will definitely return to this place and recomend it to family and friends. Just keep up the good service and prices.

Great service! Jazmine helped me out a great deal. Went in around 8am, checked out some gravel up front. I let Jaz know how much sq footage I needed covered, and she generated an estimate on the spot, including shipping. All in all, an extraordinary experience. Got in and out faster than expected. Took us about 10 min to get the deal done.

Clean place and fast service

Stopped in to get a quote for rock and DG, they were super helpful and prices were great! Called in a few days later to put in the order for delivery and they lady on the phone was also great! She ran my numbers again to make sure I was ordering the correct amounts and answered all the questions I kept asking as it was a big purchase, finally, the delivery came spot on to the time they said! The driver was great too! Dropped the loads exactly where I needed them, was very grateful for the business and the thing that was the cherry on top was he asked to borrow my broom to clean up a small pile of DG the fell on the street! Thats going the extra mile! The pile wasnt even infront of my house! Sepulveda, I will be back for more!

Great place to get your hardscrape suppliesHelpful friendly staff and they delivered my 5k lbs of stone the next day! The delivery driver was great, he had to park a 1/4 mile away because of our narrow street and drive the forklift up our steep street twice to get all the pallets in the driveway. Great job

Good and fast

We ordered a truckload of gravel for landscaping in our front yard. The driver was right on time to deliver the load and was wearing a mask, which we appreciated as my husband is diabetic. This was our first time using Sepulveda and we also appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff when we checked out their products and prices (this was just prior to the shut-down.)

We have a rock in our CA home that is from Arizona. We were having a hard time finding anyone that stocks our Arizona rock until we found an exact match here. So excited!!! It was significantly more money than the closest matching rock we could find locally but since it was going to match we were willing to pay. But....they only had two scoops in stock so they had to order more. Delivery was even higher then we expected but okay it’s a match from Arizona. Today the rock was delivered and it isn’t even close. There’s no doubt in my mind that instead of getting the rock from Arizona as expected they pulled something locally from CA and charged us like it was from AZ! Unbelievably disappointed. We could have got the same rock they sold us locally for much cheaper and to make matters worse it looks like we tried to match and failed. This was a shady deal! I hope they plan to make it right - but manager isn’t there on Fridays...

I do not recommend them for firewood purchase. I was quoted $475 for a chord of mixed, which is outlandish! I was told that to have it brought up to the mountains, I’d have to pay an additional $300! I can’t speak for their other services but for firewood, look elsewhere!
