Was a customer for years and they were a nightmare to cancel with. Transferred me to 5 different departments, put on hold forever. They purposefully try to make it a huge pain to leave. I had to call back 4 separate times. I will never use again due to this.

10/06/2020🙄 ADT Security System is unreliable and their Business is not to my expectations. All they think of competing with other companies. Very regrettable Id the installation with little customer Service! Wont recommend it to anybody. Dont let ADT fool you! 🤔

***** BE AWARE OF ADT SERVICES *****$100 Gift card never received it and Cancellation fee they will tell you is a flat fee of $250.00 ALL LIES!!!I called ADT directly to have an agent come to the house after 2 weeks we got scheduled for 1/5/2019. I specific asked what would be the cancellation fee and over the phone by the initial called they will lie to youI was told “only 250” I will say it again only 250!! Which is a lie? It’s a percentage of the balance due. That was the first lie.Then I was promised a gift card, and as of today no gift card. ADT give me the round around calling different numbers, and finally I was told I have to print out a certificate and mail it in, and paid to have the $100.00 gift certificate mail it out to me. So I have to go get a money order for $4.95 or cashier’s check and send it to the company to get my $100.00 certificate which I had to call several times and chase ADT to give me the information.ADT!! Was not honest since the beginning and they don’t tell you everything. Make sure to ask the right questions it’s sad they will lay ON THE PHONE BY TELLING YOU CANCELLATION FEE IS ONLY $250.00 instead of explaining in detail. What gets me more upset is the fact for 2 weeks I had to struggle to get my $100.00 certificate that it was promised by me. By the sales Rep Mr. Kendrick and he promised it will be coming to usI’m disappointed with the type of services and how customer service handled this particular issue. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.I will write letters and review to corporate office.

Unethical company. Be careful of their sales/installers rep. Do not believe any promises they give you. Get everything in writing.
