Everyone was very helpful. Our cashier B. Busby was polite, knowledgable, and friendly. I had a problem with one of my coupons and he made sure to fix it quickly and make sure all of our items were right!

To my surprise the store is very small bud that is just a size. The quality and prises are really good...This is the best place to get original brands at a realistic cost...

I was looking for a particular sized tennis racket and these guys delivered. All other places I called within a 20min distance were either we dont have any or we dont have one in that size.Would come here again for sure for my future sporting goods needs.

Got what I needed. Staff was awesome in helping out over the phone and picked up my order.

The lady who helped me in the firearms section was awesome. Even though she wasnt a hardcore gun enthusiast. She knew enough about the subject and the products they sold to definitely answer any question I had about any single product they had. I was impressed because she went out of her way to educate herself enough that if someone came in with a question she would have a legit Intellegent answer and not a.....I dont know, or just blowing smoke and i really didnt expect that. Also the gentleman in the shoe department was very helpful. Instead of me having to ask if they had a 15 in each and every shoe brand I liked he took it upon him self to just go back and look for ANY size 15 they had and since they had none he gave me some great tips on where to possibly find them. Thank you big 5 its nice to see people that still have pride in their work

Nice customer service. All my questions answered. Only reason not a 5 was a treadmill I wanted was advertised on sale in the store and in stock. The guy went to the back and it was not in stock

Great customer service! Ericka, (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to call a handful of local stores to check for an item we needed. Even though, the item wasn’t in stock we still had a pleasant experience and will return in the future.

Worst customer service iv ever seen. Stood at the ammo counter for about ten mins watching the people that work here try and solve one customers problem that ended up not even being a problem. Instead of paying any attention to me helps another customer that had just walked in then went right back to helping the first customer with another problem. In mid conversation he asks me what did you want something and when i said ammo he says yup i got it but im not selling it because i close in 5 mins.I will never return to this store again no wonder big 5s are disappearing with disgruntled employees like this.

Great place if youre shopping for outdoor gears. Like camping, fishing, and other sports. They also have a great selections of sneakers and sport outfit and workout outfit. The store is organized and clean...

Just terrible. Kayla the service associate was rude and unprofessional. Lack of knowledge of what they carry and not wiling to ask for assistance. Rude to customers trying to pay with cash and CC. This is why people go to Amazon for products.

The staff were beyond helpful! We called in looking for a specific item during the busy holiday time. They answered the phone quickly and went to check on the item right away. They found it and got back to us quickly, and even offered to put it on hold until we got there!!! Very impressed

I saw a Google Ad for the Agility Ladder. Normally 29.99 on sale for 19.99.This was not on sale in the store! I drove from the Store on E street in San Bernardino store on Highland because they said it might only be on sale in that store. Although it was not on sale in the current ads, the manager at the Highland store in San Bernardino was nice enough to honor it using his managers discount. I could have gotten this online for 10 bucks. Im sending this feedback only due to the extraordinary customer service at the Highland store in San Bernardino :)

This store was clean, easy to navigate and had friendly people. My wife had a question about an item being on sale and the salesman stopped what he was doing and verified it quite quickly. The only bummer was that the guy at the checkout tried to tell me that they wanted to see an actual military id for the 10% military discount instead of the Veteran status on my drivers license. I told him to look at the notice on the front door that said Veteran status on a driver license was acceptable. I did get the 10 % discount. :)

E excellent service. Friendly helpful young men who showed genuine interest and were also very knowledgeable and courteous with great manners. They should promote these fellas to management. Im impressed and Ill shop there again. Thanks guys.

Customer service is great but there is a small variety of things in general in most of these stores. Expiation would be great and maybe a factor to other stores like Dicks because of prices.
