Where should I start, I was very unsatisfied with the service, I dropped off my car Tuesday morning, Frankie was my Service Advisor, he said that they had to run a diagnostic and it would cost $175, I waited and waited and I finally called to speak to Frankie, he did not bother to call me back, he told me that he had to go talk to the technician, I did not get a call back from him until an hour later, he advised me that there were two parts that needed to be fixed, one was covered under warranty and 1 was not, he said that it would take three hours to fix, I said since the car was there and that the part was covered under warranty, that I would leave the car overnight, he said he would have the technician work on it first thing in the morning. I told him I need the car by tomorrow and I need the car repaired, So yesterday, I waited until 1 pm, figuring that would give enough time to have the car finished and ready for pickup. I called and spoke with Frankie, he said he had to go talk to the technician again, when he came back on the line, he said the car had not been worked on and that it would take 5 hours and they needed the car to be left there another day, seriously. He knew I needed the car. For a customer to contact the Service Advisor to follow up is unacceptable, if I was truly valued then I would have been kept informed of what was happening, not an email, text, or phone call, absolutely nothing. So basically I spent $175 for nothing, deeply frustrated that I am out $175 for a diagnostic that lead to nowhere, needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, furthermore, nobody was wearing a mask, there is a Delta variant going around still and your dealership should be setting an example, regardless if customers are not wearing masks, your staff should be, I was wearing one. I will never return to that dealership, I will also be contacting the corporate office as well as writing a review on Yelp and Google on the service I received from Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino.

Drove 2 hours from Orange County to Sb after speaking with the sales rep and guaranteed we would work on the price/mark up. I drove my kids with me after school for 2 hours to sit there and to talk nonsense. After speaking with sales rep and 2 managers and sitting there for 2 hours not even a penny was dropped from the price we talked about over the phone. Not sure what sales ppl think. (Get the client in the door and will convince them ?) times have changed. This whole mark up thing is taking advantage of people. Wasting people’s time and lacking customer service. Very unprofessional! I rarely review unless it’s a really bad experience or a very good one. If I could do negative stars I would.

Thimothy Kubo was great. He wasn’t pushy at all and provided excellent customer service. He was very straightforward with me and obtained my new vehicle earlier than expected. While at the dealership I left my work identification and a Costco card behind since they were needed for rebates. I completely forgot about them and Tim called right away. Since I live about 90 miles from the dealership, he was willing to overnight the cards in the mail. I will definitely recommend Diamond Chevrolet in the future to family and friends.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had my car at Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino going on 3 months. I had to call weekly to get updates. I was getting the run around couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my car for over a month. Finally picked up my car and in 10 minutes it started smelling like it was burning. I had to take it back same day. I requested a rental and Diamond agreed to get me a rental. The car was there another week and the rental was not extended like I was told it would be and the Rental agency took the funds out of my account and I started getting calls from an investigator about the car. Worst experience ever. I will never be back and I am consulting an attorney!

Made an appointment for service at 11am I was waiting 20 min for someone to help me. When someone finally got to my truck I was told that it would be done by the end of the day and that I was the last one to be helped today. Unsure why they have an appointment system if they do not honor it. I understand that they were busy but they made it sound as if they were making me a favor. If you need service for your Chevy vehicle you are better off looking elsewhere.

The experience was great, everyone was friendly. Cowboy D was great with the information he provided. The one thing I would have to complain about is the $5000 mark up on the car. We are all struggling and to put that kind of a mark up on a vehicle is disgusting!! A big corporation like your own should be embarrassed. If I didnt need a new car as soon as I did, I would have waited. Very greedy in the times we are living in right now. Other than the mark up, everything else went smoothly.

Ive been looking for a tahoe for almost a year, watching the prices. The dealer had several advertised at a price I was happy with. Certain rebates were listed so I knew the price could potentially be higher. When I submitted all my info and discussed the rebates that I qualified for, I was told the dealership has a $5,000 markup added onto the price that is not negotiable. A markup from the price advertised on THEIR website. Total waste of my time.I can say that the people I talked to were friendly so its not against them. The dealership as a whole is dishonest.

I had my truck for 1 and a half years. Decided to trade in for another brand, nice truck by the way. No issues, just wanted something else. Went in because I wanted to cancel my extended warranty and gap insurance. Couldnt get a hold of anyone in finance, so I went in personally. When I got there, they said that I had to wait until he wasnt busy but couldnt give me an estimated time. That wasnt nice, so I waited and got Matt to finally come out and help me cancel those services. Gave me a paper of confirmation with his signature and told me that it takes about 4-5 weeks to get my refund. This was Aug 23rd, called GM financial today to see what was the status of the reimbursement. They told me that they never submitted a form of cancelation for those services. Im like why the heck did Matt just give me that paper for? Just so I can have it, now I have to go in personally again because I cant get a hold of someone in finance over the phone. This is a big inconvenience and waste of time for me again! My guess is after they submit it Im going to have to wait another 4-5 weeks to get my check. Wow!

We drove up to this dealership from San Diego 90 miles They had a base model suburban listed at $57k. They knew we were coming up and reluctantly (as a favor) held the vehicle for us for three hours. They were incredibly rude about it. We also got our own financing and the original sales guy didn’t even email me back when I told him that. So we dealt w a diff guy. When my husband and son arrived they told him w tax title and dealer fees the actual price of the truck was $71k. They would not come down or give us the price that was listed online. This was a bait and switch tactic. Completely illegal. I cannot believe this place is in business. Slum crud and such an unprofessional business tactic. We left w no truck.

We just bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado RST from Diamond Chevy & couldnt be more pleased with their customer service. We knew exactly what we were looking for and made an appointment with Cowboy D. He took EXCELLENT care of us- 1000% suggest you ask for him!The truck we wanted ended up not being on the lot yet, but Cowboy D found one that was a better model & worked for us to get the pricing down. It took some time & back and forth negotiating, but when they say we want to work with you they actually mean it. Management worked with us, our pricing, and the amount we wanted for our trade in.We had read the google reviews before our appointment and almost canceled seeing that they have a $5k dealer markup, that isnt listed in the sales pricing of their website. Its listed in the TINY details as dealer markup pricing may be added, or whatever. Most dealers mention the markup in sales pricing online, which is why Diamond Chevy shows such lower pricing. So keep in mind that $5k mark up that isnt online in the price shown.But were glad we kept our appointment and didnt go based off of the reviews, we met with them, were honest with our pricing & what we wanted, and they met us half way. Extremely grateful for this team and again- COWBOY D- you rock, man! Someone give this guy a raise! hahaThanks for working with us!!

Website says they are an RV dealership and do service, but no one there knows anything about it. Phone numbers and extensions are incorrect on website. Staff is uninterested and unhelpful. Put me on hold and then hung up. Tried to call back 3 times and no one would answer. Voicemail box is full so you can’t even leave a message. Very unprofessional

Z/A, the sales manager, was extremely helpful. He worked a deal with management, bringing the price down further. Im looking for a new 2021 or 2022 truck or SUV. They only had 4 new Silverados on the lot; no other new vehicles. Salesman was not too knowledgeable and kept trying to steer me to the pre owned vehicles. I asked whats EUV, he didnt know; I later found out the meaning of EUV. He brought out another salesman to help him steer me to the pre owned. I kept telling them both that I ONLY want a new vehicle and NOT interested in pre owned.

I took my Chevy in for my first oil change and my experience was fine. I was not sure where to pull my car in or where to enter but once I was attended the check in progress was fast & easy. The advisor I got didnt explain what all was going to be done to my car but I did see my car getting an alignment. I would have liked if my advisor was more communicative and if the client waiting room had better free services to customers such as a working tv and free snacks.

I brought my 1999 Chevrolet Camaro in for service for oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers and to repair a cracked mirror on the drivers side. Most of the work was satisfactorily completed, however, the part for the side mirror has been discontinued. My service writer, Nathan Cooke, effectively communicated with me about the parts and service and I am thankful for his professionalism during my visit.

Terrible experience!! I have to make a mark with a permanent marker on the Tires to make sure that they rotate the tires. They Dont rotate the tires like they claimed. You have to be there and watch your car to make sure that they are working on it. Dont trust on this Dealer!! 👎👎

Alfredo Ramirez- was very attentive, kept me inform of the process of my car, as well as making the changes to my receipt with no hesitation. He is excellent deserve 5 star. The reception desk, she was pre- occupied with staff, I guess handling their questions. I asked for the wi-fi information which she pointed to a piece a paper noted on the window. Her rating a 3. Communication is the key, open your mouth when a person is speaking to you. The body language can come off wrong towards a customer.

Just bought a new truck here less than a month ago and so far only bad news and problems. First off whatever the price shows online they charge extra mark up fees and they did not honor my supplier discount. I traded in my car and they sent the check to the wrong bank. Now 1,000 miles in on a new truck and the check engine light is on. Just regret that I didnt check the reviews before buying here. Completely disappointed.

I was sold / delivered a vehicle with severe lot damage to the rear bumper that the salesman did not inform me of. He knew it was there, the service department manager knew it was there, yet they purposely did not tell me because they did not want to jeopardize the sale. Now two months later I finally have a new bumper assembly on the back of the truck but had to drive from Las Vegas to San Bernardino to have it replaced. The salesman Joe Gotti, is a liar, a TERRIBLE communicator, and Definitely not an honorable individual. When I first called him and explained damage to the rear of the vehicle he immediately said he did not see it but that he would put a new bumper on it. I had not told him yet the damage was to the bumper. Then, upon returning to get bumper replaced the service manager / body shop manager slipped up by stating he already had a new bumper ordered for the vehicle and told sales not to sell until it was replaced yet Joe Gotti sold it to me to make the sale. Everyone saw that vehicle from the line get ready mechanic to the detailer and on one told me.I have since included this information in the General Motors Survey.

The sales manager worked very hard to meet my needs. The sales person, however could have done a better job in showing me the features of the vehicle following the purchase. I had to ask for a few items and learned more about the truck from friends than from the sales person. Overall though it was a great buying experience. I also compared the price with Victorville Chevrolet and Rotolo Chevrolet and I feel I got the best deal from Diamond Chevrolet. Customer service was great, the only complaint would be to have the sales person spend more time to familiarize the buyer with the vehicle.

Was treated like royalty! All personnel were excellent to work with. Salesman Johnathan gave me his cell number and I call him often to help me unearth features on the car. He has been always available. I think he was as happy for me as i was to get this awesome vehicle.Now have 1500 miles on my new corvette and other than reduced storage space and a little hard to get in and out of; once in it your in a dream world. Open road (65-80 mph) gets 32 mpg. If I didnt have to work would drive all day.

Just called to get a low pressure power steering line, the salesman had no clue what a 2007 LBZ is. I asked if he has heard of a Duramax LBZ and he said, No. So, I asked him if he has heard of LMM, LLY, L5P, and he said, No. He just says he needs the last 8 of the Vin and he can get the part. I replied, The point is if I wanted to talk to someone clueless about a specific brand of vehicle I would call AutoZone. His defense was he has been doing this for over 30 years. So, in 30 years this guy knows absolutely nothing expect to punch numbers into a keyboard. Good job on hiring this guy Diamond.

I came in for a transmissions fluid flush. I was quoted 211.00 for the service over the phone and included up to 16 quarts of transmission fluid. When the service was completed i was charged 239.80 not including taxes and haz material fee. I had a coupon for 20.00 off but was given 25.00 off. I was told reason why i was charged more is because they were not aware my car uses a special teansmission fluid. This is the reason i gave 9 out of 10. Other then that customer service and quality of your work is excellent.

I will not be returning because first they never greet you and leave you standing there until you have to ask someone to help you, second it takes them all day to get your service done and you get there when they open at 7 or 8 am and you close at 4 or 5. Also when you call to talk to someone in service department NO ever answers the phone you have to call back like 10 times before you get someone and then they dont know whats going on and then they transfer you to the person who told you in and they NEVER answer it goes to voice-mail. Thus is the worst place to go to get anything done and I will be telling people to not go back to this place for any kind of service!!!!

Worst dealership I have ever been to. We came in with our loan already set. Told them that we do not want to go with any other bank. We were told we had to sign the credit application so that they can look at our loan (my bank told me we would have to sign the application as well). Once they couldnt do for us what we wanted they asked up if we would go through their bank to get more discounts. We said NO we are going with the loan we brought in. They told us they were going to go try again, 30 minutes later I get a notification on my phone saying my credit was just ran. The lying finance person said, Oh Im sorry, I heard you say you like your loan but if I can do something better then thats good. I dont do liars. We walked out after a horrible experience.

When asked why I wouldnt refinance with them since they could offer me 0% interest, my response was To save money. He looked at me like I was crazy but I knew he was up to something. We ended up leaving after we caught him sleeping in the lounge. He talked us into coming back. When we signed the paperwork, come to find out, he was taking away our 0% interest or we would lose our discounts. He was not upfront about anything and kept us waiting for hours.

I know I’m preaching to the choir when is say car hunting isn’t for the faint of heart. That being said, I don’t care where you live in Southern California, it is worth it to drive to Diamond Chevrolet to take care of you.I’m going to try to keep this review as concise as I can because I know the long ones can be quite daunting/will get skipped over.My husband and I drove to several dealerships in the LA and IE area, and while I wish we had just come here first, going to the other locations prior to this one really made me appreciate them so much more. Every other dealership we went to were a mix of the stereotypical overbearing, overpromising/underdelivering, & dishonest salespeople, and were completely focused on the sale and not us as customers. One dealership in Montclair had actually gotten us to the signing desk only to slap us in the face with $9k in added fees. Luckily I was already in contact with Diamond Chevrolet and I walked out of that dealership’s office and gave them a call, and Roy and Sonny and promised that they would make us happy (spoiler alert: they did). We walked out on the dealership and made our way over to Diamond and boy was it night and day.Roy is the epitome of a man who stands by his word. I explained to him everything we had experienced, and he promised us that he would not do that to us and he just wanted to make us happy. He was very straight-forward and fair, and pretty much the literal opposite of any car sales manager I’ve ever dealt with. We ended up buying my husband’s SUV and I also bought out the lease for my Volt from them even though I had originally leased it elsewhere.If you are on the fence about where to go for your next vehicle, please come here. When I purchased my vehicle I remember CLEARLY them stating I would receive 3 free oil changes. I go in and sure enough they make me pay after looking into it for over an hour while my kids are in the car. And it took over 4 hours for my vehicle to be ready when I was the 1st in line to drop it. Then to top it off they said someone would bring my vehicle out shortly and it took over 25minutes!!! If your going to Diamond Chevy, ask for Jonathan DeSamoni. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted. He has followed up several times, making sure all is good with my vehicle and if Im completely satisfied with everything. He is the type of salesperson you look forward to working with. This dealer gets 5 stars because of him, period!!!!!

We went in based off the advertised pricing they have on their website for 2021 Chevy Tahoe. Upon arrival everything seemed great. Once we went in to talk about the pricing they started adding all these extra service bundles. Once I advised them I was not interested in any of them. The sales rep Andy stated if I didnt add the extra services which bumped the price over $2,000 then his manager wouldnt be interested in honoring the online price. He stated he put in the offer for manager to approve then left us sitting there for about 20min while he went on another test drive. Fast forward to the end the manager never stepped into the office to accept Or decline our offer. Instead we were told to go home and they will call back the next morning with an offer on our trade in. The following day nobody ever called to follow up. Two days later we get a call from customer service asking why we didnt buy the car.We should of know from the start this place lacked customer service even the sales rep himself stated he was fired that morning and later rehired when they realized they had no other sales rep.

Couldn’t be happier with my New 2020 Malibu Lt!! I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was! I was a first time buyer and got in contact via cars.com and set up an appointment with Johnathan. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. John was super thorough in explaining the car from top to bottom and answering any questions I had and even helped me set up some of my features afterwards! When it came to the numbers I was extremely blown away by the amount of customer service I received. Sam and Vinnie were beyond awesome!! They absolutely took the extra mile to work with me and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend if your looking for a car to get in touch with John, Sam and Vinnie! This dealership is GRTEAT. In fact, came in for an internet special priced Malibu, and came back the following week for a second vehicle....2020 Silverado RST. I did an internet search for all Chevy Dealers in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. No one else came close to the pricing. But pricing is only a small aspect of the process.... the people. The people can make or break a deal. Angel and Joseph Gotti on the sales floor and Matt in finance. They made the process effortless and treated us like family/friends. I will always recommend this dealership to everyone I know. It may look a little dated, but this dealership and all the nice people really is a DIAMOND.

Best service EVER! After being turned away from Tom Bell, they didnt have anyone to see why my check engine light was on, I called Diamond Chevy. Paul answered and was able to get me in right away. I was able to get my car in, get a shuttle home, a shuttle back and my car out within 2 hours. I found my new Chevy service center. Thanks, Paul and the young man who drove me. =)

I was highly motivated to purchase a vehicle, until “Gotti” was involved. He was extremely rude, hung up the phone multiple times, cussed at me in person when I showed up and never once apologized. Upon asking for an apology he proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to say sorry and then left the dealership. HORRIBLE management, employees and building as a whole. The only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of the nice lady Michelle. She was extremely helpful and nice. She took care of my family and helped me finalize the deal for my wife. I would not have purchased the vehicle from them if it weren’t for the lack of inventory nation wide. This dealership is a JOKE.
