Still well kept although the makeup of the stores has changed over time. Once upon a time there was a large diversity of different shops, but these days the trend is towards clothing. However, theres still some shops to visit and take a ees alk around and generally it feels safe.

Super happy the Mall and their Vendors did their best to keep things safe for everyone! Also they host a drive-through testing clinic in their parking lot which is Fantastically easy and convenient! (You pay for it, then submit the claim to your insurance, who will reimburse you)

Went for a COVID test to the parking lot. Hadnt been there for years. Neighborhood really run down. Wouldnt go back.

Outside looks abandoned but the inside has your usual selection of mall stores. Mostly nice but bathrooms need remodeling.

An okay mall that doesnt have a lot of selection. The security staff is a bit unusual as well as you see them chatting it up like theyre just chilling rather than working. Overall, this mall is long overdue for a makeover.

Came here looking for the EDD workforce office. Walked the whole mall. Was no where to be found. Finally asked the security guard he says go out Macys turn left follow it around the back and you will see cars. Well I did find it it was on the other side if the mall on the outside it can not be accessed through the mall at all. Go past Macys and keep going towards your left. You will see it. The girl who works at the front desk and the security guard were extremely helpful and happy to see me. I was the only person besides them that had walked into the building that day apparently. So keep following the mall around you will find it

I absolutely love this Macys they are always so friendly with me and any department that Im in they are so helpful and they always point out when Im lost. I prefer this Macys and the one in Hesperia as well so so helpful and I love the discount area whoever made that up is a genius I love to take advantage of the discount area such great stuff for great price!

Not enough stores, cant find a decent pair of nikes here,better off going to the Ontario mills mall or buy online

Mall is ok not a great variety shoes and clothes. I guess thats what people want most. Not a big mall but good for a quick trip.

I dont know if its really 5 stars, but this was my main mall growing up in the 80s and 90s. I just visited for the first time in at least 15 years. Orange Julius, Mrs. Fields, the Warehouse, and that kiosk where you could try out Nintendo games may all be gone, but at least Sbarro is still there! Albeit on the wrong side of the mall...

They have lots of stuff, love the Cinnabon they have there, not quite Ontario mills level though

An average small mall constructed in a plus sign + that leads to 3 different outlet at the end Macy, forever 21, and the entrance. Sears is now officially closed so that end is shut. Youll find your typical mall shops, with a food court when needed to eat and the rest filled with sweet shops, apparel, and electronics fixtures.

I loved this place because it is connected to the mall and the stores such as Macys. The Inland Center was fine, and they have Small stores such as Vans, Tillys, and Pink. Also, there is a food court inside the mall.

Today I was very surprised to visit the mall with my friends. After we got off the bus we couldnt find a sidewalk, wheelchair friendly. Theres just a lot of crazy drivers that were doing donuts in the parking lot. Thanks again⏹️.♿.🥨

I had a good experience here, but there was one thing that made me uncomfortable, and that was the massage ladies who work at massage parlor place by Macys. I was trying to leave the mall, and you know how when someone stops you to promote what their selling. One of the massage ladies stopped me to show their prices then just started to touch me and massage my back and neck. She didnt even ask if she could, and I didnt give her permission. Made me pretty uncomfortable. I know its a massage parlor and thats what they do, but I am not a customer.

For ole San Bernardino, this place is very good. Lots of food places that are tasty. Not a bad mall really!

It has an awesome Anime store inside!!! I loved it!

Only went In quickly to one store and left but it seemed much cleaner than previous years but also a few empty stores as well so it might not be doing well. Overall its in much better shape than it used to be in and not crazy busy like the other malls in the area so if you prefer a less jam packed shopping experience I would recommend you at least try this one out.

This is still a nice mall but there arent too many significant stores any more. If youre picking up a little of this and that, nothing serious, and want to stay out of the heat, its nice.

Almost any Mall is a great fantasy to me!! Almost everything desired is there, but planning and self control is needed!!

Ontario Mall excursion with the kids, and chance to stretch the legs and do a little light shopping. Enjoyed the food, had pizza that day.

To be honest I was just charging my car for a bit before heading home. Glad to see this mall still hanging in there.

If you are a Tesla driver traveling between Palm Springs/Big Bear area on your way to LA, this is the charging stop. ALL of the Supercharger units are at full charging capacity all of the time, there is never a line of drivers waiting to connect, and the mall security keep an eye on everything 24/7.I highly recommend this spot for that alone-

There was only 1 checkout open in the whole 2 floor jcPenny store, No one to help, walked the entire 2nd floor then back downstairs!!

This mall used to be the mall everyone avoided in the 90s. Then the mall was carousel mall to be at, Its crazy that carousel is closed and inland center is the place to go. Its not the Grandest mall but it fits our needs for our surrounding area. Its busy but not chaotic. Im thankful for our lil spot.

My girl and i spent about 200. Ish on clothing. Good prices. Try them yall

The security team at the mall is really good and it is clean inside and outside even the parking lots they maintain the property very well and the past couple years no bad things have happened in my knowing I go here a lot with my kids and I am very glad they still have a mall out here in our area its a beautiful place inside and out has very good stores inside that are all so well maintained the food court could step it up a bit but overall I give them all a 10 and the food court nine

This place had its time in the sun a long time ago. High number of empty stores that have no tenants looks very deserted unfortunately but with shopping online and other malls that pull the foot traffic I understand why this mall is dying.

Still little run down area, improving parking area with new asphalt coverage, need new merchants to occupy surrounding stores
