I use to enjoy going to this Shell because it was close to home and since I also a user of the Fuel Rewards I thought it was a great way to save. Turns out at this location only, the only way to use your Fuel Rewards is to pay with Cash. This is not the case at other Shell Locations.Because of this, I avoid this location in favor of other Shells.

The store says its open 24/7. there is a bright neon sign going all day and all night that says open. but if you pull up at 3am, youre gonna find a hand-written sign saying Closed to 4am. Im not a mathematician but those numbers are not adding up.for everyones convenience, please post your actual hours. if the employees take a break or leave early, change your hours to reflect the reality. the inconsistency isnt just frustrating, it puts customers in precarious situations.

In times like these... The only spot for miles that has a person outside at 2am thats pushing unleaded, and selling scratchees on debit...

It says open 24hrs, all the lights and the neon open sign are on but there is a hand written note on the door that reads Closed till 4. Please check back later. Thanks. This is a poor example of Shells so called quality service and ability to hire competent personnel. Post a pre-printed company sign with proper spelling and grammar if the store must be closed and turn off the open sign at the very least.

Card service doesn’t work at the pump so it makes you go inside and they charge like 3 dollars to use your card, don’t go here it’s just a waist of time

Reasonably priced especially for deluxe. I believe it’s one of the cheapest in San Bernardino as far as I know. Windows will still leave little to no streaks but totally recommend this place.

I tried to get air at the air pump, the price reads 1.75 but charged me $10, then i couldn’t even get air because the head on the compressor is broke

Man make sure to check ur prices at this store bought 2 monster set for 2 x 6 cashier cash me out for 5 each plus tax caught it after i pumped gas went back inside he said i should have caught it before even though in the freezer the sale clearly stated it Hope Salik the owner sees this post cause its only a few dollars but dirty buissness ethicBut you can have the $4

Im very upset went to pump gas and get my car wash... Then the car wash was out of order there was no sign posted or anything ..as i went in the lady said she cant refund me shes new and she dont know... It upsets me becase i go there alot..Im so upset ..and the fact I did not get a refund nor would she let me have a number to call..makes me never want to go there again...smh

This place SUCKS. First the gas is to pricy for the location. Coffee ya right filled with ants. I got gas and picked the deluxe car wash. Receipt machine say out go inside. Red head inside gives me reciept. When I go through it gives me the works wash. When I go in it was like she had her reply rehearsed. Just like this. Is this your card. Yes. No refunds. We don’t know what you pushed. Then turned around. OMG. Proceed to wash car. It did the worst car wash ever. I believe it is worse than it was. I will be writing to Shell corporate to see what they say. NEVER EVER GO HERE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

It looks a bit run down. Still an ok place to get gas, although it is a bit pricy. Car wash is ok if youre looking for something quick.

Ok location, drive through car wash works well and reasonably priced

They not so friendly. But some of their prices r good.

The pumps may be open 24/7 but the store closes around 11:00pm. So if youre late, dont expect them to wait up.
