I used to get some supplies from tri county dental. The main staff I was working with was always really nice and helpful. Today I came in and the owner basically told me he had a right to refuse service because I was not placing a big order. This is after the fact I was already told they would place my order and I drove all the way down to pick it up and pay for it. He was extremely rude and said since I am not placing a big order he has the right to refuse service. If he has a question why he never got a big order from our office he should look in the mirror. That’s why, because it is so clear how greedy he is and customer service is not a concern for him, only $$. There are so many good suppliers for dental do not use tri county dental and get cheated or disrespected.

A terrible scam of a company! They just stole 7500 dollars from us. We purchased a Scan-x which was listed as new. When it arrived it was an older model and did not scan the images properly. The lady, Krystle, that was helping me promised a quick resolution but 4 days later they were still giving us the run around. They said they were contacting Air Techniques but it turns out they are not dealers. We contacted Air Techniques trying to get some answers. We also tried to deal with the president, Rosie Mehta, and she was less help than Krystle. To top this nightmare purchase off they accused us of trying to return an old machine even though the unit I had to return matched all of their EBay pictures. This is not a reputable company and were having to file fraud charges with our credit card company to rectify this mess. Were also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from them and find an honest supplier to work with. You will also notice a 5 star review from Krystle Flores. She works for the company.
