Great selection! Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly atmosphere. They offer gas fireplace logs made in Southern California. No sales pressure. A really nice experience.

Needed to replace a gas fireplace fan speed controller. Took a little work researching the part but they had it and was $7.00 cheaper than any internet price i found the night before. At the bottom of the mountian near the Hwy 330, it was simple to pick it up and head back up the mountain.Lots of nice fireplace inserts and stand alone old cast iron type furnaces too. Enjoyed conversation and a couple good laughs with the store employees and owners. Great place and going back soon for more things for the fireplace.

Gentleman at sales floor must of thought I had no money and straight told me he couldnt help me. As a business owner that I am, I would have fired him or have found out why he couldnt help a customer. Theres never no reason why you cant help anyone.

Good people. Not much inventory. They just got robbed during Christmas holidays.

If I could give a negative star I would. NEVER do business with these people. They have horrible customer service and really DO NOT care what- so-ever about their poor service. They do not follow up on projects and do not communicate to the customer. I had (what I thought) put an order in for fireplace doors. When they came out, I specifically told them I wanted to order them.Four weeks later I called to find out the status of the order only to find out they were never ordered. If they needed information from me to proceed with the order, why was there no communication about that??? They are only good at sales prevention. Go to the Fireplace Door Guy instead. Google it. He is awesome. I should have stuck with him in the first place. Was trying to give the new young guy they hired a sale in hopes they would get their act together because of him. So sad that the only local brick and mortar business like this is so inconsiderate to their customers. Makes you realized why they are all closing down.

The best place in the I.E. to get anything for your wood burning or gas fireplace and more. Definitely recommend. Theyre customer service is exceptional and always have what i need.👍

Big selection and knowledgeable staff

This is the perfect place to go if you live up in the mountains and are looking for the real deal. With many selections you are bound to find what you looking for . Ask for Jon, he is knowledgeable and extremely likeable. The after sales service is phenomenal! You wont be disappointed!

Awesome place for fire places bbq and smokers plus supplies

Used these folks after another fireplace retailer/servicer never responded to my multiple inquiries for sevice. SB Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties scheduled my gas fireplace service right away, and the service tech arrived on time and had my fireplace working fine in an hour (replaced bad control module). The fee was in line with what I was expecting. I am totally satisfied with my experience with SB Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties. Use them; youll be glad you did (and warmer).

Dont go anywhere else! I went here to get a gas log burning set for my fireplace yesterday. They have a nice showroom and are soo helpful. Jon Hartman walked me through different vented gas fire logs sets and even saved me $$$ by showing I can install it myself. I went to some crappy fireplace store in Hemet last year **dont go there they are rude and mean**and left and went without a fireplace for a whole year and finally got mine up and running today!! Soo Happy its going to be a great winter now that I went to San Bernardino Fireplace!!! Talk to Jon Hartman he is wonderful! Thank you!

Only buy traeger pellets here. They got what I need. Tons of other bbq and fireplace stuff inside.

They found out I was from out of there range of bisiness scope and just dropped me like a ice cold rock I spent about 300 dollars there the man helped 2 other customers that came in after me and then I asked you have this in a box or is this your last one, he went in the back got me one in the box and I bought it this store seems like it only wants locals for bisiness and dont bother stopping if your not they dont want your money they will tell you where to go so they dont have to sale you anything. Hey by the way the 2 locals that came in spent nothing I guess there money pays bills overhead and cash flow. But not as good as mine.
